BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a circuit board electrical resistance measuring apparatus and measuring method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in an electrical inspection of a circuit board, an electrical resistance between electrodes on the circuit board is measured.
Conventionally, in such measurement of electrical resistance, for example, as shown in FIG. 17, current supply is performed for each of two
[0003]
However, in the above method, it is necessary to bring the current supply probes PA and PD and the voltage measurement probes PB and PC into contact with the
[0004]
In order to solve such a problem, the electric resistance of a circuit board in which an elastic connection member made of conductive rubber, in which conductive particles are bound by an elastomer, is individually arranged for a current supply electrode and a voltage measurement electrode A measuring apparatus has been proposed (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-26446).
According to the circuit board electrical resistance measuring apparatus, the current supply electrode and the voltage measuring electrode are electrically connected to the electrode to be inspected of the circuit board to be inspected through the elastic connection member. Therefore, the electrical resistance can be measured without damaging the electrode to be inspected.
[0005]
However, the circuit board electrical resistance measuring apparatus has the following problems. That is, in recent years, in a circuit board, in order to obtain a high degree of integration, the size and pitch of electrodes or the distance between electrodes tend to be small. However, in the above-described circuit board electrical resistance measuring apparatus, each of the electrodes to be inspected in the circuit board to be inspected includes both an elastic connection member for the current supply electrode and an elastic connection member for the voltage measurement electrode. Need to be contacted at the same time. Therefore, in the circuit board electrical resistance measurement apparatus for the test electrodes of the circuit board to be inspected arranged with high density, the test electrodes occupy corresponding to each of the small test electrodes. Forming a current supply electrode and a voltage measurement electrode in a state of being separated from each other in a region having an area equivalent to or smaller than the region to be measured, that is, a current supply electrode and a voltage measurement having a size smaller than that of the electrode to be inspected In addition, it is necessary to form the electrodes for the current supply and the voltage measurement electrodes on the surfaces of the current supply electrode and the voltage measurement electrode, respectively. That is, it is necessary to form elastic connecting members having a size smaller than that of the electrode to be inspected while being separated by a very small distance.
However, it is extremely difficult to do so, and as a result, a circuit board electrical resistance measuring device for measuring electrical resistance of a circuit board having high density of small-sized electrodes is very difficult to manufacture. It becomes.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made on the basis of the circumstances as described above. The first object of the present invention is to measure the intended electrical resistance of the electrode to be inspected even for a circuit board having a small size of the electrode to be inspected. Another object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for measuring electrical resistance of a circuit board that can be performed with high accuracy and is easy to manufacture.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a circuit board electrical resistance measurement apparatus capable of measuring electrical resistance without damaging an electrode to be inspected.
The third object of the present invention is to provide a circuit board electrical resistance measurement method capable of measuring a desired electrical resistance of a test electrode with high accuracy even for a circuit board having a small size of the test electrode. Is to provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The circuit board electrical resistance measuring apparatus of the present invention is arranged on one surface side of a circuit board to be inspected, and has a plurality of electrodes arranged on the surface corresponding to each of a plurality of one-surface-side inspected electrodes in the circuit board to be inspected. A circuit board for inspection on one side having inspection electrodes, and a connector member provided on the surface of the circuit board for inspection on one side,
The connector member includes a sheet-like or plate-like insulating base, a plurality of surface-side terminals arranged on the surface of the insulating base corresponding to the one-side test electrode on the circuit board to be inspected, and the insulation Arranged on the back surface of the insulating substrate so as to be in contact with each of the inspection electrodes of the circuit board for inspection on the one surface side, and provided on the surface side of the insulating substrate and the back surface terminal electrically connected to the surface side terminal. A short-circuit member that electrically connects each of the adjacent surface side terminals to each other,
Each of the front surface side terminals of the connector member is in contact with each of the one-surface-side inspected electrodes, so that each of the one-surface-side inspected electrodes is electrically connected to a plurality of inspection electrodes through the connector member. State,
In this measurement state, two of the plurality of inspection electrodes electrically connected to one designated one-surface-side inspection target electrode are selected, one of which is used as a current supply electrode and the other is used as a voltage measurement electrode. By using, the measurement of the electrical resistance concerning the said to-be-inspected electrode is implemented, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0008]
In the electrical resistance measuring apparatus for a circuit board according to the present invention, the front surface side terminal and the back surface side terminal are preferably made of a conductive elastomer.
[0009]
Further, the short-circuit member is formed of a conductive plate having a hole adapted to the surface-side terminal at a position corresponding to the surface-side terminal, and the surface-side terminal is provided in a state where the surface protrudes from the surface of the short-circuit member. The short-circuit member may include an insulating plate having a hole adapted to the surface-side terminal at a position corresponding to the surface-side terminal, and a metal layer formed on the surface. The surface may protrude from the surface of the short-circuit member.
[0010]
Furthermore, in the circuit board electrical resistance measurement apparatus of the present invention, the insulating substrate is preferably made of an elastic polymer substance. Moreover, the front surface side terminal and the back surface side terminal may be electrically connected by a metal conductor that penetrates and extends in the thickness direction of the insulating base. And in a short circuit member, it is preferable that the electrical resistance value between adjacent surface side terminals is 1 ohm or less.
[0011]
The connector member has a conductor made of a conductive elastomer that extends through the thickness direction of the insulating substrate and protrudes from the surface of the insulating substrate. The surface-side terminal may be formed by, and the back-side terminal may be formed by the end portion on the back surface side of the conductor.
[0012]
In the circuit board electrical resistance measuring device of the present invention, the circuit board for testing the other surface is disposed on the other surface side of the circuit board to be inspected.
The other surface side inspection circuit boards are arranged on the same surface on the same other surface side inspected electrodes, which are arranged to be spaced apart from each other corresponding to the other surface side inspected electrodes of the circuit board to be inspected. It is preferable that a current supply inspection electrode and a voltage measurement inspection electrode to be electrically connected are formed.
[0013]
The circuit board electrical resistance measurement method of the present invention uses the above circuit board electrical resistance measurement apparatus,
Each of the front-side terminals in the connector member of the circuit board for inspection on one side is in contact with and electrically connected to the inspection target electrode on the one side of the circuit board to be inspected, so Forming a measurement state electrically connected to a plurality of inspection electrodes via a member;
In this measurement state, two of the plurality of inspection electrodes electrically connected to one designated one-surface-side inspection target electrode are selected, one of which is used as a current supply electrode and the other is used as a voltage measurement electrode. By using it, the electrical resistance of the designated one-surface-side inspected electrode is measured.
[0014]
[Action]
In the circuit board electrical resistance measuring apparatus having the above configuration, the adjacent surface-side terminals of the connector member are electrically connected by the short-circuit member disposed on the surface of the insulating substrate of the connector member. When a corresponding surface-side terminal contacts a certain one-surface-side inspected electrode on the inspection circuit board, the one-surface-side inspected electrode is in a state of being electrically connected to a plurality of inspection electrodes simultaneously via a connector member. Become. Accordingly, one of the plurality of one-surface-side inspection electrodes is designated, and two inspection electrodes are selected from the plurality of inspection electrodes electrically connected to the designated one-surface-side inspection electrode, By using the inspection electrode as a current supply electrode and using the other inspection electrode as a voltage measurement electrode, a voltage signal for the designated one-surface-side inspection electrode can be detected. The electrical resistance can be measured with high accuracy.
[0015]
Since the inspection electrode and the front-side terminal have a one-to-one correspondence with the one-surface-side inspected electrode on the circuit board to be inspected, these sizes may be approximately the same as the inspected electrode. Therefore, even when the size of the electrode to be inspected on one side of the circuit board to be inspected is small, the inspection electrode and the surface side terminal can be easily formed, and as a result, the electrical resistance measuring device is extremely easy to manufacture.
[0016]
In the connector member, when the surface-side terminal that is in contact with the one-surface-side inspected electrode is made of a conductive elastomer, even if the surface-side terminal is pressed against the one-surface-side inspected electrode, the one-surface side The electrode to be inspected is not damaged.
