床面に間隔をおいて固定される2個のベース部材と、上記2個のベース部材を覆って位置される覆い部材と、ほぼ門型を成し両端部が上記覆い部材を貫通した状態で上記ベース部材に連結される押さえ部材と、上記ベース部材、覆い部材及び押さえ部材を分離不能に連結する2つのキー部材とから成り、
上記ベース部材は、床面に固定される基部と該基部に一体に形成され互いに対向して位置されると共に挿通孔を有する一対の支持部とを備え、
上記覆い部材は、両端部において上記ベース部材の支持部を側方から覆う側面部に上記支持部の挿通孔と整合した挿通孔が形成されると共に、上面部に上記押さえ部材の垂直部を挿入する挿入口が形成されて成り、
上記押さえ部材は、水平部とその両端から垂設された垂直部から成り、上記覆い部材の挿入口から挿入される垂直部に上記ベース部材及び覆い部材に形成された挿通孔と整合する挿通孔が形成されると共に、水平部が車輌のステップボードの上方を跨ぐ状態で垂直部が上記覆い部材の挿入口から各ベース部材の対向する一対の支持部の間に挿入され、
