Description
バイオガスから生成された改質ガスを冷却する改質ガス冷却器を燃料電池よりも上流側に配置し、
前記改質ガス冷却器によって改質ガスを冷却することにより、改質ガスから改質ガス凝縮水を分離し、
改質ガス凝縮水の少なくとも一部をメタン発酵槽に戻すことを特徴とするバイオガス燃料電池発電装置が提供される。
バイオガスから改質ガスを生成する改質器と、
前記改質器からの改質ガスに対してCOシフト反応を行う変成器と、
前記変成器からの改質ガスを冷却するために前記変成器の後段に配置された改質ガス冷却器とを具備し、
前記改質ガス冷却器によって改質ガスを冷却することにより、改質ガスから改質ガス凝縮水を分離し、
改質ガス凝縮水の少なくとも一部をメタン発酵槽に戻すことを特徴とするバイオガス水素製造装置が提供される。

Claims (4)
- 有機性廃棄物をメタン発酵させることにより発生したバイオガスを燃料として用いるバイオガス燃料電池発電装置において、
バイオガスから生成された改質ガスを冷却する改質ガス冷却器を燃料電池よりも上流側に配置し、
前記改質ガス冷却器によって改質ガスを冷却することにより、改質ガスから改質ガス凝縮水を分離し、
改質ガス凝縮水の少なくとも一部をメタン発酵槽に戻すことを特徴とするバイオガス燃料電池発電装置。 - 前記メタン発酵槽に戻される改質ガス凝縮水の流量を、前記メタン発酵槽内のpHに基づいて制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオガス燃料電池発電装置。
- 有機性廃棄物をメタン発酵させることにより発生したバイオガスを燃料として用いるバイオガス水素製造装置において、
バイオガスから改質ガスを生成する改質器と、
前記改質器からの改質ガスに対してCOシフト反応を行う変成器と、
前記変成器からの改質ガスを冷却するために前記変成器の後段に配置された改質ガス冷却器とを具備し、
前記改質ガス冷却器によって改質ガスを冷却することにより、改質ガスから改質ガス凝縮水を分離し、
改質ガス凝縮水の少なくとも一部をメタン発酵槽に戻すことを特徴とするバイオガス水素製造装置。 - 前記メタン発酵槽に戻される改質ガス凝縮水の流量を、前記メタン発酵槽内のpHに基づいて制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバイオガス水素製造装置。
