Claims (11)
- 上方部分と下方部分とを含んだ受容室を有するバレル;
受容室と実質的に一列に並んでいる分配室を有するカプラーであって、該カプラーが該バレルを該カプラー内に移動可能な関係で保持するための面を有する前記カプラー;
バレルの下方部分の端部を備えかつ受容室と分配室との間に置かれたピストンであって、外径及び流体が中を通過する内径を有する前記ピストン;
ピストンが該ピストンの行程の下限に達した時に流体の流れに対して該ピストンの内径を封鎖する、該ピストンの該端部に位置付けられ且つカプラーの分配室に隣接して置かれた行程終端のシールに接触するプラグ;及び
封鎖面の上方で該ピストンの内径から該ピストンの外径に通過する半径方向流路
を備える、流体ディスペンサー。 - プラグはショルダーに取り付けられたステムを含み、ステムは少なくとも1個の軸方向リッジを含み、プラグのステムは、ピストンの流路の内径とステムの軸方向リッジとの組み合わせが少なくとも1つの半径方向流路を形成するように少なくとも部分的にピストンの流路内に置かれ;該プラグショルダーが、ピストンの行程の底部で行程終端シールと接触しそれにより該流路を封鎖する平坦な底面、を更に有する、請求項1記載の流体ディスペンサー。

- プラグがピストンの流路内に圧入される請求項1の流体ディスペンサー。
- ピストンの流路の端部が少なくも1個の半径方向リッジと接触するようにプラグがピストンの流路内に圧入される請求項5の流体ディスペンサー。
- 行程終端シールが、流路、頂部封鎖面、及び少なくも1個の外側封鎖リングを更に備える請求項1の流路ディスペンサー。
- 行程終端シールが黒色ゴムより製造される請求項1の流路ディスペンサー。
- 受容室が分配室と同軸である請求項1の流路ディスペンサー。
- 受容室から分配室への流体の流れを許しかつ分配室から受容室への流体の流れを禁ずるように作動する逆止め弁を更に備え、逆止め弁が分配室とプラグとの間に置かれる請求項1のルディスペンサー。
- 逆止め弁が分配室に隣接したダックビル逆止め弁であり、ダックビル逆止め弁は分配室及び受容室と同軸である請求項10の流体ディスペンサー。
