Description
本発明は、米国海軍航空隊(Naval Air System Command)の発注による契約番号第N00421−02−3−3111に基づいて、米国政府がなしたものである。従って、本発明に関して米国政府は明白な権利を有するものである。
Claims (8)
- 18.0%から21.0%のコバルトと、
8.5%から11.0%のクロムと、
6.5%から8.5%のタンタルと、
2.2%から2.75%のタングステンと、
2.5%から3.4%のモリブデンと、
0.03%から0.7%のジルコニウムと、
0.8%から2.0%のニオブと、
2.0%から2.75%のチタンと、
3.0%から3.5%のアルミニウムと、
0.02%から0.07%の炭素と、
0.02%から0.06%のホウ素と、
0.5%以下のハフニウムと、
残余のニッケル並びに不純物、
の組み合わせを質量%で含む組成を有することを特徴とする、合金。 - 前記合金が粉末形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の合金。
- 請求項1に記載の合金から成る粉末を圧縮することと、
圧縮された粉末から形成される前駆体を鍛造することと、
鍛造された前駆体を機械加工すること、
を含むことを特徴とする、物品の製造方法。 - 前記機械加工する前後の少なくともいずれか一方において1,232℃(2,250°F)を超えない温度で加熱することにより前記前駆体を加熱処理することをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 固有のγ粒度を、10μm以下である第1の粒度から20から120μmである第2の粒度まで増大させる効果を有する加熱処理によって、前記機械加工する前後の少なくともいずれか一方において前記前駆体を加熱処理することをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の合金から成ることを特徴とする、ガスタービン・エンジンのタービン又は圧縮機ディスク。
- 前記合金がタービンディスクを形成するのに使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の合金。
- 前記ガスタービン・エンジンのタービン又は圧縮機ディスクが、ブレードがディスク本体と一体的に形成された、一体的なブレードを有するディスクであるか、又は、円周状に配列されたブレード取付け部品を有するディスクであるか、いずれか一方であることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のガスタービン・エンジンのタービン又は圧縮機ディスク。
