本発明の要旨は、次の通りである。

9 フランジ配管取り付け角度

Claims (2)
- 煙道内を流れる500mg/m3以上のダストを含む高濃度の排ガスに、煙道に設けたフランジ配管からマイクロ波を照射して、マイクロ波のドップラー効果を利用して濃度を測定するマイクロ波濃度計による排ガスのダスト濃度測定方法において、フランジ配管の取り付け角度を鉛直方向上向きの基準(0度)に対して110度以下の角度でマイクロ波を発信するとともに、フランジ配管内をパージガスでパージし、該パージはパージガスの平均流速(m/sec)とフランジ配管の内径(m)との積が0.0001〜0.05(m2/sec)となるように行い、そして、500超〜1500hzを含むドップラーシフト周波数帯を選定して、その周波数の大きさをダスト濃度の濃淡として捕らえることを特徴とする排ガスのダスト濃度測定方法。
- 前記500mg/m3以上のダストを含む高濃度の排ガスが、溶銑に酸素を吹き付けて脱炭反応を起こさせる転炉の集塵排ガスであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排ガスのダスト濃度測定方法。
