Description
湿気制御システム22内の構成部品(例えば、集水器52とコンデンサ50との)間に流体流が選択的に許容される。

Claims (12)
- 主熱交換器および補助熱交換器と、
前記主熱交換器および前記補助熱交換器と流体的に接続した第3の熱交換器と、
制御部からの指示に応じて、前記主熱交換器および前記補助熱交換器の少なくとも一方と前記第3の熱交換器を選択的かつ流体的に接続するバルブシステムと、
を備え、
前記バルブシステムが、第1の冷却性能をもたらすように前記第3の熱交換器および前記主熱交換器を流体的に接続するとともに、前記第1の冷却性能と異なった第2の冷却性能をもたらすように前記第3の熱交換器および前記補助熱交換器を流体的に接続することを特徴とする航空機用空気調和パック。 - 前記熱交換器に流体的に接続されたエアサイクルマシンを備える請求項1に記載の空気調和パック。
- 前記熱交換器と前記エアサイクルマシンとの間に流体的に接続された湿気制御システムを備える請求項2に記載の空気調和パック。
- 前記第1の冷却性能が、前記主熱交換器から前記第3の熱交換器に流れる空気により高高度/巡航状態に対応し、前記第2の冷却性能が、前記補助熱交換器から前記第3の熱交換器に流れる空気により暑い日/地上状態に対応することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気調和パック。
- 前記第3の熱交換器内の空気の一部が分配のためパック出口に流れ、前記主熱交換器内の空気の別の一部が前記エアサイクルマシンの圧縮機に流れ、前記圧縮機から前記補助熱交換器に流れ、空気が前記補助熱交換器から湿気制御システムを通って前記エアサイクルマシンの第1のタービンに流れることにより前記第1の冷却性能がもたらされることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気調和パック。
- 空気が前記エアサイクルマシンの前記第1のタービンから前記湿気制御システムを通って前記エアサイクルマシンの第2のタービンに流れ、前記第3の熱交換器からの空気とともに分配のため前記パック出口に流れることにより前記第1の冷却性能がもたらされることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気調和パック。
- 空気が前記主熱交換器から前記エアサイクルマシンの圧縮機を通って前記補助熱交換器に流れることにより前記第2の冷却性能がもたらされることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気調和パック。
- 空気が前記第3の熱交換器から湿気制御システムを通って前記エアサイクルマシンの第1のタービンに流れ、前記第1のタービンから前記湿気制御システムを通って前記エアサイクルマシンの第2のタービンに流れ、分配のため前記パック出口に流れることにより前記第2の冷却性能がもたらされることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の空気調和パック。
- 前記エアサイクルマシンが、1つの圧縮機および2つのタービンを備える三輪機械であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気調和パック。
- 前記バルブシステムが、前記主熱交換器と前記第3の熱交換器との間に配置された第1のバルブを備え、前記第1のバルブが、前記第1の冷却性能をもたらす際に、開放位置で、前記主熱交換器と前記第3の熱交換器との間に流体流を許容し、前記第2の冷却をもたらす際に、チェック位置で、前記主熱交換器と前記第3の熱交換器との間において流体流を調節することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和パック。
- 前記バルブシステムが、前記補助熱交換器と前記第3の熱交換器との間に配置された第2のバルブを備え、前記第2のバルブが、前記第2の冷却性能をもたらす際に、開放位置で、前記補助熱交換器と前記第3の熱交換器との間に流体流を許容し、前記第1の冷却をもたらす際に、閉鎖位置で、前記補助熱交換器と前記第3の熱交換器との間の流体流を防ぐことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和パック。
- 前記熱交換器が、ラム空気ダクトに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和パック。
