Description
Claims (3)
- 織布形状の支持材料を具備し、該支持材料がポリマーナノ粒子を有し、該ポリマーナノ粒子が、1nm〜1000nmの範囲内の直径を有すると共に、銅、銀、カドミウム、プラチナ、パラジウム、ロジウム、亜鉛、水銀、チタン、ジルコニウム及びアルミニウムから選択された金属からなり、化学的及び/若しくは物理的に前記ポリマーナノ粒子と結合される少なくとも一つの触媒活性化成分を具備する触媒活性化ユニットにおいて、
ポリマーナノ粒子がシリケートベースのセラミックナノ粒子であると共に少なくとも一つの無機−有機ハイブリッドポリマーを具備すること、
該無機−有機ハイブリッドポリマーが、シリコンアルコキシド及び/若しくはSi−O−Siユニットベースの無機シリケートネットワークを具備する有機構造ユニット及び無機構造ユニットの両方を具備すること、
前記無機−有機ハイブリッドポリマーが、シリコンアルコキシド又はSi−O−Siユニットで凝縮された金属アルコキシド又はMe−O−Meユニットとして上述された金属を具備すること、
ポリマーナノ粒子が、前記支持材料に固定され、支持材料への固定が、所定の接着剤を介する化学的接着によって行われ、ポリマーナノ粒子の固定が、該ポリマーナノ粒子が少なくとも50%の範囲でガスと接触可能であるように行われること、
該触媒活性化ユニットが、活性炭粒子の形の活性炭に基づく吸着剤を具備すること、且つ
前記活性炭粒子が、接着剤によって前記支持材料に固定され、該活性炭粒子の固定が、該活性炭粒子が少なくとも50%の範囲でガスと接触可能であるように行われることを特徴とする触媒活性化ユニット。 - 請求項1記載の触媒活性化ユニットを具備する防護材料を用いた防護服、防護手袋、防護履物、防護靴下、頭部防護衣類である防護衣類及び防護カバーからなる群から選択された防護用品であって、民間及び軍事領域に使用されることを特徴とする防護材料。
- 請求項1記載の触媒活性化ユニットを具備することを特徴とする毒物、悪臭及び有害物を排除するためのフィルタ又はフィルタ材料。
