Description

The present invention relates to a compost generation container for composting garbage, food residue and the like, fallen leaves and the like by decomposition with microorganisms.

In recent years, garbage, food residue, etc. generated in household kitchens, etc., or fallen leaves collected in the garden are used as raw materials, and these are decomposed by the action of microorganisms to produce compost (compost). It is widely used as part of environmental protection because fertilizer is provided by sprinkling on flower beds, kitchen gardens, etc., because chemical fertilizer is not used and household waste can be reduced. A compost generation container is usually used for composting such garbage at home.
As a conventional compost generation container, Patent Document 1 discloses, “a cylindrical body provided with a lower opening whose edge is in contact with the ground and an upper input port for introducing garbage; a lid that covers the upper input port with airtightness; A garbage disposal container for outdoor installation "is disclosed. In the garbage disposal container for outdoor installation of Patent Document 1, an annular inner peripheral projection is integrally formed on the inner peripheral surface of the upper charging port, and a rubber-shaped U-shaped seal ring is formed on the inner peripheral projection. An annular projection having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the inner peripheral projection is integrally formed on the lower surface of the lid body, thereby sealing the upper inlet with the lid body in an airtight manner. Yes.

Other compost generation containers include those disclosed in Patent Documents 2 to 5.
Patent Document 2 states that “a cylindrical container body having an open lower end and a dust inlet on the upper surface, an outer lid detachably attached to the upper surface of the container body, a garbage inlet, A composting container provided with an inner lid that also serves as a garbage receiver is disclosed.
Patent Document 3 includes “a lower frame having an air intake port and a large window, a cylinder fitted on the lower frame, and a lid attached to the upper part of the cylinder. A “compost container” having a ventilation window in any of them is disclosed.

Patent Document 4 includes a container body formed in a cylindrical shape that is installed on soil and a lid body that covers an input port at the top of the container body, and is used for composting straw in the container body with soil. In the processing container, a soot processing container in which a heat storage agent is disposed on the container body is disclosed.
Patent Document 5 states that “a main body that has a ground surface and appearance like a garden stone, has a bottom and a top that are open and accommodates garbage inside and is placed on the ground, and is detachably mounted on the top opening of the main body.

However, the above conventional techniques have the following problems.
(1) In the garbage disposal container for outdoor installation of Patent Document 1, the seal ring is deformed or deteriorated by being exposed to wind and rain due to repeated use of the lid, or the lid or the cylindrical main body itself is deformed. Or, the lid is attached in an inclined state, and a gap is likely to be formed between the lid and the upper inlet, so that airtightness is not certain. It is unsanitary because it attracts harmful insects and gathers around the container, and the attracted harmful insects lay eggs in the seal ring etc. in the gap between the lid and the upper inlet, and the cocoons hatched from the eggs are inside the container It had the problem of invading and becoming a large number of adults in the container.
(2) In the containers disclosed in Patent Documents 2 to 5, since the container itself is large, when embedding the container, it is necessary to dig a large hole in the installation location. Relocation of containers when filled with compost is cumbersome, and it is difficult to accept at home because it may damage the landscape and space for children to play if it is installed in a large garden with a large installation space. It had the problem that.
(3) In the composting container of Patent Document 2, a locking groove is provided in the circumferential direction on the peripheral portion of the upper surface of the container body, a locking protrusion that fits into the locking groove is provided on the outer lid, and the outer lid is attached to the container body. Although it is attached, the airtightness is not certain, and the container body and outer lid are deformed due to long-term use, etc., or the outer lid is securely locked without being locked by the user's carelessness, leaving a gap. As a result, the same problem as that of Patent Document 1 was found.
(4) In the containers disclosed in Patent Documents 3 to 5, since the lid is only placed on the inlet of the container body such as garbage, the airtightness is not certain and the same problems as in Patent Document 1 are present. It was.
(5) The containers disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 5 have poor odors, hygienic problems, and installation space problems. Even if it is accepted, there is a problem that maintenance and management are complicated because it is necessary to periodically add lime and insect repellents in order to prevent the generation of malodors and pests.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, prevents leakage of bad odors and attracts pests such as small spiders, is excellent in hygiene, is easy to maintain and relocate, and can be installed in a home garden or the like. The purpose is to provide a compost generation container that does not impair the landscape and can be easily installed and fertilized at the root of a garden tree.

In order to solve the above problems, the compost production container of the present invention has the following configuration.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a compost generation container comprising: a cylindrical main body having a lower opening and an upper input part; and a lid body detachably covered by the upper input part. The lid body protrudes outwardly from an upper surface portion, a cylindrical peripheral surface portion, a lower end portion of the peripheral surface portion so as to be pierced into the ground, and a lower end portion of the peripheral surface portion. And a grounding stopper portion formed in this manner .

This configuration has the following effects.
(1) The bottom side of the cylindrical main body is embedded in a hole dug in the ground, etc., and garbage, food residue, etc. are introduced into the cylindrical main body from the upper input part, and then the lid is attached to the cylindrical main body. By covering the top and piercing the earth cutting part into the ground surface, the inside of the cylindrical main body is shut off from the outside air, so it is possible to reliably prevent leakage of bad odors generated from thrown-in food waste, etc. Can be prevented from feeling unpleasant due to a corrosive odor and the like, and can be prevented from attracting pests such as gavel and chickenpox.
(2) Since the grounding stopper is provided at the lower end of the lid, when the lid is mounted on the cylindrical main body, the earthing part is pierced until the grounding stopper contacts the ground surface. The puncture length of the portion can always be set to a suitable length, and it is possible to prevent the odor from leaking due to being deeply pierced too much and becoming difficult to remove or the piercing being shallow. Further, the grounding stopper portion can prevent mud and the like from accumulating around the soil cutting portion during rainfall, and can prevent the mud and the like from solidifying and making it difficult for the soil cutting portion to come off.

Here, as the cylindrical main body, a cylindrical body having a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape, or the like is used. The lid is formed in a columnar shape, a truncated cone shape, a substantially bell shape or the like having an upper surface portion and a peripheral surface portion. Note that the lid body may have a rounded shape by smoothly connecting the upper surface portion and the peripheral surface portion, and the upper surface portion may be formed in a hemispherical shape or a figurine-like shape. Thereby, an external appearance can be improved and it becomes easy to install in cultivation containers, such as a garden of a home, or an indoor planter. Moreover, it is preferable to provide a handle part and a figurine-like handle for attaching and detaching the lid body on the upper surface portion or the peripheral surface portion of the lid body. The appearance can be further improved by forming the gripping portion or the like in a curved shape so as to be integrated with the hemispherical upper surface portion, for example. A synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene is used as the material of the cylindrical main body and the lid. Recycled materials such as polyethylene terephthalate can also be used.
Moreover, it is preferable that a cylindrical main body is formed in a small size with a capacity of about 1 L to 30 L so that it can be installed in a home garden or inside a cultivation container. As a result, the hole to be dug for embedding the cylindrical main body in the soil may be small, and even a powerless person such as a woman or a child can easily dig using a scoop etc. Relocation when filled with compost is also easy.
As the earth cutting part, a belt-like member made of a metal such as iron, stainless steel or aluminum or the above synthetic resin is screwed, screwed, bonded, fused, etc. along the inner peripheral surface or outer peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the lid. Those fixed by the above or those integrally formed with the lid are used. In addition, the lower edge part of the soil cutting part can be formed in a saw blade shape, a wave shape, a thin-walled linear shape, or the like. This makes it easy to pierce dry and hard ground, improving sealing performance and cutting the ground soil firmly attached to the peripheral surface by simply rotating the lid when removing the lid. The lid can be easily removed.

Here, the cylindrical main body 2 and the lid body 10 are formed by injection molding or the like using a synthetic resin such as polypropylene. The main body flange portion 6 and the grounding stopper portion 14 are integrally formed with the cylindrical main body 2 and the lid body 10. The earth cutting portion 13 is a band-shaped metal plate or a synthetic resin plate having a saw blade-like portion 13a formed along one side portion, and extends over the entire circumference along the inner peripheral wall of the lower end portion of the peripheral surface portion 12. It is formed by being fastened by screwing or adhesion, or formed integrally with the lid body 10.
In the first embodiment, the cylindrical main body 2 is small in size with an inner diameter of the upper end of 10 cm to 30 cm, an inner diameter of the lower end of 15 cm to 35 cm, a height of 15 cm to 40 cm, and a capacity of about 1 L to 30 L. Therefore, it can be installed in any garden, planting container, etc. without taking up any place and without damaging the landscape.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 2, since the height H1 of the peripheral surface portion 12 of the lid body 10 is formed to be higher than the height H2 of the ground exposed portion 8 of the cylindrical main body 2, the earth cutting portion 13 is provided. The ground surface A can be pierced reliably. In addition, since the sawtooth portion 13a of the earth cutting portion 13 has a number of sharp chevron teeth, it can be easily pierced into dry or hard ground.

About the compost production | generation container 1 in this Embodiment 1 comprised as mentioned above, the usage method is demonstrated using FIG.1 and FIG.2 below.
In order to install the compost generation container 1 on the ground of a home garden or the like, first, a hole having a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the lower end portion of the cylindrical main body 2 at a depth substantially the same as the height of the embedded portion 7 is formed on the ground. dig. Next, the lower side of the cylindrical main body 2 is inserted into the dug hole, and the gap between the hole and the outer wall of the cylindrical main body 2 is filled. At this time, the position of the cylindrical main body 2 is adjusted so that the ground surface alignment line 9 formed on the peripheral wall portion 5 of the cylindrical main body 2 coincides with the ground surface A. In addition, since the upper part of the main body flange portion 6 is pressed by the soil Z that fills the gap, it can be stably installed without tilting or falling even when the foot of a walking person hits the cylindrical main body 2. The

In order to use the compost generation container 1, raw materials X such as garbage, food residue, fallen leaves, pruning waste, and cut weeds are introduced into the cylindrical main body 2 from the upper input portion 4, and the lid 10 Is covered with the upper part of the cylindrical main body 2, and the earth cutting part 13 is pierced into the ground surface A until the grounding stopper part 14 contacts the ground surface A. Thereby, since the inside of the cylindrical main body 2 is sealed and shut off from the outside air except when the raw material X is charged, the bad odor generated from the charged raw material X does not leak to the surroundings, and the cylinder The inside of the main body 2 can be kept in a state suitable for the growth of anaerobic bacteria.
By leaving in this state for a predetermined period, for example, several weeks to several months, the raw material X inside the cylindrical body 2 is decomposed by the action of microorganisms such as anaerobic bacteria in the soil Z to become compost Y, and the lower opening 3 is absorbed by the soil Z. Moisture in the raw material X and a part of the exudate generated by liquefaction during the anaerobic decomposition process are also discharged from the lower opening 3 to the soil Z and activate the soil. In addition, since the raw material X is volume-reduced by discharge | emission of exudate etc., the raw material X can be added additionally. The additional raw material X is sequentially deposited on the top of the compost Y and decomposed in the same manner. When the inside of the cylindrical main body 2 is filled with compost Y, the cylindrical main body 2 is pulled out from the ground, and the generated compost Y is used in a flower bed, a kitchen garden, a planter, or the like. The extracted cylindrical main body 2 can be installed and used in another place.

As described above, the compost generation container 1 according to Embodiment 1 is configured, and thus has the following effects.
(1) The lower side of the cylindrical main body 2 is embedded in a hole dug in the ground or the like, and the raw material X is charged into the cylindrical main body 2 from the upper charging portion 4. By covering the upper part and piercing the earth cutting part 13 into the ground surface A, the inside of the cylindrical main body 2 is shut off from the outside air, so it is possible to reliably prevent the leakage of malodor generated from the input raw material X, Attracting insect pests such as small pods and chickenpox can be prevented.
(2) Since the compost generation container 1 is formed in a small size, the hole for embedding the container 1 may be small, and even a powerless person such as a woman or a child can easily dig using a scoop, In addition, the transfer of the container 1 when the inside of the cylindrical main body 2 is filled with compost Y is easy and easy, and can be installed in a home garden without sacrificing the scenery. Since it is possible to freely select and install ground that is sunny and has good drainage, the composting speed can be improved and high-quality compost can be generated.
(3) When the lower side of the cylindrical main body 2 is embedded in the ground or the like, the operator adjusts the position of the cylindrical main body 2 so that the ground alignment line 9 coincides with the ground surface A, thereby exposing the ground exposed portion 8. The height of the ground can be always constant, the hole for embedding the cylindrical body 2 is dug too deeply, or the height of the ground exposed portion 8 becomes too high, and the soil cutting portion 13 does not reach the ground surface. The installation work can be performed smoothly.
(4) Since the cylindrical main body 2 and the lid body 10 are formed in a shape that expands downward, the stability when installed on the ground or the like is excellent.
(5) Since the inner diameter of the opening at the lower end of the lid 10 is sufficiently larger than the outer diameter of the upper end of the cylindrical main body 2, the lid 10 can be easily attached to the cylindrical main body 2 and has excellent handleability.
(6) Since the main body flange portion 6 is provided at the lower end portion of the cylindrical main body 2, it is excellent in stability when the lower side of the cylindrical main body 2 is embedded in the ground, and also along the outer surface of the peripheral wall portion 5. Thus, the odor can be prevented from diffusing to the ground surface A, and the decomposition of the odor component by the soil bacteria can be promoted, and the leakage of the bad odor can be surely prevented.
(7) Since the ground stopper portion 14 is provided at the lower end portion of the lid body 10, when the lid body 10 is attached to the cylindrical main body 2, the earth cutting portion 13 is touched until the ground stopper portion 14 contacts the ground surface A. The piercing length of the soil cutting portion 13 can always be set to a suitable length, and it is possible to prevent the piercing from being too deep and difficult to come out, or the piercing being shallow and leaking of bad odor. Further, the ground contact stopper portion 14 can prevent mud and the like from accumulating around the soil cutting portion 13 during rainfall, and can prevent the mud and the like from solidifying and making it difficult for the soil cutting portion 13 to come off.
(8) Since the saw blade portion 13a is formed at the lower edge portion of the soil cutting portion 13, it can be easily stabbed into a dry ground or a hard ground, and the sealing performance can be improved, and the lid body. 10 can be removed from the cylindrical main body 2 by simply rotating the lid 10 in the circumferential direction, the soil Z firmly attached to the lower end of the peripheral surface portion 12 can be cut, and after leaving it for a long time Even if it exists, the cover body 10 can be removed easily.

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 3 is a partially broken overall perspective view of the compost generation container according to the second embodiment, and FIG. 4 is a side sectional view of a main part of the compost generation container according to the second embodiment.
In the figure, 2 is a cylindrical body, 3 is a lower opening, 4 is an upper loading portion, 5 is a peripheral wall portion, 7 is a buried portion, 8 is an exposed portion on the ground, 11 is an upper surface portion, 12 is a peripheral surface portion, and 13 is soil. The cut portion, 14 is a grounding stopper portion, and 15 is a handle portion, which are the same as those described in the first embodiment, and are therefore given the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. Reference numeral 1 ′ denotes a compost generation container according to the second embodiment, 2 ′ denotes a cylindrical main body, 10 ′ denotes a lid, and 21a and 21b denote long holes formed in the embedded portion 7 of the peripheral wall portion 5 of the cylindrical main body 2 ′. And a circular compost flow hole, 21c is a drain hole formed near the lower end of the peripheral wall portion 5 of the cylindrical body 2 ', 22 is a bottom plate portion covered by the lower opening 3 of the cylindrical body 2', Reference numeral 23 denotes a planter as a cultivation container, 24 denotes an insole portion of the planter 23, and 24 a denotes a plurality of legs protruding from the lower surface of the insole portion 24. The compost generation container 1 ′ in the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the compost generation container 1 ′ includes compost circulation holes 21 a and 21 b, drain holes 21 c and a bottom plate portion 22.

Here, as shown in FIG. 4, the height H <b> 3 of the peripheral surface portion 12 of the lid 10 ′ is formed shorter than the height H <b> 1 of the peripheral surface portion described in the first embodiment for installation in the planter 23. However, like Embodiment 1, it is formed so that it may become higher than the height H4 of the ground exposure part 8 of cylindrical main body 2 '. Thereby, the soil cutting part 13 can be pierced reliably in the surface B of the soil in the planter 23.
In the compost circulation holes 21a and 21b, long holes 21a and circular holes 21b are alternately provided over the entire circumference in the embedded portion 7 of the cylindrical main body 2 '. The plurality of drain holes 21c are provided at a predetermined height near the lower end of the peripheral wall portion 5, for example, at a height of about 0.5 cm to 2 cm at substantially equal intervals.
The bottom plate portion 22 is fixed to the lower end portion of the cylindrical main body 2 'by water-resistant adhesion or the like so as to cover the lower opening 3 in a watertight manner, or is formed integrally with the cylindrical main body 2' by injection molding or the like. ing. Further, the outer peripheral portion of the bottom plate portion 22 is formed larger than the lower opening 3 so as to protrude outward from the lower end of the cylindrical main body 2 'by about 1 cm to 3 cm, thereby improving the stability of the cylindrical main body 2'. .

A method for using the compost generation container 1 ′ in the second embodiment configured as described above will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.
In order to install the compost generation container 1 ′ inside the planter 23, first, the planter 23 without the soil Z is prepared, and the insole part 24 is laid on the bottom of the planter 23. Next, the cylindrical main body 2 ′ is placed on the insole portion 24, and a predetermined amount of soil Z is introduced into the planter 23 to fill the periphery of the cylindrical main body 2 ′.

Since the introduction of the raw material X to the compost generation container 1 ′, the attachment of the lid 10 ′, and the generation of the compost Y are the same as those described in the first embodiment, description thereof will be omitted. The generated compost Y is absorbed by the soil Z through the compost circulation holes 21a and 21b. A part of the moisture in the raw material X and the exudate generated by liquefaction during the anaerobic decomposition process are discharged to the soil Z through the drain hole 21c and absorbed. When the inside of the cylindrical main body 2 is filled with the compost Y, the compost Y can be taken out from the upper input portion 4 and used in a flower bed, a kitchen garden, another planter, or the like.

As described above, since the compost generation container 1 ′ in the second embodiment is configured, in addition to the operation of the first embodiment, the following operation is provided.
(1) Since the compost circulation holes 21a and 21b and the bottom plate portion 22 are provided, the generated compost Y inside the cylindrical main body 2 is directly absorbed by the soil Z in the planter 23 through the compost circulation holes 21a and 21b. In addition, simply installing the compost generation container 1 ′ in the planter 23 enables automatic fertilization and excellent usability.
(2) Since the drain hole 21c is formed in the peripheral wall part 5 of the cylindrical main body 2 and the lower opening part 3 is closed by the bottom plate part 22, it is contained in the exudate produced at the time of decomposition and the raw material X introduced. The drained water is discharged from the drain hole 21c to the side soil Z and absorbed, preventing moisture from being collected at the bottom of the planter 23 or leaking to the outside, preventing bad odors, Even if it is installed indoors, it can be used in a sanitary manner.

As described above, the present invention relates to a compost generation container for composting garbage, food residue, fallen leaves and the like by decomposition with microorganisms. Prevents pests and is hygienic, is easy to maintain and relocate, and does not damage the landscape even when installed in a home garden, and can be easily installed and fertilized at the root of a garden tree A composting vessel can be provided.
