ここで、Haは異方性磁界(A/m)、Nzは外部磁界の印加方向の反磁界係数、Ntは外部磁界の印加方向に対し垂直方向の反磁界係数、4πMsは飽和磁化(T)、γはジャイロ定数(=2.21×105m/A・s)、frは共鳴周波数(MHz)である。
ただし、MeはCo、Ni、Cu、Mn及びZnの中から選択された1種以上、MはSn、In、及びZrの中から選択された1種以上を示している。

Claims (4)
- 一般式{(Sr1-xBax)O・aMeO・b(Fe1-yMy)2O3}(ただし、MeはCo、Ni、Cu、Mn及びZnの中から選択された1種以上、MはSn、In、及びZrの中から選択された1種以上を示す)を主成分とし、かつ主要相の結晶構造がW型六方晶構造を有し、前記a、b、x、及びyが、それぞれ
2<a≦3、
7≦b<8、
0≦x≦1、
0<y≦0.40
であり、
前記bと前記aとの比b/aが、2.3≦b/a<4.0であることを特徴とするフェライト材料。 - Mn及びZrのうちのいずれか一方が含有されると共に、前記Mn及びZrの含有量総計が、1.5重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフェライト材料。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載のフェライト材料で形成されたフェライト部材を備えていることを特徴とする非可逆回路素子。
- 請求項3記載の非可逆回路素子を備えていることを特徴とする無線装置。
