Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seedling raising method in which seedlings such as grass seedlings are seeded in each pot portion of a seedling raising device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-9792 describes a technique for irrigating after putting grass seedlings in each pot and filling them with a pot using a pot-shaped seedling device.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the seedling raising, in the form of transplanting using a seedling device in which a small pot part is arranged, since several seedlings are inserted into this pot part and transplanted, seedling insertion in each pot, and It is difficult to maintain the seedling holding or supporting posture. If the seedlings are simply stuffed in the pot, it is difficult to insert seedlings smoothly and support the seedling posture.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1, after the seedling device (3) filled in the pot (2) portion having the bottom hole (1) is immersed in the water reservoir (4) and taken out, each pot ( A seedling raising method is characterized in that seedlings are inserted into the part 2), irrigated in the nursery device (3) after the seeding, and then the pot (2) is washed away from the embankment of the shoulder part.
[0005]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, each pot (2) having a bottom hole (1) is moderately clogged below the pot upper edge (5), and the clogged seedling device (3) is stored in water. A seedling raising method characterized by inserting seedlings into each pot (2) and raising them after being immersed in a vessel (4) and taking out.
[0006]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, the water immersion in the floor soil in the pot 2 is performed in a state where the seedlings after the soil filling are not inserted, and the floor soil in the pot 2 is immersed in a state of being gently immersed, It can be made into a floor soil state in which cuttings can be easily performed, and the dipping operation can be easily performed as well as the cuttings. Moreover, since the seedling is inserted into the pot 2 in the pot 2 soaked in the pot 2, the floor soil is in a muddy state and has an appropriate viscosity and resistance to seedling. Can be easily performed, and the posture of the seedling at the time of seeding can be maintained.
[0007]
And, since the embankment of the shoulder portion of the pot 2 when the seedling is inserted into the floor soil portion of each pot 2 is washed away by irrigation after this insertion, this flushing operation is simple. At the time of raising seedlings, by rinsing the embankment, the entanglement due to the root hairs extending between the pots 2 can be reduced.
[0008]
Further, the invention according to claim 2 is that the amount of floor soil to be filled in each pot 2 of the seedling breeder 3 is reduced, so that the floor soil expands with immersion water or is inserted into the shoulder of the pot 2 by insemination. Swelling can be suppressed, root entanglement due to the embankment of the shoulder of the pot 2 as described above can be reduced, and the work of washing away the embankment of the shoulder is not necessary, and the seedling work can be simplified.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seedling raising method in which seedlings are planted and planted, and using a pot-shaped seedling device, several potted grass plants are placed on a mud-like floor soil portion that is packed in the pot and immersed in water. The seedlings are planted in each pot to raise seedlings. The grass seedlings to be nurtured can be further cultivated and bred using the same seedling device. The grass seedlings to be nurtured in this way can be supplied to the seedling planting machine as a seedling plant so that seedlings can be planted in the field.
[0010]
【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. A second embodiment will be described mainly with reference to FIGS. The third embodiment will be described mainly with reference to FIG.
[0011]
[First Example]
A first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. The seedling raising device 3 has a configuration in a plan view shape in which pots 2 having a capacity suitable for seedlings are arranged at regular intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions, and is formed of a synthetic resin material so as to be flexible as a whole. A bottom hole 1 can be formed at the bottom of each pot 2 so as to be submerged in the ground soil 6 filled with soil, and when this seedling device 3 is loaded into a seedling planter after seedling, It can be stabbed from the bottom lower surface and 6 parts of seedling bed soil can be pushed out of the pot 2 and planted on the soil surface.
[0012]
In addition, the floor soil used for the seedlings was obtained by mixing 1 to 10% by weight of bennite or vermiculite pulverized in a raw soil containing 15 to 35% by weight of clay in order to appropriately obtain the seedling resistance. If soil is used, planting is easy, and posture support of grass seedlings after planting can be maintained.
[0013]
In FIG. 1, in the soil filling process A, the dried soil 7 is supplied into each pot 2 of such a seedling breeder 3. At the level B, the soil 7 on the upper surface of the seedling device 3 is scraped off and leveled with the leveling plate 8 so that the floor soil 6 in each pot 2 is uniformly filled. Next, in the soaking step C, the seedling raising device 3 filled with the floor soil 6 in this way is placed in the dish-shaped water reservoir 4 and immersed in water. Water 9 stored in the water reservoir 4 at an appropriate water level in advance is submerged in the pot 2 from the bottom hole 1 to soften the floor soil 6 into a mud. By immersing in water, the floor soil 6 can be sufficiently absorbed with water, and the floor soil 6 can be made to have a desired softness. When the inundation reaches the upper surface of the floor soil 6 of the pot 2, the seedling raising device 3 is taken out of the water in the water reservoir 4, drained, and an insertion seedling process D is performed. In this insertion seedling degree D, the root parts of several seedling seedlings 10 that have been stocked in advance are inserted into the floor soil 6 parts of each pot 2 from above and planted. At this time, although the floor soil 6 part is soft, the insertion resistance of the grass seedlings 10 is relatively small, so that the seedlings are hardly broken and can be planted in an accurate seedling posture. Moreover, after planting, the planting posture of the seedling can be maintained and stabilized with the hardening of the floor soil 6.
[0014]
After planting the grass seedling 10 in each pot 2 of the seedling raising device 3, the mud embankment 13 raised on each pot upper edge 5 may be placed (FIG. 6). In such a case, the muddy embankment 13 that has been irrigated from above the planted seedling 10 in the seedling box 3 is washed away. By removing the embankment 13, root tangles between two adjacent pots can be eliminated, and the pot seedlings can be easily separated at the time of seedling planting, and accurate seedling planting can be performed.
[0015]
The seedling raising device 3 in which the grass seedlings 10 are planted in this way is moved to a nursery room or the like to raise seedlings. Further, when the seedling 10 is reared, it can be transplanted again in the same manner as described above to another pot for seedling raising.
When planting a grass seedling to be nurtured by the nursery device 3 in the field, the nursery device 3 is supplied together with the grass seedling 10 to a seedling planting machine to be planted. The floor soil 6 in each pot 2 is pushed out of the pot 2 together with the seedling 10 and planted on the soil surface by a planting device. A feeding hole 12 having a constant pitch is formed in the left and right side edges 11 of the seedling raising device 3. When the feeding hole 12 is supplied to the seedling planting machine, a feeding claw is engaged with the feeding hole 12 to keep the seedling planting and constant. The seedling raising device 3 is fed out at the timing.
[0016]
[Second embodiment]
Differences from the above example will be described mainly with reference to FIGS. The floor soil 6 packed in the nursery device 3 is not filled in each pot 2, and the floor soil 6 is scraped out to a position F slightly below the upper edge 5 of the pot in the level B (see FIG. 7). For this purpose, instead of the flat plate 8, a rotary brush can be applied to the upper surface of the seedling device 3 and scraped off. In addition, a method for regulating the soiling so as not to reach the pot upper edge 5 in advance in the soiling process A may be taken.
[0017]
In this way, the seedling device 3 in which the potting of each pot portion is conservative and the floor soil 6 is filled, the floor soil 6 expands after passing through the immersion process C and the seedling process D, but on the pot upper edge 5 It is difficult to swell up to the bottom, and the occurrence of the swelled mud 13 as described above can be reduced (FIG. 8).
[0018]
[Third embodiment]
Differences from the above example will be described mainly with reference to FIG. In the seedling seeding process D in which each pot 2 of the seedling device 3 is to be seeded, a support frame 14 having a certain height is placed on the top surface of the seedling device 3, and this support frame 14 is formed on each pot 2 in a consistent manner. A support hole 15 is formed, and the seedling can be inserted into the lower floor soil 6 through the support hole 15. A grass seedling 10 to be inserted into the floor soil 6 is supported in a planting posture by a support hole 15.
[0019]
Therefore, the support frame 14 is made of a wooden or black synthetic resin material and is made of a material that is difficult to carry out photosynthesis of the grass seedling 10 so that the stock part G is light green in the raising seedling process. Thus, when seedlings are planted, it becomes a mark of the planting depth, making it easy to confirm the adjustment of the planting depth.
