Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a chair backrest mounting structure in which a synthetic resin backrest plate is mounted on a metal backrest.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a typical chair backrest mounting structure, a cylindrical portion is provided on the left and right sides of a synthetic resin backrest plate, and the cylindrical portion is made of a metal pipe that faces upward on the left and right sides of the chair. The backrest plate is attached to the backpack by fitting the backboard and fixing the backrest plate and the backboard with rivets (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-21260).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the conventional backrest mounting structure as described above, in order to attach the backrest plate so as not to rattle the backrest, it is necessary to press-fit the backrest into the cylindrical portion. There is a problem that is difficult.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and makes it possible to easily and reliably attach and remove a synthetic resin backrest plate to and from the backrest. An object of the present invention is to provide a chair backrest mounting structure that can prevent the possibility of breakage.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.
(1) Fit the metal dorsal plate provided on both sides of the back of the chair to the cylindrical parts provided on the lower sides of the synthetic resin back plate, and attach the back plate to the doggy. In the chair backrest mounting structure, a pair of abutting portions that are in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the back saddle and are opposed to each other in the front-rear direction are also provided on the left and right sides of the inner peripheral surface. A non-contact portion that does not contact the outer peripheral surface of the dorsal fin, and the tubular portion and the dorsal fin are provided at the center of one of the pair of contact portions. It is fixed with detachable fastening means provided on the dorsal fin through the mounting holes .
[0006]
(2) In the above item (1), a stopper that protrudes inward and can come into contact with the upper end of the dorsal fin is provided on the upper portion of the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a chair provided with an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view of the same.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 2, (1) is a pair of left and right front legs formed by bending a metal round pipe material into an inverted L-shape when viewed from the side. The upper part of the rear leg (2) made of a round pipe is fixed by welding.
[0009]
The upper parts of the left and right front legs (1) and the rear legs (2) are connected by connecting rods (4) and (4) in the left-right direction for supporting the seat (3).
[0010]
The lower part of the backpack (6) made of a metal round pipe is appropriately supported by the connection fitting (5) fixed to the upper parts of the left and right rear legs (2). A backrest plate (7) is attached to the upper part of the left and right dorsal fins (6), and similarly, on the rear side of the outer peripheral surface, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. ) Is provided with a female screw hole (9) into which the screw can be screwed.
[0011]
The backrest plate (7) is injection-molded with a hard synthetic resin material. The lower part is open on the left and right sides, and the upper part of the backpack (6) can be inserted from below. A portion (10) is formed.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, there are contact portions (11) that protrude inward and can contact the outer peripheral surface of the dorsal fin (6) before and after the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion (10). Also, the left and right sides of the inner peripheral surface are recessed so as to form a gap (A) between the outer peripheral surface of the dorsal fin (6) and are not abutted against the outer peripheral surface of the dorsal fin (6). The contact portion (12) is provided along the vertical direction. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a mounting hole (10a) for screw insertion is formed in the lower part on the rear side of the cylindrical portion (10).
[0013]
The distance between the abutting portions (11) and (11) facing each other in the front-rear direction is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the dorsal fin (6), or the dorsal fin (6) to such an extent that the dorsal fin (6) can be press-fitted. It is better to make it slightly smaller than the outer diameter.
[0014]
In a state where the backrest plate (7) is attached to the backrest (6), the front and rear abutment portions (11) abut on the outer peripheral surface of the backrest (6), so that the backrest plate due to the backward load of the seated person It is possible to suppress the rattling of (7) and sufficiently withstand the load.
[0015]
The abutment surface of the abutment portion (11) that abuts against the dorsal fin (6) has an arc shape so that the dorsal fin (6) does not rattle in the left-right direction in the cylindrical portion (10). Is preferable.
[0016]
The screw (8) is inserted into the mounting hole (10a) and screwed into the female screw hole (9), so that the dorsal fin (6) does not come out from the tubular part (10). Yes.
[0017]
Instead of the screw (8), a clip or a pin that can be engaged with and disengaged from the tubular part (10) and the dorsal fin (6) so that the dowel (6) can be secured to the tubular part (10). May be used.
[0018]
Since the gap (A) is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the dorsal fin (6) and the non-contact portion (12), the cylindrical portion (10) can be easily elastically deformed, and the dorsal fin (6) Can be easily fitted into the cylindrical portion (10). That is, when the dorsal fin (6) is inserted into the cylindrical portion (10), the cylindrical portion (10) can be elastically deformed in the front-rear direction so that the distance between the front and rear contact portions (11) is increased. The hook (6) can be easily fitted into the cylindrical part (10).
[0019]
Further, since the cylindrical portion (10) is easily elastically deformed by the gap (A), an impact load acting on the cylindrical portion (10) can be absorbed, and cracks in the cylindrical portion (10) can be absorbed. Occurrence and the like can be prevented.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, a plurality of stoppers (13) that protrude inward and can come into contact with the upper end of the dorsal fin (6) are provided on the upper part of the inner peripheral surface of the tubular part (10). It has been.
[0021]
When the dorsal fin (6) is fitted into the tubular part (10), the stopper (13) is placed against the upper end of the dorsal fin (6) at the position where the mounting hole (10a) and the female screw hole (9) are aligned. In contact therewith, further insertion of the backrest (6) is prevented, and the backrest plate (7) is positioned in the vertical direction with respect to the backrest (6).
[0022]
As described above, the backrest plate (7) can be easily attached to the cylindrical portion (10) formed on both sides by fitting the backrest (6) and fastening the screw (8). It is attached to 6) and can be easily removed from the dorsal fin (6) by removing the screw (8).
[0023]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. In the above embodiment, the dorsal fin (6) is made of a metal round pipe, and the inner shape of the cylindrical portion (10) is substantially circular according to the outer shape of the dorsal fin (6). Alternatively, the dorsal fin (6) may be a deformed tube such as a square tube or an elliptical tube, and the inner shape of the tubular portion (10) may be matched to the outer shape of the dorsal fin (6). There is an effect.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the following effects can be achieved.
(a) According to the first aspect of the present invention, the pair of abutting portions that are in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the dorsal fin and are opposed to each other in the front-rear direction are provided on the front and rear sides of the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion. Non-contact parts that do not come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the dorsal fin are provided on the left and right sides, making it easy to fit the dorsal part into the cylindrical part and shaking the backrest plate due to the backward load of the seated person And can sufficiently withstand the load.
[0025]
In addition, since the cylindrical portion is easily elastically deformed, it is possible to absorb the impact load acting on the cylindrical portion and the difference in thermal expansion between the cylindrical portion and the dorsal fin, and the occurrence of cracks in the cylindrical portion. Etc. can be prevented.
[0026]
By fixing the tubular part and the dorsal fin with a detachable fastening means provided on the dorsal fin through a mounting hole provided in the center of one of the abutting parts, the tubular part is fixed.
