Description
The present invention relates to a magnetic levitation apparatus that supports a levitated body in a non-contact manner by normal conducting suction type magnetic levitation.
Normally-conducting suction type magnetic levitation devices are free from noise and dust generation, and have already been used in clean room transport systems in railways and semiconductor factories such as ultra-high-speed surface transporters (HSST-High Speed Surface Transport-) and Transrapid. Practical use is planned. In addition, attempts have been made to apply this magnetic levitation device to an elevator car guide device (see Patent Document 1) or to a door.
In such a magnetic levitation device, an electromagnet is opposed to a ferromagnetic member, and the levitated body is levitated using an attractive force generated between the electromagnet and the ferromagnetic member. For this reason, the magnetic levitation system is basically unstable, and it is necessary to take measures to stabilize it. In general, stabilization is achieved by detecting a floating gap length by a gap sensor and performing feedback control to the drive system. However, when the flying gap length is detected by the gap sensor, a sensor target suitable for the gap sensor to be used is necessary, and the sensor target must be laid along with the ferromagnetic member.
As described above, in order to stabilize the magnetic levitation system, parts such as a gap sensor and a sensor target are necessary, which increases the cost and increases the size of the apparatus to secure the installation space. was there. Also, in railways and transport systems, a branch point is provided on a track composed of ferromagnetic guides, so a mechanism that does not hinder the detection of the gap length by crossing the sensor target and the guide is necessary. There is also a problem of increasing complexity.
In order to solve such a problem, various methods that do not require a gap sensor have been proposed. For example, the gap length is included in the method of estimating the gap length from the excitation current of the electromagnet using an observer (state observer) (see Non-Patent Document 1), or the phase difference between the excitation voltage and the excitation current of the electromagnet generated by magnetic levitation, There is a method of feeding this back to the excitation voltage (see Non-Patent Document 2). In addition, the excitation current value of the electromagnet is compared with the reference value with a hysteresis comparator, and when the excitation current is larger than the reference value, the excitation voltage is switched to negative, and when it is smaller, the excitation voltage is switched to positive to raise the switching frequency. There is a method (see Non-Patent Document 3) in which the distance is proportional to the gap length.
However, even with such a solution, when using an observer, the observer is derived from a linear model of the magnetic levitation system in the levitated state, so the levitating gap length when not in the levitating state is estimated. Can not do it. For this reason, there are problems that it becomes difficult to control at the start of levitation, and that the levitation body cannot return to the levitation state again once it comes into contact with another structure. Further, when the excitation voltage of the electromagnet is controlled by a physical quantity including gap information, the levitation control system becomes a non-linear control system. For this reason, it is difficult to determine the stability of the control system, and there is a problem that the floating state cannot be maintained if the electric resistance of the electromagnet coil changes due to a change in mass of the floating body or a temperature rise due to excitation.
In order to cope with such problems, in the sensorless method of estimating the gap length by the observer from the excitation current of the electromagnet, when the floating body is not in the floating state, the contact of the floating body is detected and the integrator of the observer is initialized. In addition, the gap length at the time of contact is estimated geometrically from the contact state of the floating body, and the initial value is given to the integrator of the observer based on this gap length estimation value, and the method returns to the floating state. (See Patent Document 2). However, when this method is applied to zero power control (see Patent Document 4), the following problems occur.
That is, when the levitation body is in a steady levitation state, there is no problem because the excitation current of the electromagnet has converged to zero, but when a large external force is applied to the levitation body for a long time, the electromagnet coil A transient control current continues to flow and the coil temperature rises. As the temperature rises, the electrical resistance of the coil increases, and the output error of the observer that estimates the levitation gap length from the excitation current increases. As a result, it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain the floating state, and the floating body comes into contact.
In addition, when the levitated body comes into contact, the return control to the levitated state is attempted, but even if the levitated body is returned to the levitated state, there is a large error in the estimated floating gap length at the time of ascent, so the levitated body comes into contact again, The contact state and the floating state are repeated alternately. In such a state, since a large control current continues to flow through the electromagnet, the coil resistance value of the electromagnet further increases, and finally the exciting current continues to flow while the floating body is in contact. When the exciting current that continues to flow is large, not only the reliability of the floating state is impaired, but also the electromagnet may ignite.
On the other hand, regarding the fluctuation of the coil resistance value of the electromagnet in such sensorless magnetic levitation, the levitation control is performed while measuring the resistance value of the coil, and the observer parameters for estimating the gap length based on the measured resistance value Has been proposed (see Patent Document 3). In addition, when a transient exciting current continues to flow through the electromagnet, there is a problem that the offset voltage fluctuates with an increase in temperature in addition to an increase in the coil resistance value. The fluctuation of the offset voltage increases the output error of the observer that estimates the floating gap length, similarly to the fluctuation of the coil resistance value.
For such problems, compensation for reducing the DC component of the observer speed estimate to zero, that is, adding an offset compensation amount to the excitation voltage input to the observer, suppresses the output error of the observer. be able to. However, even if the measures described above are used, the resistance value of the coil used in the observer is calculated from the DC component of the excitation voltage and the excitation current. There is a problem that cannot be measured.
As described above, the conventional magnetic levitation apparatus requires the gap sensor and the sensor target in order to realize a stable levitation state of the levitation body. For this reason, there is a problem that the apparatus becomes large and complicated, leading to an increase in cost.
In order to avoid such a problem, even if the gap length information is feedback-controlled without using a gap sensor, the levitation body largely shakes because the stability of the levitation system depends on the coil resistance value and the offset voltage. Due to the accompanying fluctuations in coil current and excitation voltage, the accuracy of coil resistance estimation was reduced, and stable control could not be performed.
The present invention has been made on the basis of such circumstances, and always considers the coil resistance with good accuracy in consideration of the buoyancy of the levitating body, and can perform stable levitation control regardless of the buoyancy of the levitating body. An object is to provide an apparatus.
As means for solving the above problems, a magnetic levitation apparatus according to the basic configuration of the present invention includes a guide composed of a ferromagnetic member, and a magnet unit composed of an electromagnet facing the guide via a gap, Based on a floating body supported in a non-contact manner by the attraction force of the magnet unit acting on the guide, a sensor unit for detecting a current value flowing in the coil of the electromagnet, and a coil current value obtained by the sensor unit An excitation voltage calculation unit that calculates an excitation voltage value for stabilizing a magnetic circuit formed by the magnet unit, a speed detection unit that detects a fluctuation speed of the displacement of the air gap, and the excitation voltage calculation unit that is obtained by the excitation voltage calculation unit. That a resistance measuring unit, characterized by comprising a control unit for controlling the floating of the said coil resistance value obtained by the resistance measuring unit is fed back to the excitation voltage calculating unit the floater.
According to such a basic configuration, it is possible to obtain a coil resistance value with little variation with respect to the swaying of the floating body.
Note that zero power control is disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 4, and therefore detailed description thereof is omitted here. Needless to say, the excitation
Here, if the error at the beginning of estimation is large, an abnormal excitation voltage is calculated in Equation 9, so that the floating state cannot be stabilized.
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of a magnetic levitation apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and the entire configuration is indicated by 1 ′. In the
In addition to the
Excitation current .DELTA.i z and levitation gap length deviation Delta] z estimated by the
In this way, by initializing the observer and giving a predetermined initial value, even when the levitated
However, when a transient external force is continuously applied to the levitated
Here, as in Patent Document 4, for example, the
Thus outputting the coil resistance value obtained from the
Further, in the present invention, even when an excitation current increases due to application of a transient external force or the like, and an offset voltage is generated in the
The estimation
In addition, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, when measuring the coil resistance value, the excitation
The
In such a configuration, whenever the target
In general, a magnetic levitation device of the normal conductive suction type uses a
Here, the DC component value of e zz is extracted as follows.
In
Furthermore, the
In the present invention, the coil resistance R measured by the
As described above, in the present invention, the value of the feedback constant F is changed in the coil

In addition to these modes, the

The
That is, as shown in FIG. 10, the

The target
Further, in the period for outputting the non-zero value, the target value of at least one mode may be a non-zero value for the purpose of supplying a minute current for resistance measurement to all the coils, and the target

The control voltage calculation circuit in these modes has the same configuration as the attractive
That is, as shown in FIG. 11, the longitudinal movement mode control

The left / right motion mode control voltage
On the other hand, all of the three mode control voltage calculation circuits 88a to 88c of ζ, δ, and γ have the same configuration, and have the same components as the vertical movement mode control
Next, the operation of the magnetic levitation apparatus configured as described above will be described.
When the apparatus is in a stopped state, the tips of the
When this device is activated in this state, the
As a result, as shown in FIG. 9, the
At this time, the gap length in the gaps G, G ′, G ″ is the same as the longitudinal force in the y-axis direction in which the magnetic attractive force of each of the
The
In addition, it is assumed that an excessive external force is applied to the moving
However, according to the present invention, the offset values of the power amplifier and the current detector are accurately calculated by Equation 28 by the action of the target
Accordingly, the parameters of the mode posture estimation unit 97 and the resistance value
In addition, an estimation error occurs in the displacement for each mode and the displacement speed for each mode with respect to the fluctuation of the offset voltage of the power amplifier. However, these errors become zero also by the operation of the estimation
When this apparatus finishes operation and stops, the target

In the first and second embodiments, the magnet unit is attached to the floating body side, but this does not limit the attachment position of the magnet unit at all, and as shown in FIG.

(Fourth embodiment)
Next, a fourth embodiment will be described. In the first to third embodiments, the case where the present invention is applied to a sensorless magnetic levitation apparatus that does not require a gap sensor has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to application to a sensorless magnetic levitation device, and may be applied to an attraction type magnetic levitation device using a gap sensor as shown in FIG. In order to simplify the description, the same reference numerals are used for the portions common to the first to third embodiments.
FIG. 12 is a diagram showing the configuration of the magnetic levitation apparatus according to the fourth embodiment, and the overall configuration is denoted by
Here, due to the functions of the target

It is also possible to configure by control. In addition, although a power amplifier is used as the configuration of the excitation unit, this does not limit the method of the driver, and for example, a pulse width modulation (PWM-Pulse Width Modulation) type may be used.
In addition, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
