Description
(1) 水ジェットにより汚染土壌を切削し、削孔部に天然高分子で増粘させた非汚染土壌スラリーを注入することにより、汚染土壌と非汚染土壌とを置換する汚染土壌の浄化工法において排出される切削泥水を処理する方法において、該切削泥水を土壌、水及び天然高分子残渣の3層に分液し、濁水を凝集処理することを特徴とする切削泥水の処理方法。
(2) (1)において、前記切削泥水をタンクに受け、該タンク内で土壌層、濁水層及び天然高分子残渣層の3層に分離し、中間層の濁水を該タンクから抜き出して無機系凝集剤及び/又は高分子系凝集剤を添加した後固液分離することを特徴とする切削泥水の処理方法。
トリクロロエチレンで汚染された土壌の深さ2mから4mの位置に水ジェットにより直径約1.5mの空間を形成し、この部分にグァーガムで増粘した砂スラリーを圧送し、汚染土壌と置換した。排出された切削泥水は約10m3であった。この切削泥水をタンクに受け、約6時間放置すると、土壌、濁水、グァーガム濃縮層の3層に分離した。中間層の濁水(懸濁物質濃度2000mg/L)をポンプで汲み上げ、PAC(ポリ塩化アルミニウム)を1000mg/L、アニオン性の高分子系凝集剤(栗田工業(株)製、クリフロックPA331)を100mg/L添加し、その後スクリューデカンタで固液分離することにより濁水処理を実施したところ、得られた処理水(固液分離水)の懸濁物質濃度は100mg/Lであった。
実施例1において、同様の汚染土壌処理を実施し、排出された切削泥水のうち濁水層とグァーガム濃縮層とを一緒に汲み上げて同様の濁水処理を実施したところ、グァーガムの混入により凝集処理性能が低下し、得られた処理水の懸濁物質濃度は1500mg/Lとなった。

- 水ジェットにより汚染土壌を切削し、削孔部に天然高分子で増粘させた非汚染土壌スラリーを注入することにより、汚染土壌と非汚染土壌とを置換する汚染土壌の浄化工法において排出される切削泥水を処理する方法において、
該切削泥水を土壌、水及び天然高分子残渣の3層に分液し、濁水を凝集処理することを特徴とする切削泥水の処理方法。 - 請求項1において、前記切削泥水をタンクに受け、該タンク内で土壌層、濁水層及び天然高分子残渣層の3層に分離し、中間層の濁水を該タンクから抜き出して無機系凝集剤及び/又は高分子系凝集剤を添加した後固液分離することを特徴とする切削泥水の処理方法。
