Description
Claims (14)
- 台板と、前記台板に載置されたフレームボックスと、前記フレームボックスに載置されたシリンダフレームと、主軸受内に載置されたクランク軸と、を備えるクロスヘッド型の大型2サイクルディーゼルエンジンであって、前記台板は複数の横桁を備え、前記横桁のうちの少なくともいくつかは、1つ以上のウェブプレートと、前記1つ以上のウェブプレートに溶接によって結合される主軸受支えとを備え、前記主軸受支えは、下部軸受シェルを担持するための円弧状の支持面を備える圧延鋼スラブまたはプレートを含む、クロスヘッド型の大型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン。
- 前記主軸受支えは、単一の一枚スラブまたはプレートから機械加工される、請求項1に記載のエンジン。
- 前記スラブまたはプレートは、その底部に前記円弧状の支持面が配される凹部を備える上側と、互いに相対して配される前面および背面と、前記1つ以上のウェブプレートに結合される1つ以上の取付け面とを備える、請求項1または2に記載のエンジン。
- 前記1つ以上の取付け面は直線的に延在する、請求項3に記載のエンジン。
- 前記前面および背面の少なくとも周縁部分は、前記1つ以上の取付け部に向かってテーパー状を呈する、請求項3又は4に記載のエンジン。
- 前記前面および背面における周縁部分以外の部分は平面状であり、前記前面および背面の平面状部分と前記テーパー部分との間に急激な移行部が存在する、請求項5に記載のエンジン。
- 前記スラブまたはプレートと前記ウェブプレートとの間の溶接は、K−またはX−溶接である、請求項1乃至6に記載のエンジン。
- 前記取付け面のうちの2つは、鉛直方向的に延在し、更なる2つの取付け面が、それぞれ前記2つの垂直に延在する取付け面の下端から互いの方へ斜め下方に延在する、請求項3乃至7に記載のエンジン。
- 前記斜めに延在する取付け面は、互いに接触する、請求項8に記載のエンジン。
- クロスヘッド型の大型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン台板の横桁を製造するための方法であって、圧延鋼のスラブまたはプレートを準備するステップと、前記エンジンの主軸受の下部シェルを担持するための前記スラブまたはプレートに、円弧状の支持面を機械加工するステップと、1つ以上のウェブプレートを準備するステップと、前記スラブまたはプレートを前記1つ以上のウェブプレートに溶接によって結合するステップと、を含む方法。
- 前記プレートまたはスラブの輪郭の少なくとも一部を、ガス切断または砥粒噴射加工によって切断するステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブプレートに結合される前記スラブまたはプレートの周縁領域内にテーパー部分を形成するステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記テーパー部分の輪郭は、ガス切断または砥粒噴射加工によって形成される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記下部シェルの幅に対応する厚さに圧延された前記鋼スラブまたはプレートを準備するステップを含む、請求項10乃至12に記載の方法。
