Abstract
底部控制式标本过滤容器,由密封塞、杯盖、杯体、活塞杆、活塞、离合弹簧、引流针、底盖构成,活塞杆置于杯体底部的中间孔内,活塞紧套在活塞杆的凸起上,引流针通过螺纹连接固定在活塞杆下端,离合弹簧一端与杯体底部连接,另一端与引流针法兰相连,其特征在于:还设有第一层过滤网和第二层过滤网组成的双层过滤系统,第一层过滤网的轴穿过第二层过滤网中间孔并固定在活塞杆顶端孔内。本实用新型具有卫生、封闭性好,容器内的液体可以根据需要分次过滤的优点。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种过滤装置,具体说是指一种底部控制式标本过滤容器。
背景技术
在医学检验、生物实验等领域,需要过滤容器对所取液体样本如粪便、尿液、河水等进行过滤。现有的过滤容器,比如“一次性粪便浓缩容器”(如图1、图2)。如图1,采取手动去除容器顶部保险栓1后手动戳开容器内底部中心圆孔使液体向下流过底部过滤网;或如图2,在容器侧面利用手拉方式将安全塞2拉开,使中心孔打开让液体流下。其缺点在于:只能通过顶部保险栓或者侧面安全塞手动控制,且只能开不能关,不能控制过滤量,只能一次性过滤完容器内的所有液体。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种容器内的液体可以分次过滤的底部控制式标本过滤容器。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:底部控制式标本过滤容器,由密封塞、杯盖、杯体、活塞杆、活塞、离合弹簧、引流针、底盖构成,活塞杆置于杯体底部的中间孔内,活塞紧套在活塞杆的凸起上,引流针通过螺纹连接固定在活塞杆下端,离合弹簧一端与杯体底部连接,另一端与引流针法兰相连,其特征在于:还设有第一层过滤网和第二层过滤网组成的双层过滤系统,第一层过滤网的轴穿过第二层过滤网中间孔并固定在活塞杆顶端孔内。
底部控制式标本过滤容器还可以设有取样器,取样器安装在杯盖指定孔内。
使用时通过取样器把需要过滤的溶液装入过滤容器,无需密闭可不加密封塞。如果是固体标本(如粪便标本)需要密闭溶解过滤的,使用取样器将之放入容器后加封盖,用类似注射器的装置刺透封盖中间预留的软性孔,把溶解固体标本的液体注入容器。然后把底盖取下,将试管或其他接收容器放置到引流针下面,推动引流针向上移动,引流针压缩离合弹簧推动活塞杆带动活塞、第一层过滤网向上移动,当上移一定的位移时第二层过滤网在活塞的推动下也上移,此时第一层过滤网与第二层过滤网中间形成一定的空间,起到双层过滤的效果,继续上移直到容器内标本通过杯底上端面与活塞下端面的间隙流下,通过引流针流出。停止时,松开引流针,离合弹簧将引流针退回原位,活塞把间隙堵上,即控制了标本向外流出。本实用新型具有卫生、封闭性好,容器内的液体可以根据需要分次过滤的优点。

具体实施方式
下面参照图3、图4、图5详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
底部控制式标本过滤容器,由密封塞1、杯盖2、杯体3、活塞杆5、活塞6、离合弹簧7、引流针8、底盖9构成,活塞杆5置于杯体底部的中间孔12内,活塞6紧套在活塞杆5的凸起上,引流针8通过螺纹连接固定在活塞杆5下端,离合弹簧7一端与杯体底部连接,另一端与引流针法兰相连,还设有第一层过滤网4和第二层过滤网11组成的双层过滤系统,第一层过滤网4的轴穿过第二层过滤网11中间孔并固定在活塞杆5顶端孔内。
底部控制式标本过滤容器还设有取样器10,取样器10安装在杯盖2指定孔内。
使用时通过取样器10把需要过滤的溶液装入过滤容器,无需密闭可不加密封塞1。如果是固体标本(如粪便标本)需要密闭溶解过滤的,使用取样器10将之放入容器后加密封塞1,用类似注射器的装置刺透密封塞1中间预留的软性孔,把溶解固体标本的液体注入容器。然后把底盖9取下,将试管或其他接收容器放置到引流针8下面,推动引流针8向上移动,引流针8压缩离合弹簧7推动活塞杆5带动活塞6、第一层过滤网4向上移动,当上移一定的位移时第二层过滤网11在活塞6的推动下也上移,此时第一层过滤网4与第二层过滤网11中间形成一定的空间,起到双层过滤的效果,继续上移直到容器内标本通过杯底上端面与活塞6下端面的间隙流下,通过引流针8流出。停止时,松开引流针8,离合弹簧7将引流针8退回原位,活塞6把间隙堵上,即控制了标本向外流出。本实用新型具有卫生、封闭性好,容器内的液体可以根据需要分次过滤的优点。
上述为本实用新型的一个具体实施方式,但本实用新型的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本实用新型进行非实质性的改动,均属于侵犯本实用新型保护范围的行为。

1、底部控制式标本过滤容器,由密封塞、杯盖、杯体、活塞杆、活塞、离合弹簧、引流针、底盖构成,活塞杆置于杯体底部的中间孔内,活塞紧套在活塞杆的凸起上,引流针通过螺纹连接固定在活塞杆下端,离合弹簧一端与杯体底部连接,另一端与引流针法兰相连,其特征在于:还设有第一层过滤网和第二层过滤网组成的双层过滤系统,第一层过滤网的轴穿过第二层过滤网中间孔并固定在活塞杆顶端孔内。
2、如权利要求1所述的底部控制式标本过滤容器,其特征在于:还设有取样器,取样器安装在杯盖指定孔内。
