本発明は、温室内の噴霧ノズルの技術であって、植物の栽培に関する技術分野に属する。

【従来の技術】
従来の技術は、例えば、特開平6−133647号公報に記載されているように、トマトなどの植物を栽培するとき、茎を支えて植物の成長をよくするために糸を巻き付けた糸巻器に植物の茎を先端部分から吊り下げて支持する技術が公開されている。

そして、トマトなどの植物は、ロックウ−ルからできた栽培床部材に植えられて、供給される養水液によって水耕栽培が行われ、茎の成長につれて吊り下げ位置を遠い側に移動しながら栽培することが知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来の装置で栽培すると、植物は、茎が成長するにつれて吊り下げ位置を遠い側に移動させて伸びる茎に対応しながら栽培している。しかしながら、伸びる茎は、株元に近い部分で水平方向に横へ伸びる部位が垂れ下がり、地上をはうようになり、病害の発生や葉かき作業を難しくする等の課題があった。
そこで、本発明は、噴霧ノズルの噴霧口を下向きと上向きに切り替えて、細霧冷房と防除作業を行えるようにすることを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上述した課題を解決するために、次の如き技術手段を講ずるものである。すなわち、噴霧管(52)の上下一方側に噴霧口(51)を設け、噴霧管(52)に牽引ワイヤー(56)を連結し、噴霧管(52)を上下方向の案内溝(54)内で上下に移動する構成とし、案内溝(54)の中間部にラック(57)を設け、該ラック(57)に噛み合うピニオン(58)を噴霧管(52)に設け、噴霧管(52)を案内溝(54)に沿って上下に移動することにより、ラック(57)とピニオン(58)の噛合によって噴霧管(52)が半回転し、噴霧管(52)が案内溝(54)の上部にあるときには噴霧口(51)が下向きとなり、噴霧管(52)が案内溝(54)の下部にあるときには噴霧口(51)が上向きとなる構成とした温室内の噴霧ノズルとしたものである。

よって、噴霧管(52)が案内溝(54)の上部にあるときには噴霧口(51)が下向きとなり、細霧冷房を効果的に行うことができる。噴霧管(52)が案内溝(54)の下部にあるときには噴霧口(51)が上向きとなり、作物の葉茎に下側から薬液を噴霧して防除作業を行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施例として、トマトの栽培例を図面に基づいて具体的に説明する。
一般に、養水液を使ってトマトを水耕栽培する場合は、温度、湿度が自動制御によって管理できる温室を利用して行なっている。まず、栽培棚2は、図1および図2に示す実施例の場合、温室内に設けられた平行な通路の両側に、地上に打ち込んで固定して設けている。そして、栽培床部材1は、ロックウ−ルを素材として製造したマットを使用し、上記栽培棚2に装置している容器5に設置されている。

そして、植付キュ−ブ6は、図1および図2に示すように、トマトの苗を植え付ける部材であって、ロックウ−ルを素材として製造され、前記栽培床部材1上に所定間隔ごとに配置して設けられている。通常、植付キュ−ブ6は、育苗室でトマトの苗を植え付けて育苗し、その後、栽培床部材1上に載置して栽培する。
つぎに、上記植付キュ−ブ6から栽培床部材1に供給する養水液の配管と、併せて、その循環作用について説明する。

まず、養水供給ホ−ス7は、図1および図2に示すように、栽培棚2の側方に沿わせて長手方向に敷設されており、前記植付キュ−ブ6に近い位置からドリップホ−ス8が分岐して設けられている。そして、ドリップホ−ス8は、先端部分に取り付けられた点滴スパイク9が前記植付キュ−ブ6に差し込まれ、各植付キュ−ブ6に養水液が供給される構成となっている。

そして、排水溝10は、容器5の下側に設けられ、上記のようにして供給された養水液が流下して、排水される構成となっている。
以上のように構成された一連の供給機構は、図示は省略しているが、制御装置から出力される制御信号に基づいて作動する養水液供給装置によって送り出される構成としている。この場合、制御装置は、日照、温度、湿度等の条件に応じてトマトが必要とする養水液を供給すべき設定されたプログラムにしたがって、養水液供給装置に制御信号を出力する。

このようにして、養水液は、水に必要な肥料成分が混合されて養水液供給装置からポンプ圧によって養水供給ホ−ス7に送り出される。そして、養水液は、栽培棚2の側方にある養水供給ホ−ス7内を流れ、ドリップホ−ス8を通り点滴スパイク9を介して植付キュ−ブ6に自動的に供給される。そして、供給された養水液は、植付キュ−ブ6から栽培床部材にしみこみ、余分な液は容器5から排水溝10に流れて排水される。

このようにして養水液が供給されると、トマトは、充分に肥料成分を吸収しながら成長し、第1花房・第2花房と花を咲かせ結実することになる。そして、トマトの実は、充分に栄養が与えられ、おいしくて栄養価が高く品質の良いものとして収穫することができる。
そして、排水は、再び養水液供給装置側に還流して殺菌等の必要な処理をされて再び循環される。

つぎに、吊下装置3は、図3および図4に示すように、栽培棚2の上方において、棚2の長手方向に沿わせて張り渡したロ−プ11にひっかけて係止し、ロ−プに沿って移動ができる構成になっている。そして、吊下装置3は、糸巻器と同様な構造になっており、垂らした吊下糸12を繰り出したり、巻き取ったりでき、その吊下糸12を途中で係止(固定)できる構成にしている。そして、吊下糸12は、基部を吊下装置3に巻き付けて垂らし、先端部をトマトの茎にクリップ等の取付手段で接続して吊り下げ支持する構成にしている。

そして、吊下装置3は、トマトの成長につれて伸長する茎部を吊り下げた状態にして支持し、茎の成長に伴ない前記栽培床部材1から遠ざかる側にロ−プ11に沿わせて吊り下げ位置(ひっかけている位置)を移動するものである。
つぎに、茎部支持枠4は、図1および図2に示すように、パイプ材によって正面視門型状に形成され、前記栽培棚2上に載置している栽培床部材1を跨ぐように設置してその両端部を地中に打ち込んで固定されている。そして、茎部支持枠4は、中間部分に茎を受け止めて支持する支持部13が形成され、その両端部を上方に隆起させて茎の落下防止部14が形成されている。

以上のように構成された茎部支持装置は、植付キュ−ブ6から生えているトマトの成長過程において、図3の状態から図4に示すように、茎が順次伸長してくると、吊下装置3を矢印に示す方向に移動する。すると、トマトの茎は、図4に示すように、下側に垂れ下がってくるが、そのとき、支持部13によって受け止めて支えられ、接地するまで垂れることがない。このようにして、トマトの茎部は、前記支持部13に受け止め支持されながら、両端部に連続している隆起した落下防止部14によってずり落ちるのが阻止され、地上に落下することなく成長して高品質で、商品価値の高い実を収穫することができる。

そして、栽培棚2は、上述したようにトマトの茎が落下防止部14によって側方にはみ出すこともないから、すぐ側方に作業通路が確保でき、更には、トマトの振り分け栽培も可能になる。

つぎに、図5に基づいて、オゾン殺菌装置に関して説明する。例えば、トマトの水耕栽培に使用する養水液の排水を回収して再利用するときに使用することができる。
まず、トマトの栽培施設20は、図5に示すように、ロックウ−ルを素材にした栽培マット21を、栽培棚22上に載置してトマトを栽培する構成としている。そして、養水液供給ホ−ス23は、栽培棚22に沿わせて配管し、ドリップホ−ス24を分岐して各栽培マット21に養水液を供給する構成としている。

そして、排水管25は、栽培棚22の排水溝26に接続して、使用済みの養水液を回収して殺菌タンク27に集めるように構成している。そして、殺菌タンク27は、オゾン発生装置28に接続して使用済みの養水液が一定量溜まると、オゾンを発生して供給し、殺菌する構成としている。
つぎに、エァレ−ションタンク29は、エァポンプ30と接続して空気を送り込みながら殺菌タンク27で吹き込まれた水中のオゾンを抜き取る構成としている。31は送液ポンプを示す。

以上のように構成したものであるから、植物の栽培に一度使用した養水液を循環装置で回収してオゾン殺菌をした後、水中のオゾンを抜き取って再利用することができる。このように、養水液は、殺菌をしたオゾンを抜き取って再利用するから、病害の発生を防止するものでありながら、栽培植物にオゾンの害を与えず、新規な養水液と同様の効果を発揮できる。

つぎに、図6に基づいて、植物の水耕栽培に使用した養水液を回収した後、再利用に至る工程を、自動的に殺菌(オゾン殺菌)し、オゾン抜きをする循環制御を行なう構成を提供するものについて説明する。

まず、図6において、35は使用済みの養水液の回収タンク、36は殺菌タンク、37はエァレ−ションタンクである。そして、回収タンク35は、フロ−ト付きのポンプ38を装備し、養水液をつぎの殺菌タンク36に送る構成としている。この場合、回収タンク35は、養水液の液面がL1に達すると、オ−バ−フロ−して自然排水する構成としている。

つぎに、殺菌タンク36は、オゾン発生器39に接続しており、養水液の液面がL3に達すると殺菌が開始され、液面のL2位置が上限を示す。このようにして、殺菌タンク36は、オゾン発生器39からオゾンが供給されて殺菌が開始されると、所定時間の経過後、ポンプ40が駆動されて、養水液をエァレ−ションタンク37に循環する構成としている。

そして、エァレ−ションタンク37は、エア発生器41に接続して設け、液面L5でエアレ−ションを開始し、液面がL4に達すると、電磁弁42が開放されて新規に調合されて供給されている新養水液に合流され、再利用される構成としている。
以上のように、一度使用した養水液を回収してオゾン殺菌し、オゾン抜きする一連の工程を、液面検出に基づく制御機構によって自動的に行なうことができる特徴がある。

つぎに、図7乃至図9に基づいて、噴霧ノズル50に関して具体的に説明する。ノズルの噴霧口51を下向きと上向きとに切替て作業ができる装置を具現せんとするものである。
まず、噴霧ノズル50は、図9に示すように、噴霧管52に一方側(下側)に向けた噴霧口51を配列して構成し、図外のポンプに連通したホ−ス53に接続して、薬液等の噴霧ができる構成にしている。そして、噴霧ノズル50は、実施例の場合、温室内に設置している。

そして、噴霧管52は、図7に示すように、上下方向に形成した案内溝54に、案内面55を嵌合して上下摺動自由に案内されるように構成している。そして、噴霧管52は、モ−タによって駆動される図外のウインチに巻き付けられた牽引ワイヤ−56を連結して、前記案内溝54内を上下に移動できる構成としている。

そして、ラック57は、図7に示すように、前記案内溝54の中間部に設け、上下移動の途中で噴霧管52のピニオン58が噛合して半回転する構成としている。
このように、噴霧ノズル50は、図7に示すように、案内溝54に沿って内部を上下に案内される途中で、ラック57とピニオン58との噛合によって半回転し、噴霧口51を上下に切替ることができる構成になっている。

以上のように構成することによって、噴霧ノズル50は、上部にあって噴霧口51を下向きにした状態では、細霧冷房を行なうのに適し、下部に下げて噴霧口51を上向きにした状態では作物への防除作業に適する。
以上述べたように、上部で細霧冷房を効果的に行なうことができ、下部に移動させると噴霧口51が上向きになって、作物の葉茎に下側から薬液を噴霧して防除作業を行なうことができる特徴を有する。
