Description
The present invention relates to a map information display device, a map information display method, a map information display program, and a recording medium. However, the use of the present invention is not limited to the above-described map information display device, map information display method, map information display program, and recording medium.
Conventionally, there is a technique for displaying map information on a display screen. For example, a current location detection unit for detecting the current location, a display unit for forming a map screen, a facility selection processing means for selecting a facility in a predetermined area set in correspondence with the current location, and the selected facility There is a navigation system having an emphasis notification processing means for emphasizing and notifying an operator.
However, in the conventional map information, since information is excessively displayed, a problem that it is difficult for a user to see necessary information is given as an example. Furthermore, when a large amount of information is displayed on a limited display screen, the user stares at the display screen in order to search for information that he / she wants to see, which causes an example of a problem that hinders driving. .
On the other hand, in the above-described prior art of Patent Document 1, in order to highlight the facility that the operator wants to see, an operation input for selecting the facility of the operator is required each time, and this is troublesome for the operator. Can be mentioned. Furthermore, when complicated operation input is performed during driving, it is necessary to stop the operator's line of sight for a relatively long time on the operation terminal.
The map information display device according to the invention of claim 1 includes display means for displaying map information, control means for displaying the map information in any one display format from a plurality of types of display formats related to the map information, Each of the plurality of types of display formats is a format in which a part of the information included in the map information is highlighted according to different driving conditions of the vehicle, and the control means is configured to drive the vehicle. When the situation is a situation where at least a part of the road in the predetermined area including the current point of the vehicle is congested, only the road is highlighted by hiding information other than the road included in the map information. In addition, among the highlighted roads, a congested road is further highlighted than the other roads .
Exemplary embodiments of a map information display device, a map information display method, a map information display program, and a recording medium according to the present invention will be explained below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(Functional configuration of map information display device)
First, the functional configuration of the map information display device according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a functional configuration of a map information display device according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the map
First, the
Moreover, the information regarding a user is the information which identifies a user, for example, is information regarding a user's identification information or a user's visual acuity. The user identification information is information that allows each user to be identified, for example, information such as a unique code number assigned to each user and the name of the user. The information about the user's visual acuity is, for example, information that directly represents the user's visual acuity such as “0.7” or “1.0”, or information on the user's visual acuity such as “good” or “bad”. It is information representing the state.
In addition, the information related to the movement of the user is information acquired before the movement by the moving user, when the moving is stopped, or the moving user, or information of the moving body moving around the user. For example, search information about a specific point by the user, information about a guide route for the user, information about arrival of the user at a specific point on the guide route, information about the user's current point, a predetermined information including the user's current point Information on traffic jams in the area.
Here, the specific point is information indicating a point set or searched as a destination point or a transit point, and the search information related to the specific point is information indicating the point searched as the specific point or the specific point. Information indicating that a search has been performed. The guide route is a route that reaches or passes through a specific point, and the guide route for the user is a route for guiding the user to the specific point. The information on the guide route is information indicating the guide route itself or information indicating that the guide route has been searched.
Moreover, the information regarding the arrival at the specific point is information indicating that the current point of the user (the map
Moreover, the
The display format is a format for drawing the above-described map information on the display screen, and a plurality of types are prepared. For example, a normal display format that displays all the information contained in map information (normal display format), a display format that emphasizes character strings on map information (enlarged character display format), and the name of a facility on map information And display formats that emphasize addresses (facility name / address-oriented display format), display formats that emphasize roads (road-oriented display format), and display formats that emphasize terrain undulations (shape-oriented display format) are available. .
Here, the highlighted display in the character enlargement display format, the facility name / address-oriented display format, the road-oriented display format, and the shape-oriented display format is the color of the target display data and the non-target display data in each display format. In other words, the display data to be displayed is emphasized and displayed as a result of relatively different contrasts.
In this case, non-target display data may be hidden. For example, in the facility name / address-oriented display format, the target display data is, for example, a character string of the facility name or address on the map information, and only the character string is displayed as it is. By hiding other character strings, it is possible to highlight the character string of the facility name or address on the map information. Similarly, in the road-oriented display format, the target display data is road data, and it is possible to highlight only road data by hiding character strings and facility images other than road data. .
Each of the character enlargement display format, facility name / address-oriented display format, road-oriented display format, and shape-oriented display format is characterized by character strings, facility names and addresses, roads, and shapes (for example, colored). Display format to emphasize or display format to highlight and hide some or all of the other information contained in the map information without characterizing the information Etc. are considered.
In addition, the
In addition, the
When the facility name / address-oriented display format is determined by the

Below, the map information display process procedure of the map
Subsequently, the
According to the embodiment described above, map information in which information that the user wants to know is emphasized among the map information can be displayed according to the situation of the user. Therefore, the user can easily and clearly visually recognize the information necessary for the user.
If the information acquired by the
Moreover, when the information acquired by the
Further, when the information acquired by the
In addition, when the information acquired by the
In addition, when the information acquired by the
If the information acquired by the
In addition, when the information acquired by the
In addition, when the information acquired by the
In addition, when the information acquired by the

First, the
Here, the route search program searches for an optimum route from the departure point to the destination point using map information recorded on the
Further, the route guidance program is based on the guidance route information searched by executing the route search program, the current location information of the navigation device acquired by the communication I /
The sound generation program generates tone and sound information corresponding to the pattern. That is, based on the route guidance information generated by executing the route guidance program, the virtual sound source corresponding to the guidance point is set and the voice guidance information is generated, and output to the voice I /

Note that the
As described above, according to the navigation device of the first embodiment, the functions of the

Next, a navigation device according to Embodiment 3 will be described. The third embodiment is also an example in which the above-described map
(Map information display processing procedure of the navigation device)
Here, the map information display processing procedure of the navigation apparatus according to the third embodiment will be described. FIG. 10 is a flowchart of the map information display processing procedure of the navigation device according to the third embodiment. In the flowchart of FIG. 10, first, waiting until the
Then, it is determined from the
Step S1006).
According to the third embodiment described above, when the information acquired in step S1003 is information related to the user's visual acuity, the map information can be displayed in the “character enlarged display format”. Therefore, even if the user is difficult to see fine characters in the map information, the user can easily and clearly visually recognize the character string in the map information. As a result, for example, in order to visually recognize information represented by a character string, it is possible to suppress a reduction in attention to driving by staring at a display screen during driving of the vehicle. Can contribute.
In addition, according to the third embodiment, by registering the
Next, a navigation device according to Embodiment 4 will be described. This Example 4 is also an example in which the above-described map
(Map information display processing procedure of the navigation device)
Here, the map information display processing procedure of the navigation device according to the fourth embodiment will be described. FIG. 11 is a flowchart of the map information display processing procedure of the navigation device according to the fourth embodiment. In the flowchart of FIG. 11, it is first determined whether or not a guidance route has been searched (step S1101).
In step S1101, when a guidance route is searched (step S1101: Yes), the display format is determined as “facility name / address-oriented display format” (step S1102), and specific information is determined according to the determined display format. The highlighted map information (for example, see FIG. 12) is displayed (step S1103). Note that the determination of the display format in step S1102 includes determination of specific information to be emphasized. In step S1102 in this case, information on route guidance is determined as specific information to be emphasized.
On the other hand, when the guidance route is not searched in step S1101 (step S1101: No), it is determined whether or not a spot has been searched (step S1104). If the route has not been searched (step S1104: No). Returns to step S1101. When a point is searched (step S1104: Yes), the process proceeds to step S1102. In step S1102 in this case, information indicating the searched point is determined as specific information to be emphasized.
Subsequently, it is determined whether or not route guidance is started within a predetermined time after displaying the map information in step S1103 (step S1105). If the route guidance is not started (step S1105: No), a series of processing is performed. Exit.
In step S1105, when the route guidance is started within a predetermined time after displaying the map information (step S1105: Yes), it is determined whether or not the guide point has been reached (step S1106). Here, the guide point is a point for notifying the user of the guide information so as to move according to the guidance route, for example, a place where a right or left turn is made, an expressway interchange, a toll road toll gate, etc. A plurality of values such as 700 m before, 300 m before, and 50 m before are set.
In addition, to notify the guidance information, specifically, for example, at a guidance point 700 m before the intersection that should turn left, a sound such as “turn left 700 meters” is output from the
In step S1106, it waits for the arrival at the guide point (step S1106: No), and when it reaches (step S1106: Yes), the display format is determined as “facility name / address-oriented display format” (step S1107). ). In step S1107, identification information indicating a guide point is determined as specific information to be emphasized.
And the map information (refer FIG. 7-2) by which specific information was emphasized is displayed by the display format determined in step S1107 (step S1108). In step S1108, map information in which specific information is emphasized is displayed until it passes through the guidance point (step S1109: No). If the guide point is passed (step S1109: Yes), the display on the
Thereafter, it is determined whether or not the route guidance has ended (step S1111). If it has not ended (step S1111: No), the process returns to step S1106, and if it has ended (step S1111: Yes), a series of processes. Exit.

Although illustration is omitted, when route guidance is performed, map information in which
According to the fourth embodiment described above, when the search information related to the specific point by the user is acquired in step S1101, S1104, or S1106, the “facility name” that emphasizes the identification information such as the name of the specific point that matches the search information. The map information can be displayed in “/ address-oriented display format”. Therefore, the user can easily and clearly visually recognize the information he wants to know.
Further, when information related to the guidance route for the user is acquired in step S1101, identification information such as the name of a specific point on the guidance route or a point near the point is emphasized more than identification information of other points other than the point. Map information can be displayed in “facility name / address-oriented display format”. Therefore, even if the user is not gazing at the display screen, the user can easily and clearly visually recognize the identification information such as the name of the specific point on the guidance route by simply looking at the display screen.
In addition, when information about arrival at a specific point on the guide route for the user is acquired in step S1106, it is detected that the user has reached or is approaching the specific point as described above. Therefore, the map information can be displayed in the “facility name / address-oriented display format” that emphasizes the identification information such as the name of the specific point. Therefore, the user can easily and clearly visually recognize a specific point that has reached or is approaching by simply looking at the display screen without gazing at the display screen during route guidance. In addition, when the user passes a specific point, it is possible to highlight only necessary information on the display screen by canceling the highlighted display of the identification information of the specific point that has passed.
Next, a navigation device according to Embodiment 5 will be described. The fifth embodiment is also an example in which the above-described map
(Map information display processing procedure of the navigation device)
Here, the map information display processing procedure of the navigation apparatus according to the fifth embodiment will be described. FIG. 13 is a flowchart of the map information display processing procedure of the navigation apparatus according to the fifth embodiment. In the flowchart of FIG. 13, it is first determined whether or not traffic information in a predetermined area including the current location of the user has been acquired (step S1301). Here, the predetermined area is, for example, an area based on the current location such as a radius of 5 km centered on the current location of the user, or an area displayed on the display screen.
In step S1301, the process waits until traffic information is acquired (step S1301: No). If acquired (step S1301: Yes), the display format is determined as “road-oriented display format” (step S1302). The map information (see FIG. 8-2) with the road highlighted is displayed in the displayed format (step S1303).
In step S1303, using the traffic jam information acquired in step S1301: Yes, map information in which a traffic jam is further emphasized than other roads other than the road is displayed. Specifically, for example, the display color of the road that is congested is different from that of other roads, or the road that is congested (or the congested portion of the road) is blinked.
According to the fifth embodiment described above, when traffic information in a predetermined area including the user's current location is acquired in step S1301, the map information is displayed in the “road-oriented display format” that emphasizes the road in the map information. Can be displayed. Therefore, the user can easily and clearly visually recognize the road traffic network of the map information such as the shape of the road and the connection between the road and the road.
In particular, by displaying a congested road with a higher emphasis than other roads, the user can easily and clearly visually recognize a congested location in addition to the road traffic network.
As a result, the user can know the road that is congested in the vicinity of the user, so that the user can avoid the traffic jam by, for example, entering a way out before being involved in the traffic jam. In this case, since the road is highlighted, it is easy for the user to consider an exit or a detour.
Next, a navigation device according to Embodiment 6 will be described. The sixth embodiment is also an example in which the above-described map
(Map information display processing procedure of the navigation device)
Here, the map information display processing procedure of the navigation apparatus according to the sixth embodiment will be described. FIG. 14 is a flowchart of the map information display processing procedure of the navigation device according to the sixth embodiment. In the flowchart of FIG. 14, it is first determined whether or not the current location of the user has been acquired (step S1401). The current location of the user is location information where the navigation device is currently located, and is specifically expressed by, for example, latitude / longitude or coordinates in map information.
In step S1401, when the current location of the user is acquired (step S1401: Yes), the process proceeds to step S1404. If the current location of the user has not been acquired (step S1401: No), it is determined whether or not a guidance route search has been performed (step S1402). When the search for the guidance route is performed (step S1402: Yes), the process proceeds to step S1404.
In step S1402, if the guide route search has not been performed (step S1402: No), it is determined whether or not the user has searched for a spot (step S1403). When the search has not been performed (step S1403: No), the process returns to step S1401.
When the user searches for a point (step S1403: Yes), the display format is determined to be “shape-oriented display format” (step S1404), and a predetermined road is determined according to the determined display format. The map information in which the undulations are emphasized is displayed (step S1405). In step S1405, if the current location of the user is acquired in step S1401: Yes, the map information in which the undulation of the guidance route is emphasized is displayed.
On the other hand, if the guidance route is searched in step S1402: Yes, the map information in which the undulations of the road including the current location of the user and the location in the vicinity thereof is emphasized is displayed (see FIG. 9-2). Although not specifically illustrated, for example, when a user searches for a specific point, map information in which the undulations of the road including the specific point and its nearby points are emphasized may be displayed.
According to the above-described sixth embodiment, when information about the current location of the user is acquired in step S1401, the map information is displayed in the “shape-oriented display format” that emphasizes the undulations of the road including the current location or a nearby location. Can be displayed. Therefore, the user can easily and clearly visually recognize the undulations of the road around him / her. In addition, for example, it is possible to widen the range of selection of the road to be passed, for example, by selecting a road with gentle undulations and passing.
Further, when the search information related to the specific point is acquired in step S1403, the map information is displayed in the “shape-oriented display format” that emphasizes the undulation of the road including the specific point that matches the search information or a nearby point. Can do. Therefore, the user can easily and clearly visually recognize the undulations of the terrain at or near the specific point without actually visiting the specific point searched. This allows the user to go around the tourist area prior to the trip without actually going to a specific point or imagining the undulations of the road from the terrain imaged from the contour lines shown on a general map. You can use it by examining the topography.
Further, when information related to the guide route to the specific point is acquired in step S1402, the map information can be displayed in the “shape-oriented display format” that emphasizes the undulation of the guide route. Therefore, the user can easily and clearly visually recognize the undulations of the guidance route before or during the route guidance. As a result, the user can know the undulation of the guidance route before receiving the route guidance according to the guidance route. A gentle guidance route can be re-searched.
As described above, according to the navigation devices according to the first to sixth embodiments described above, by executing the map information display program, the map information in which the information that the user wants to know is emphasized among the map information is displayed to the user. Can be displayed depending on the situation. Therefore, the user can easily and clearly visually recognize the information necessary for the user.
