However, in Cited Documents 1 and 2, since the cutter spoke is bent and tilted, the area of the member supporting the face surface is reduced, the earth retaining action is reduced, and the risk of ground collapse may occur.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and provides a excavation bit exchanging device for a shield machine capable of exchanging a cutter bit safely and quickly while ensuring a sufficient earth retaining action when exchanging the cutter bit. With the goal.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect, the sealed box and the bit pushing / pulling device are detachably attached to the pressure bulkhead corresponding to the opening .

According to a third aspect of the invention, in the structure according to claim 1 or 2, provided tiltably the guide member about the axis of the tangential direction, the openings, the left and right cutter head rotation axis of the pressure bulkhead The pressure partition formed in at least one of the above and having the opening is inclined from the rotation axis side of the cutter head to the outer rear part.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration according to any one of the first to third aspects, the excavation bit is selected from a preliminary bit for excavation, a drill bit for ground excavation, and a roller bit for rock excavation It is.

Invention smell of claim 1 wherein Te, as the purpose of the spoke main body is located corresponding to the opening of the pressure bulkhead, and stops the rotation of the cutter head. Then, from the spoke main body by a guide tilting device a guide member is tilted, are opposed to the free end into the opening, opening the opening portion by the opening and closing gate device, the bit push-pull device, with the used bits from the guide member The mounting member is slid along the linear direction and pulled out from the opening to the collection box. It has.

The bit exchanging device 11 according to this embodiment includes constituent members of the exchangeable cutspoke 6c, an opening 12 provided in the inclined wall 2B of the pressure bulkhead 2, and an opening / closing gate device 13 for opening and closing the opening 12. And a sealed recovery box (sealed box) 14 that is rotatably attached to the atmosphere chamber 4 from the opening 12 and a bit push / pull for inserting / removing the preceding bit 6a between the cutter spoke 6c and the recovery box 14 Device 15.

That is, the spoke body 21 for exchanging bits has a storage space 21a whose front and rear surfaces are open from the central portion to the outer peripheral end side, and a guide member 22 is disposed in the storage space 21a. A bracket 25 protrudes from the rear surface of the outer peripheral end of the guide member 22, and the bracket 25 and the support body of the leg portion 7 of the spoke body 21 are rotatably supported via a tangential tilt pin 26. The guide member 22 is configured to be detachable rearward from the storage space 21a. The guide tilting device 24 comprises a hydraulic or electric jack, the jack body is rotatably supported by the leg 7, and the output rod is pin-connected to the free end side (inner end side) of the guide member 22. ing. As a result, when the cutter head 6 is stopped at a predetermined position, the guide tilting device 24 is contracted and the guide member 22 is rotated backward about the tilting pin 26 to be detached from the storage space 21a. The free end can be opposed to the opening 12.

The guide member 22 is formed with a slide recess 22a whose front surface and free end side are open, and a guide rail 22b in the length direction projects from the left and right opposing surfaces of the slide recess 22a. An attachment member 23 is mounted on the slide recess 22a. A slide groove 23a is formed in the attachment member 23 so as to be slidably fitted to the guide rail 22b. The attachment member 23 can be detached from the free end portion. It is configured. A bit lock device 27 is provided at the free end of the guide member 22 to prevent the attachment member 23 from coming off at the mounting position.

As shown in FIG. 8, in the bit lock device 27, a lock claw 27a is rotatably supported via a pin 27e in the width direction of the guide member 22, and a lock claw is provided by a spring 27f interposed in the pin 27e. 27a is urged to rotate in a direction approaching the attachment member 23 side indicated by an arrow. A lock groove 27b into which the lock claw 27a can be fitted is formed on the rear surface of the inner end portion of the mounting member 23. The locking claw 27a is fitted in the locking groove 27b and has a receiving surface 27c that is substantially perpendicular to the sliding direction to prevent the mounting member 23 from sliding toward the free end side, and an outer end side of the mounting member 23. An inclined surface 27d that allows sliding is formed. Therefore, when the mounting member 23 is inserted into the slide recess 22a from the free end portion, the insertion is permitted by overcoming the lock claw 27a by the inclined surface 27d, and the mounting member 23 that has reached the mounting position by the receiving surface 27c is prevented from coming off. is doing.

By the way, an unlocking mechanism 29 for releasing the locking claw 27a from being removed is provided at the inner end of the mounting member 23. The unlocking mechanism 29 is formed with a latching recess 28 for pushing and pulling the mounting member 23 on the front surface of the inner end portion of the mounting member 23. The bottom surface of the latching recess 28 and the top surface of the lock groove 27b. An insertion hole 29a is formed between the release rod 29b and the release rod 29b. The release rod 29b is urged toward the latching recess 28 by a coil spring 29c, and the passive end protrudes. As a result, a claw portion 33a of a latching claw 33 to be described later is fitted into the latching recess 28, whereby the release rod 29b is pushed through the passive end, and the lock claw 27a is pushed out from the lock groove 27b by the operating end. Thus, the lock of the mounting member 23 can be released.

The inclined wall 2B provided with the opening 12 is formed along the tangential direction of the locus of the free end when the guide member 22 is rotated, and the guide member is substantially perpendicular or perpendicular to the opening 12. 22 can be stopped oppositely. The open / close gate device 13 disposed in the opening 12 and capable of holding the earth pressure of the pressure chamber 3 is slidably disposed on the rear surface of the inclined wall 2B on the rear surface side of the atmospheric chamber 4 via a shutter guide. The shutter plate 13a and an open / close jack 13b that opens and closes the opening 12 by sliding the shutter plate 13a. A guide member fixing device that positions and fixes the free end portion of the inclined guide member 22 at a position facing the opening 12 may be provided.

The collection box 14 is a hermetically sealed box that can accommodate the mounting member 23 and can hold the earth pressure of the pressure chamber 3, and when the bit is replaced, the opened front end faced the opening 12 and the inclined wall 2B Mounted on the atmosphere chamber 4 side. In this collection box 14, for example, the upper open / close lid 14a is openable / detachable via a fastener such as a bolt, and the extracted mounting member 23 is taken out and stored, and replaced with a new mounting member 23 with a leading bit 6a. The member 23 is connected. At the same time, the release rod 29b is pushed out by the claw portion 33a to release the lock claw 27a from the lock groove 27b, and the bit lock device 27 is released by the lock release mechanism 29 to release the attachment member 23. Further, the recovery jack 32 is advanced, and the mounting member 23 is pulled out from the guide member 22 through the opening 12 to the recovery box 14 and recovered. The mounting member 23 of the recovery box 14 and replaced with a new leading bit 6a with mounting member 23, mounting the new mounting member 23 to the guide member 22 in the reverse order.

This will be described with reference to the bit exchange operation in the above embodiment.
1) When the shield machine reaches the bit exchange point, the target cutter pork 6c is stopped according to the corresponding position of the opening 12. Then, the guide tilting device 24 rotates the guide member 22 backward about the tilting pin 26 to disengage it from the spoke body 21, and stops the free end portion of the guide member 22 facing the opening 12.

At this time, in the pressure chamber 3, the plastic filler is injected into the excavated earth and stirred, and the guide member 22 is tilted in a soft state. In addition, what is necessary is just to incline the guide member 22 in the space which discharged | emitted excavated earth and sand with the earth removal apparatus 5, when the ground is stable and there is no spring water.

2) After opening and closing the gate device 13 to connect the pressure chamber 3 and the recovery box 14, the recovery rod 31 is moved closer to the guide member 22 by the recovery jack 32 of the bit push-pull device 15, The recovery rod 31 and the attachment member 23 are coupled by fitting the portion 33 a into the latching recess 28. At the same time, the bit lock device 27 is released by the lock release mechanism 29.

3) The recovery jack 32 is advanced to retract the recovery rod 31, and the attachment member 23 is pulled out from the guide member 22 and accommodated in the recovery box 14 through the opening 12. After the opening 12 is closed by the opening / closing gate device 13, the opening / closing lid 14a is opened, the latching claw 33 is detached from the latching recess 28, and the worn attachment member 23 with the leading bit 6a is newly attached with the leading bit 6a. The mounting member 23 is replaced, and the latching claw 33 is fitted into the latching recess 28 to close the open / close lid 14a.

4) The open / close gate device 13 is opened, the recovery jack 32 is contracted to move the recovery rod 31 forward, the new mounting member 23 is pushed out from the recovery box 14, and the slide member 22 a of the guide member 22 is inserted through the opening 12. Insert into and load. When the attachment member 23 reaches the attachment position, the attachment member 23 is prevented from being detached by the lock claw 27 a of the bit lock device 27. After the latching claw 33 is detached from the latching recess 28 and the recovery rod 31 is retracted, the opening 12 is closed by the open / close gate device 13.

5) The guide member 22 is rotated forward by the guide tilting device 24 and fitted into the storage space 21 a of the spoke body 21.
According to the above embodiment,
a) The spoke body 6c is left facing the face surface during the replacement work, and the guide member 21 is tilted rearward, so that the face face can be held and a soil retaining effect can be achieved.

b) Since the attachment member 23 with the leading bit 6a is pulled out from the guide member 21 to the collection box 14 through the opening 12 and is collected and pushed in, the excavation bit can be exchanged safely. Further, since the mounting member 23 is linearly pulled out from the guide member 22 to the collection box 14, and is replaced by being pushed in, the occurrence of troubles is reduced.

c) Since the worn leading bit 6a is replaced with the mounting member 23, the replacement work can be performed in a short time. Moreover, it can replace | exchange for the attachment member 23 from which the kind and arrangement | positioning of the advance bit 6a prepared previously differ, and can respond easily to the ground which excavates from now on.

d) Since the opening 12 is arranged on the side of the shield axis O and the mounting member 23 is pulled out and pushed in a direction inclined with respect to the shield axis in a substantially horizontal plane, the space of the atmosphere chamber 4 can be used effectively. The removal of other members is unnecessary, and the captain does not become long. Furthermore, since the mounting member 23 is pulled out and pushed in a substantially horizontal plane, there is little interference with the earth removing device 5 (particularly with a small diameter specification), and less driving force is required for drawing and pushing compared to the inclined direction. The strength can also be reduced.
