Description

Moving lift
The present invention relates to a moving lift suitable for moving a user who cannot move to a wheelchair by himself such as a sick person, a disabled person or an elderly person.
Conventionally, in nursing care at home, hospitals, welfare facilities, etc., when users who are care recipients such as sick people, disabled people, elderly people, etc. are moved, for example, moved from bed to toilet to excrete urine, stool, etc. A caregiver who cares for a person uses a wheelchair to move between the bed and the toilet. In this case, the caregiver performs care to hold the user in each of the getting on and off of the user's wheelchair at the bed and the movement of the user to the toilet in the toilet after moving to the toilet. Yes.
Here, if the number of excretions by the user is several times a day, for example, 3 times, the caregiver needs to hold the caregiver 12 times a day. If such a caregiving condition lasts for several months, the caregiver is physically burdened and often suffers from low back pain. When back pain occurs in the caregiver, the user cannot be held, and therefore the user cannot be moved to the toilet and excreted, causing the user to diaper. In addition, caregiving by a caregiver places physical and mental burdens not only on the caregiver but also on the user.
Therefore, a moving lift that can move the user from the bed to an arbitrary destination has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Such a lift for movement includes a seat surface seat for supporting the user's buttocks from below, a backrest for supporting the user's back portion from the rear, and a pair of left and right to which the seat surface seat and the backrest are attached. The frame is mainly composed of a side frame and a base frame that can be inserted up to the space under the bed and includes a plurality of moving wheels. The pair of left and right side frames are erected in parallel to the base frame, and each of the seat surface seat and the backrest is detachably attached between the pair of left and right side frames.
And when the caregiver who cares for the user gets on and off the user between the bed and the lift for movement, the user removes the seat and the backrest and moves the lift for movement. You can get on and off. Moreover, the caregiver can move the moving lift in a state where the user is seated on the seat sheet while leaning on the backrest to any place such as a toilet, a bathroom, and a dining room.

However, the conventional moving lift has a problem that a caregiver needs to hold the user.
For example, when a user is moved from a bed to a toilet and excreted, an operation of holding the user by a caregiver is required to move the user from the moving lift to the toilet.
Therefore, there is a need for a lift for the caregiver that is easy to use that does not require a caregiver to hold the user even if the user moves to the toilet and excretes it.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a moving lift that is easy to use by a caregiver and does not require any operation for holding the user by the caregiver.
In order to achieve the above-described object, the moving lift of the present invention is a moving lift that moves a user on the moving lift, has moving wheels, and can be inserted into and removed from the space under the bed. A base frame, a foot lift plate disposed on the front side of the base frame, a pair of left and right side frames supported by the base frame, a seat plate placed between the side frames, and a space between the side frames A backrest detachably attached to the body, a slide frame having a grip body that a user can hold with both hands, and the slide frame horizontally moved in the front-rear direction, and the user sat on the grip body An initial position at which both hands can be held in a posture and the grip body can be gripped, and a horizontal front from the initial position. It is characterized in having a frame moving means for moving so as to obtain at least two positions selectively to take the forward position when Kamari standing.
And, by adopting such a configuration, the seat plate and the backrest can be removed from the side frame, so that the rear of the moving lift can be opened. Further, the grip body in the initial position can be held with both hands by bending the user forward and extending both hands in a posture in which the user sits with his feet on the foot lift plate. In addition, when the user is sitting and holding both grips and holding the grip body, the grip body is moved to the forward position. At the same time, the user's buttocks move upward. As a result, it is possible to assist the user from getting up from the sitting posture. When the grip body reaches the forward position, the user bends forward with the foot placed on the foot lift plate, and has a posture in which the buttocks are lifted away from the seat plate placement position. The user can be held in a standing posture by the grip body. In this way, by holding the user in the grip body and taking a standing posture, the seat plate can be placed on the side frame, the seat plate placed on the side frame can be removed, or the side frame can be removed. It is easy to attach and detach the backrest. Thus, for example, the user can easily get on and off between the lift for movement and the bed without holding the user by the caregiver, and the user is moved to the toilet and excreted. Without removing the seat plate from the side frame, the caregiver can remove the seat plate from the side frame and allow the user to sit on the toilet and excrete. The user can be seated on the seating board. Therefore, it is possible to improve the usability of the caregiver without requiring any operation for holding the user by the caregiver.
In the present invention, the slide frame includes a grip support portion that is long in the left-right direction where the grip body is provided, one end connected to the left and right ends of the grip support portion, and the other end connected to the grip body. A pair of left and right main body support portions disposed at the rear of the main body, and the frame moving means is attached to the pair of left and right electric linear actuators having an output shaft capable of moving forward and backward, and the side frame, and the main body A pair of left and right frame mounting members for movably supporting the other end of the support portion along the front-rear direction, the electric linear actuator is mounted on the frame mounting member, and the output shaft is The slide frame can be detachably connected to the slide frame. By adopting such a configuration, the slide frame can be easily moved horizontally along the front-rear direction by moving the output shaft of the electric linear actuator back and forth.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the grip body may be arranged above the shoulder position of the user in a sitting position. By adopting such a configuration, the user can grip the grip body at the upper front side of the shoulder, so that when the slide frame is advanced, the user can smoothly and easily move from the sitting position. Can stand up.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the battery can be configured to have a storage battery for operating the electric linear actuator, and a controller switch for operating forward and backward movements on the output shaft of the electric linear actuator. By adopting such a configuration, the slide frame can be moved back and forth regardless of the movement position by operating the controller switch.
Still further, in the present invention, when the user grips the grip body with both hands, the grip body can be configured to have a holding means for holding a state in which the user grips the grip body. And by adopting such a configuration, when the slide frame is advanced and retracted, even when the grip strength of the user is weak, the state when the user grips the grip body with his hand is maintained. Can do. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a sudden change in posture such as a sudden drop of the user's buttocks due to the user's hand moving away from the slide frame during the forward / backward movement of the slide frame. Therefore, even if the grip strength of the user is weak, it is possible to safely let the user grasp and stand by the grip body.
In the present invention, the holding means includes a holding belt that is detachably attached to the slide frame, and the holding belt includes a back support portion for supporting a user's back portion, and one end. Is connected to both ends of the back support portion, and the other end has a pair of left and right fixing bands that are detachably attached to the slide frame. And by adopting such a configuration, the configuration of the holding means can be simplified.
Furthermore, in this invention, it can be set as the structure which has the table board mounted in the said slide frame. And by adopting such a configuration, the table plate can put tableware etc. on its upper surface, for example, so that not only the user can move but also the function can be easily expanded. Can do.
The moving lift according to the present invention exhibits excellent effects such as no need for any operation for holding the user by the caregiver, and ease of use by the caregiver.

The second attachment portion 22a is disposed in parallel to the front side FS of the first lower support portion 21b. Note that the second frame portion 22 may be fixed to the leg portion 11 by welding or the like.
The seat plate 30 is for supporting the buttocks of the user P from below, and is formed in a planar rectangular shape having a long left-right direction as shown in FIG. The seat plate 30 is detachably mounted on the seat plate support portion 21c with the thickness direction facing up and down so that the seat surface supporting the user's P collar from below is facing upward. Further, the seat plate 30 is formed of resin or the like, and as shown in FIG. 4, mounting recesses 30a having a semicircular shape with a cross section projecting upward are formed at both ends in the left-right direction. . A concave groove 30b that is convex upward is formed in the center in the front-rear direction outside the mounting recess 30a. Furthermore, a cushion 30 c for improving the sitting comfort by the user P is provided on the upper surface of the seat plate 30. Then, the seat plate 30 fits the mounting recess 30a into the seat plate support portion 21c from above, and the groove 30b protrudes horizontally outward in the left-right direction at the center portion in the front-rear direction of the seat plate support portion 21c. By the simple operation of fitting into the positioning convex portion 24 formed on the base plate, the seat plate support portion 21c can be placed with the positioning in the front-rear direction. In addition, when removing the seat board 30, it can carry out by simple operation of raising the seat board 30 upwards from the downward direction by the caregiver's hand.
The backrest 32 is for supporting the back portion of the user P from the rear, and is formed in a belt shape that is long in the left-right direction by a cloth material, as shown in FIG. The left end portion of the backrest 32 shown on the left side of FIG. 5 has a left end portion of the backrest 32 connected to a seat plate support portion 21c of the left backrest support portion 21d and a connection portion to the upper support portion 22e. A plurality of, in the present embodiment, four backrest mounting hooks 33 are attached. These backrest mounting hooks 33 are attached at predetermined intervals along the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the backrest 32. The backrest mounting hook 33 has a pair of male members 33a and female members 33b (only a part thereof is provided with reference numerals). It should be noted that the backrest mounting hook 33 can be selected from connecting and engaging members such as a lot button and a snap button.
Further, at the right end portion of the backrest 32 shown on the right side of FIG. 5, the right end portion of the backrest 32 is connected to the seat plate support portion 21c of the backrest support portion 21d, and the connection portion to the upper support portion 22e. A pair of left and right backrest mounting surface fasteners 34 are attached so as to be wound around and fixed detachably. The back mounting surface fastener 34 is mounted on the rear surface of the back 32 where the back portion of the user P of the backrest 32 is not opposed.
As the backrest 32, a pair of left and right back plates that can be opened and closed with a double door opening (not shown) can be used. In this case, the left and right ends of the back plate can be inserted into and removed from the back support portion 21d, and the back plate of the user P of the back plate is shown on the rear surface not facing the back plate in order to keep the back plate closed. It is preferable to provide a detachable locking means including a hook and a hook stopper.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the side frame 20 is provided with a slide frame 36 and a frame moving means 40 for moving the slide frame 36.
The slide frame 36 includes a frame main body 37 and a grip main body 38 provided on the frame main body 37. The frame body 37 is formed, for example, by bending a metal pipe, and the grip support portion 37a disposed horizontally along the left-right direction and the left and right ends of the grip support portion 37a. A pair of left and right vertical support portions 37b extending perpendicularly downward along the vertical direction from the upper portion, and horizontally extending rearward from the lower ends of these vertical support portions 37b along the front-rear direction. And a pair of left and right horizontal support portions 37c. The grip support portion 37a is provided with a resin or wooden grip body 38 that the user P can hold with both hands. Further, the length of the vertical support portion 37b is, for example, about 300 mm so that the height position of the grip body 38 can be arranged above the shoulder position of the user P in the sitting posture (sitting posture). Is set. In addition, it is good also as a structure which does not provide the vertical support part 37b, ie, the structure which provides the horizontal support part 37c in the edge part of the grip support part 37a.
The frame moving means 40 horizontally moves the grip body 38, and thus the slide frame 36, for example, about 200 mm along the front-rear direction with respect to the side frame 20, and the side frame 20 indicated by the solid line in FIG. 1 for moving the slide so as to be able to selectively take two positions, an initial position (home position) HP approaching and a forward position FP separated from the side frame 20 shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. And a pair of left and right electric linear actuators 41 each having an output shaft 41a that can be advanced and retracted, and a pair of left and right frame mounting members 42. In addition, as a movement position of the slide frame 36, it is good also as three or more places as needed, such as a design concept.
The frame mounting member 42 is formed of, for example, metal in a bottomed cylindrical shape having an opening at the front end, and is mounted on the outer side in the left-right direction of the upper support portion 22e with its axial direction horizontal. The rear end portion of the horizontal support portion 37c is removably inserted into the opening of the frame mounting member 42, and the horizontal support portion 37c, and thus the slide frame 36, can be supported so as to be horizontally movable along the front-rear direction. It is like that. Here, the length of the rear end portion of the horizontal support portion 37c inserted into the frame attachment member 42 is formed longer than the moving distance of the slide frame 36, so that the slide frame 36 moves away from the horizontal support portion 37c. It is preferable in the sense that it can be easily prevented from falling off. In addition, as the frame attachment member 42, the structure which can horizontally reciprocate the slide frame 36 along the front-back direction, for example, linear motion mechanisms, such as a linear guide, can be used.
An electric linear actuator 41 is attached to the lower part of the frame attachment member 42, and the distal end portion of the output shaft 41 a of the electric linear actuator 41 can be attached to and detached from the front lower surface of the horizontal support portion 37 c via the bracket 43. It is attached. The output shaft 41a of the electric linear actuator 41 is normally held at the retracted end, and holds the slide frame 36 at the initial position HP. Instead of the electric linear actuator 41, an electric motor whose output shaft rotates can be used. In this case, it is good to convert the rotational motion by the output shaft of an electric motor into reciprocating motion by a rack and a pinion, for example. Moreover, it is good to enable it to change the attachment position of the bracket 43 with respect to the horizontal support part 37c according to the length of the user's P arm. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, three mounting holes 39a, 39b, 39c are formed in the horizontal support portion 37c of the frame main body 37 over a range of about 50 mm along the front-rear direction, and the arm length is standard. In the case of the person P, the bracket 43 is attached to the attachment hole 39b located in the center portion in the front-rear direction by an attachment pin (not shown), and in the case of the user P with a long arm, the attachment hole 39a located in the foremost position. The bracket 43 is attached with a mounting pin (not shown), and in the case of a user P with a short arm, the user P can be attached by attaching the bracket 43 to the mounting hole 39c located on the rearmost side with a mounting pin (not shown). The position of the grip body 37 in the front-rear direction can be easily adjusted according to the length of the arm.
The frame mounting member 42 and the upper support portion 22e can also function as an armrest on which the elbow of the user P is placed. Therefore, the upper support portion 22e, the frame mounting member 42, and the electric linear actuator 41 are entirely covered with a protective cushion cover (not shown) over the length of the upper support portion 22e so as not to hinder the movement of the slide frame 36. By placing an elbow on the protective cushion cover, the posture of the user P can be kept safe.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a control case 45 that can be opened and closed is attached to the upper front portion of the base frame 10. Inside the control case 45, a rechargeable storage battery 46, a transformer 47, a control unit 48, and the like as a drive source (power source) of the electric linear actuator 41 are housed in an electrically connected state. A remote controller 50 as a controller switch arranged outside the control case 45 is electrically connected to the control unit 48 by wire in order to send an operation command for the output shaft 41a of the electric linear actuator 41. The remote controller 50 includes a push button switch 50a (hereinafter, referred to as a standing switch 50a) having a “standing” display operated at least when the output shaft 41a is moved forward, and a time when the advanced output shaft 41a is moved backward. There is provided a push button switch 50b (hereinafter, referred to as a sitting switch 50b) having a “sitting” display (not shown) for performing an operation. Of course, the electric linear actuator 41 is electrically connected to the controller 48. The control unit 48 always holds the slide frame 36 at the initial position HP where the output shaft 41a of the electric linear actuator 41 is retracted. The storage battery 46 can be connected to a charging power cord (not shown) so that it can be charged when the moving lift 1 is not used. The control unit 48 and the remote controller 50 may be configured to be wirelessly connected.
As shown in FIG. 2, the lift 1 for movement according to the present embodiment holds the grip body 38 so that the grip body 38 is held in a gripping state when the user P grips the grip body 38 with both hands. A holding belt 52 is provided as means. The holding belt 52 is provided for the safety of the user P when the gripping force of the user P is weak.
As shown in FIG. 6, the holding belt 52 has a back support portion 53 for supporting the back portion of the user P in a sitting posture, and one end at the end portion of the back support portion 53 in the lateral direction of FIG. The other end has a pair of left and right fixing bands 54 that are detachably attached to the grip body 38 of the slide frame 36. A cushion material made of urethane or the like (not shown) is accommodated in the back support portion 53. Further, the size of each fixed band 54 in the width direction (vertical direction in FIG. 6) orthogonal to the length direction shown in the horizontal direction in FIG. It is smaller than the size. In addition, a pair of left and right holding surface fasteners 55 are attached to both ends of each fixing band 54 so that the end of the holding belt 52 is wound around the grip body 38 and is detachably fixed. The holding surface fastener 55 is attached to the front surface of the holding belt 52 facing the back of the user P at a predetermined interval.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the moving lift 1 of this embodiment has a table plate 60 indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIGS. 1 to 3. This table board 60 is provided as needed, such as performing nursing care such as a meal while the user P is on the moving lift 1.
As shown in FIG. 7, the table plate 60 includes a rectangular table main body 61 that is long in the left-right direction, and a pair of table mounting members 62 that are attached to the lower surfaces of both ends in the left-right direction. These table mounting members 62 are formed in a rectangular cross section by an anti-slip material such as rubber, for example, and a concave portion 62a having a semicircular cross section is formed on the lower surface thereof. . The table plate 60 can be placed on the slide frame 36 by fitting the recess 62a into the front side FS of the horizontal support portion 37c from above.
Other configurations are the same as those of the conventionally known moving lift, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
In addition, when shipping the lift 1 for movement of this embodiment, while separating the base frame 10 and the side frame 20, it is good to wrap the electric linear actuator 41 and the slide frame 36 separately.
Next, the operation of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration will be described.
The boarding / alighting of the user P by the lift 1 for movement of this embodiment is illustrated and illustrated about the case where the user P is moved from the bed B to a toilet and excreted. Here, in the lift 1 for movement, the position of the grip body 37 in the front-rear direction is adjusted according to the length of the arm of the user P. In addition, as the bed B, the electric bed which can raise / lower a floor is generally used.
First, the case where the user P sleeping on the bed B is put on the lift for movement will be described.
The caregiver causes the user P sleeping on the bed B to sit on the side of the bed B and causes the user P to take a sitting posture. At this time, the height of the bed B may be adjusted so that the seat plate support 21c is on the bed B. A state in which the user P is seated on the side surface of the bed B is shown in FIG. In FIG. 8, only the main parts are denoted by reference numerals.
Next, the caregiver removes the seat plate 30 in advance and arranges the moving lift 1 with the backrest 32 removed so that the rear side thereof faces the bed B. At this time, it is preferable that the backrest 32 can be reduced in labor and time by removing only the backrest mounting hook 33 disposed at the left end where the attachment / detachment operation is easy. Of course, the grip body 38 of the slide frame 36 maintains the initial position HP. Further, the holding belt 52 and the table plate 60 are also removed. Then, the caregiver moves the moving lift 1 backward so that the rear portion of the base frame 10 of the moving lift 1 is under the bed B. At this time, the user P is placed between the side frames 20. In addition, the floor of the bed B is moved up and down electrically to place the foot of the user P on the leg raising plate 14. When the bed B does not move up and down electrically, the caregiver moves the user P's foot up and down. FIG. 8B shows a state where the user P sitting on the bed B is placed between the side frames 20 and his / her feet are placed on the foot raising plate 14 of the moving lift 1.
Next, the caregiver makes the upper body of the user P bend forward and extends both hands, and grips the grip body 38 of the slide frame 36 with both hands. FIG. 8C shows a state where the user P sitting on the bed B grips the grip body 38 with both hands. In addition, the user's P back part can be separated from the backrest 32 by making the upper body of the user P bend forward.
Next, the caregiver presses the standing switch 50a of the remote controller 50 to move the grip body 38 of the slide frame 36 from the initial position HP to the forward position FP. At this time, the position of both hands of the user P moves forward with the advancement of the grip body 38, so that the buttocks of the user P naturally move upward with the advancement of the grip body 38. As a result, the user P can easily stand up (rise up) from the sitting posture. That is, it is possible to reliably assist the user P from getting up from the sitting posture. When the grip main body 38 reaches the forward movement position FP, the user P bends forward with the foot placed on the foot lift plate 14 and floats the buttocks away from the position where the seat plate 30 is disposed. Therefore, the user P can be held by the grip body 38. FIG. 8D shows a state where the user P is held by the moving lift 1 and is in a standing posture. When the grip force of the user P is weak, the holding belt 52 is attached to the grip body 38 before the slide frame 36 is moved, that is, before the standing switch 50a is pressed, and the grip body 38 is attached to the user P. Hold the gripping state.
Next, the caregiver puts the seat plate 30 on the moving lift 1 and attaches the backrest 32 with the user P holding and holding the standing posture. At this time, the seat plate 30 is placed by the caregiver from the side after the seat plate 30 is inserted just below the buttocks of the user P, and the four corners of the seat plate 30 are moved upward to the inside of the four seat receiving members 24. It can be executed by a simple operation of fitting from the side. In addition, the caregiver attaches the backrest 32 by winding the left end of the backrest 32 around the left back support portion 21d and then moving the male member 33a of the backrest mounting hook 33 to the female member 33b or to the male member 33a. It can be executed by a simple operation of fastening 33b. FIG. 8E shows a state in which the user P is held by the moving lift 1 and is in a standing posture, with the seat plate 30 and the backrest 32 attached to the moving lift 1.
Next, the caregiver presses the switch 50b on which the remote controller 50 sits to return the grip body 38 of the slide frame 36 from the forward movement position FP to the initial position HP. Thereby, since both hands of the user P move horizontally toward the rear, the buttocks of the user P are naturally lowered and supported by the seat plate 30 from below. FIG. 8F shows a state where the user P grips the grip body 38 with both hands and places the buttocks on the seat plate 30. When the holding belt 52 is used, the holding belt 52 is removed after the collar portion is placed on the seat plate 30.
Next, the caregiver can put the user P on the moving lift 1 by lifting the upper body bent forward by separating both hands of the user P from the grip body 38 and supporting the back portion on the backrest 32. Yes (see user P indicated by the one-dot chain line in FIG. 2). FIG. 8G shows a state where the user P is placed on the moving lift 1 from the bed B.
Next, the caregiver advances the moving lift 1 on which the user P is placed and moves it away from the bed B. FIG. 8H shows a state where the user P is placed on the moving lift 1 and separated from the bed B. Note that the bed B may be lowered before the moving lift 1 is separated from the bed B.
Next, the case where the user P placed on the moving lift 1 is excreted in the toilet will be described.
The caregiver pushes the lift 1 for movement on which the user P is placed, moves in front of the toilet, opens the toilet door (not shown), and then moves the lift 1 so that the back of the user P faces the toilet T. After that, the movement lift 1 is moved backward so that the user P before excretion can sit (seat) on the toilet seat of the toilet T, that is, the seat plate 30 is located above the toilet seat of the toilet T. Place at the position. FIG. 9A shows a state where the user P before excretion is moved to a position where the user P can be seated on the toilet T. In FIG. 9, only the main parts are denoted by reference numerals.
Next, as described above, the caregiver bends the upper body of the user P and extends both hands, grips the grip body 38 of the slide frame 36 with both hands, and then presses the standing switch 50a of the remote control 50 to slide. The grip body 38 of the frame 36 is moved from the initial position HP to the forward movement position FP. At this time, as described above, the position of both hands of the user P moves forward with the advancement of the grip body 38, so that the buttocks of the user P naturally move upward with the advancement of the grip body 38. . Thereby, the user P can easily stand up from the sitting posture. That is, the user P before excretion is raised by the lift 1 for movement, and is made to hold and stand. FIG. 9B shows a state where the user P before excretion is held by the moving lift 1 and is in a standing posture.
When the grip force of the user P is weak, as described above, the holding belt 52 is attached to the grip body 38 and the grip body 38 is gripped by the user P before pressing the standing switch 50a. Hold. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the fixing belt 54 of the holding belt 52 passes through the armpit of the user P.
Next, the caregiver lowers the clothes on the lower body of the user P and removes the seat plate 30 while the user P is holding and standing. The seat plate 30 can be removed by a simple operation of pushing the seat plate 30 upward. Note that either the operation of lowering the clothes or the operation of removing the seat plate 30 may be performed first. FIG. 9C shows a state where the user P before excretion is held by the movement lift 1 to be in a standing posture and then the seat plate 30 is removed from the movement lift 1.
Next, as described above, the caregiver presses the switch 50b on which the remote controller 50 sits to return the grip body 38 of the slide frame 36 from the forward movement position FP to the initial position HP. Thereby, since both hands of the user P move horizontally toward the rear, the buttocks of the user P naturally fall, so that the buttocks of the user P can be seated on the toilet seat of the toilet T. After that, the user P is seated on the toilet bowl T by raising both the hands of the user P away from the grip body 38, raising the forward bent body, and supporting the back part on the backrest 32. The urine can be easily excreted. At this time, even if the user P separates both hands from the grip body 38, the back can be supported by the backrest 32, and the upper support 22 e, the frame mounting member 42, and the electric linear actuator 41 are covered for protection. By placing an elbow on the cushion cover, the posture of the user P can be kept safe. A state where the user P before excretion is seated on the toilet bowl T is shown in FIG.
Note that the user P may hold the grip body 38 with both hands. In particular, when the holding belt 52 is used, the user P can be excreted while holding the grip body 38 with both hands without removing the holding belt 52.
Next, when the caregiver finishes excretion of the user P, as described above, the upper body of the user P is bent forward and both hands are extended, and the grip body 38 of the slide frame 36 is held with both hands ( 2), the user presses the standing switch 50a of the remote controller 50 to move the grip body 38 of the slide frame 36 from the initial position HP to the forward position FP. Thereby, the user P after excretion stands up with the lift 1 for a movement, and makes the buttocks stand in a standing posture away from the toilet T. FIG. 9E shows a state in which the user P after excretion is held by the moving lift 1 to be in a standing posture.
Next, the caregiver performs the processing after excretion of the lower body of the user P as necessary while holding the user P in a standing posture, and then raises the clothing of the lower body of the user P. After the preparation, the seat plate 30 is placed on the moving lift 1 as described above. In addition, either the operation | movement which raises and arranges clothes and the operation | movement which mounts the seat board 30 may perform first. FIG. 9 (f) shows a state in which the user P after excretion is held by the moving lift 1 and set in a standing posture, and then the seat plate 30 is placed on the moving lift 1.
Next, as described above, the caregiver presses the switch 50b on which the remote controller 50 sits to return the grip body 38 of the slide frame 36 from the forward movement position FP to the initial position HP, and places the buttocks of the user P on the seat plate 30. After that, the user P's hands are separated from the grip body 38, the upper body bent forward is raised, and the back part is supported by the backrest 32 so that the user P after excretion is placed on the movement lift 1 Return to. FIG. 9G shows a state where the user P after excretion is placed on the movement lift 1.
Then, the caregiver advances the moving lift 1 on which the user P is placed and separates it from the toilet T. FIG. 9H shows a state in which the user P after excretion is placed on the movement lift 1 and separated from the toilet bowl T.
Next, the caregiver pushes the moving lift 1 on which the user P after excretion is placed, moves in front of the bed B, and the order of operations when the user P is placed on the moving lift 1 from the bed B. The movement lift 1 is separated from the bed B after the user P is seated on the side surface of the bed B by performing the operations in the reverse order. When the moving lift 1 is separated from the bed B, the user P is laid on the bed B.
When the lift 1 for movement is moved to a preset location, a charging power cord (not shown) is connected to the control unit 48 to charge the storage battery 46.
Thus, according to the moving lift 1 of the present embodiment, the seat plate 30 is placed between the side frames 20 and the backrest 32 is detachably attached between the side frames 20. The seat plate 30 and the backrest 32 can be easily removed from the frame 20. Accordingly, for example, when the user P is transferred between the movement lift 1 and the bed B, the rear of the movement lift 1 can be opened by removing the seat plate 30 and the backrest 32 from the side frame 20. Therefore, the user P can be easily transferred between the movement lift 1 and the bed B or the like.
Further, according to the moving lift 1 of the present embodiment, the slide frame 36 including the grip body 38 that the user P can hold with both hands, and the slide frame 36 is moved along the front-rear direction with respect to the side frame 20. And the grip body 38 has a frame moving means 40 for moving so as to selectively take two positions, an initial position HP approaching the side frame 20 and an advance position FP separated from the side frame 20. Therefore, the grip body 38 at the initial position HP can be grasped with both hands by extending the both hands while the user P bends forward with the user P sitting on the foot-lifting plate 14.
Then, in the state where the user P is sitting and holding both hands and holding the grip body 38, the grip body 38 is moved to the forward movement position FP, so that the position of both hands of the user P moves forward. As the grip body 38 moves forward, the buttocks of the user P naturally move upward. Thereby, the user P can be easily and reliably assisted from rising from the sitting posture. That is, the user P can be easily raised from the sitting posture by a simple operation of moving the grip body 38 to the forward movement position FP.
Further, when the grip body 38 reaches the forward movement position FP, the user P bends forward with the foot placed on the foot lift plate 14 and floats the buttocks away from the position where the seat plate 30 is disposed. Thus, it is possible to easily take a standing posture by the grip body 38. Further, by holding the user P by the grip body 38 and taking a standing posture, the seat plate 30 can be placed on the side frame 20, the seat plate 30 placed on the side frame 20 can be removed, The backrest 32 can be easily attached to and detached from the frame 20. Furthermore, by returning the grip body 38 that has reached the forward movement position FP to the initial position HP, the user P who has been held by the grip body 38 can be easily returned to the sitting position.
That is, according to the lift 1 for movement of this embodiment, the frame moving means 40 horizontally moves the slide frame 36 along the front-rear direction, so that the posture where the user P is sitting and the posture where the user P is held by the grip body. Therefore, for example, the user P can easily get on and off between the lift 1 and the bed B without performing an operation of holding the user P by a caregiver. When the user P is moved to the toilet and excreted, the seat plate 30 is removed from the side frame 20 and the user P is seated on the toilet T without performing the operation of holding the user P by the caregiver. It can be excreted, and after excretion, the seat plate 30 can be placed on the side frame 20 and the user P can be seated on the seat plate 30.
Therefore, according to the lift for movement 1 of the present embodiment, it is possible to make the caregiver easy to use without requiring any action of holding the user P by the caregiver.
Moreover, according to the lift 1 for movement of this embodiment, the slide frame 36 can be easily horizontally moved along the front-rear direction by moving the output shaft 41a of the electric linear actuator 41 back and forth.
Furthermore, according to the moving lift 1 of the present embodiment, the grip body 38 is disposed above the shoulder position of the user P sitting on the seat plate 30, so that the user P is in front of the shoulder. Since the grip body 38 can be gripped upward, the user P can be raised smoothly and easily from the sitting posture when the slide frame 36 is advanced.
Furthermore, according to the moving lift 1 of the present embodiment, the storage battery 46 for operating the electric linear actuator 41 and the remote controller as a controller switch for causing the output shaft 41a of the electric linear actuator 41 to move forward and backward. 50, the slide frame 36 can be moved back and forth by operating the standing switch 50a or the sitting switch 50b of the remote controller 50 regardless of the movement position of the lift 1 for movement. If the storage battery 46 is charged, the power supply is not lost, so that the usability of the moving lift 1 can be improved.
Further, according to the moving lift 1 of the present embodiment, the holding belt 52 as the holding means is used by the user P even when the gripping force of the user P is weak when the slide frame 36 is advanced or retracted. It is possible to hold the grip body 38 with the hand. Thereby, when the slide frame 36 moves back and forth, it is possible to prevent a sudden change in posture such as the user P's hand moving away from the grip body 38 and the user P's buttocks suddenly drop. Therefore, even when the gripping force of the user P is weak, the gripping posture of the user P by the grip body 38 can be safely taken.
Furthermore, according to the lift 1 for movement of this embodiment, since the holding belt 52 is constituted by the back support portion 53 and the pair of left and right fixing bands 54, the configuration can be simplified. .
Furthermore, according to the lift 1 for movement of this embodiment, since the table board 60 mounted in the slide frame 36 can put tableware etc. on the upper surface, for example, it simply moves the user P. In addition, functions can be easily expanded.
In addition, this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, A various change is possible as needed.
