リモコン中のSW4がONすればリモコン受信部でのL2とL5がONするので、支持体(6)のスイッチを操作したときと同じ操作がリモコンでも可能となり、リモコン操作部(B1)リモコン送信部(B2)リモコン受信部(B3)の構造は各種電気製品で用いられている公知技術なのでここでの説明は省略する。
また、本装置はマイク(B4)音声入力部(B5)音声認識部と音声コマンド制御部で構成される音声受信制御部(B6)において音声でモータ制御を可能とすることができる。
説明上、本装置では音声によるコマンドとして“ウエ”“シタ”“トマレ”“ハヤク”“オソク”の5つの音声コマンドを用いて説明している。
利用者は、マイク(B4)に対してこれら音声コマンドになる言葉を発声すれば、音声入力部(B5)にて音声をマイク(B4)を通して受け入れ、音声受信制御部((B6)を通して支持体(6)に設けてあるSW1からSW4の信号線L1からL5の各ラインをリモコン受信部の動作と同じように各SW1からSW4に対応してONさせる。ただし、音声コマンドの“ウエ”“シタ”については、音声コマンドの“ウエ”が入力されると“ウエ”以外のコマンド(一般には“トマレ”のコマンド)が入力されるまでの間SW1をONさせるためにL3とL5を音声受信制御部でONする。また、声コマンドの“シタ”が入力されると“シタ”以外のコマンド(一般には“トマレ”のコマンド)までの間SW2をONさせるためにL4とL5を音声受信制御部でONする。実際は後述するように“ウエ”マタハ“シタ”の方向に動き続けると困るので、他のコマンドなどに正しく反応し制御することになる。このように音声コマンドでも支持体(6)に設けてあるSW1からSW4を操作したと同様に支持体(6)を動かすことが可能となる。この音声コマンドの入力から認識方法についても既に公知技術であるのでここでは詳細説明を省略する。
図24で本装置の動作をフローチャートで示し、前記図23の回路ブロック図における動作をより詳しく説明する。本装置ではSW3・SW4で示したように支持体(6)の移動速度をこれらスイッチにて変えることも可能にしている。図24の(b)に示すように本実施例では速度ランクとして1から5の5段階の設定を設けているのでSW3を操作にて1→5へ速度を早くしたりSW4にて5→1へ速度を遅くしたりすることが可能となる。図23の回路ブロック図動作を図24の(b)の5段階速度可変も含めて、図24の(a)にモータ制御部を説明してある。図24(a)のステップS1にてリモコンが有効であるか判断を行ない、リモコンが有効のときはステップS18にてリモコン入力を確認する。もし何らかのリモコン入力があればステップS3へ、リモコン入力がなければS1へ戻る。もしステップS1にてリモコンが有効ではないとするとステップS2にて音声入力の確認をし、音声入力があればステップ15にて音声コマンドがあるかを調べ、なければステップS1に戻り、あればステップS3へ行く。ステップS2にて音声入力がない場合もステップS3へ行く。リモコン入力の有無、音声入力の有無は、図23のL1からL4のいずれか一つがL5レベルになっている(スイッチがONになっている)ことをみることで判断できる。次に、ステップS3にて図22のSW3または、操作部(B1)のSWまたはリモコン受信部または音声受信制御部からL1とL5がONになっていれば“速く”の指示があるとしてステップS19に入り、(b)の速度ランクが現在5であるか判断を行ない、速度ランクが5であればS1へ戻り5以外であれば速度ランクをステップ20にて1upしてS1へ戻る。もしステップS3にて図23のL1とL5がOFFであれば、ステップS4に移る。そして、ステップS4にて図23のSW4または操作部(B1)のスイッチまたはリモコン受信部または音声受信制御部(B6)のいずれかから、L2とL5がONになっていれば“遅く”の指示があるとしてステップS16に入り(b)の速度ランクが現在1であるか判断を行ない、速度が1であればS1に戻り1以外であれば速度ランクをステップ17にて1DownしてS1に戻る。もしステップ4にて図23のL2とL5がOFFであればステップS5に移る。
ステップ5にて図23のSW1または操作部(B1)のスイッチまたはリモコン受信部または音声受信制御部(B6)のいずれかから、L3とL5がONになっていれば“上へ”の指示があるとしてS11に入り、OFFの場合にはステップS6に移る。
ステップS6にて図23のSW2または操作部(B1)のスイッチまたはリモコン受信部または音声受信制御部(B6)のいずれかから、L4とL5がONになっていれば“下へ”の指示があるとしてS7に入りOFFの場合にはステップS1に戻る。
ステップS11ではSW5にて支持体(6)が最上位の位置か否かの確認を行なう。SW5がONの場合は支持体(6)が最上位の位置に来ているとしてステップS14に移り上に向けてのモータ駆動はストップさせる。
ステップS11にてSW5がOFFの場合には、支持体(6)の位置はまだ最上位移動終端位置にはないとしてステップS12、S13、S11のループにて、SW5がONになるまで支持体(6)を上の方向へ移動させる。ただし、SW1の“上へ”の指示などがなくなるまたは音声コマンドの“トマレ”が認識されたりして、L3とL5がOFFになれば、ステップS13にて「上へ」の指示が消えたとしてステップS14に移り、上に向けてのモータ駆動はストップさせる。
ステップS7ではSW6にて支持体(6)が最下位の位置か否かの確認を行なう。SW6がONの場合は支持体(6)が最下位の位置に来ているとしてステップS10に移り下に向けてのモータ駆動はストップさせる。
ステップS7にてSW6がOFFの場合には、支持体(6)の位置はまだ最下位移動終端位置にないとしてステップS8、S9、S7のループにてSW6がONになるまで支持体(6)を下の方向へ移動させる。ただし、SW2の“下へ”の指示がなくなるまたは音声コマンドの“トマレ”が確認されたりして、L4とL5がOFFになれば、ステップS9にて「下へ」の指示が消えたとしてステップS10に移り下に向けてのモータ駆動はストップさせる。
このように、図23の起立座位補助装置の駆動エンジンは図24に示す動作をするので、手元スイッチやリモコン装置または音声コマンドを利用して操作可能となる。他の油圧などでの伝動機構の制御でも基本動作は同じである。
