Description

The present invention relates to a three-dimensional pattern decorative body capable of three-dimensionally expressing a gradation moire pattern (interference fringes) having, for example, a dense region and a rough region.

Conventionally, as the above-mentioned three-dimensional pattern decorative body, for example, a transparent substrate is formed by regularly printing or forming a large number of independent convex condensing elements on a surface of a transparent substrate at a regular fine pitch. A large number of colored pixels having the same shape as the convex condensing elements on the front surface or the same arrangement state or different shapes and the same arrangement state are printed or formed on the back surface of the front surface so that the visual size of the colored pixels changes significantly. The decorative body of the point drawing pattern of Patent Document 1 in which the crossing angle is shifted with respect to the convex condensing element,
A first pattern portion having a first pattern repeated at a predetermined pitch is provided on one surface of the transparent sheet, and the other surface of the transparent sheet is similar to the first pattern or at a predetermined pitch. The decorative sheet of Patent Document 2 provided with a second pattern portion having a moire pattern (interference fringes) formed using a repeated second pattern;
At least two pattern layers having basic components repeated at a predetermined pitch are provided on the front and back of the transparent medium, and at least one pattern layer is at least one of the basic components in a region where the at least two pattern layers are overlapped. There is a decorative display body of Patent Document 3 having a gradation motif (design) obtained by changing a part of the size.

However, since the above-described Patent Documents 1 and 2 regularly arrange convex condensing elements and colored pixels and the first and second patterns at a predetermined pitch, the moiré pattern can be seen from any direction. However, there is no change in pattern density or color shading, and a three-dimensional gradation moire pattern in which the pattern density and color density changes between a dense state and a coarse state depending on the viewing direction and angle. The effect that appears in is not obtained. In addition, Patent Document 3 appears by changing the size of the basic constituent elements constituting the two pattern layers formed on both the front and back surfaces of the transparent medium with a gradation moire pattern. There is no change in the moire pattern due to crossing angles, no effect of three-dimensionally floating the pattern with the convex lens, and the refractive index of the transparent medium is small. There is a problem that the pattern cannot appear three-dimensionally.

In view of the above problems, the present invention displaces the pattern and the convex lens provided on the surface of the decorative body to an angle at which the moire pattern appears, and arranges the pattern so as to gradually become dense toward the dense region, and toward the rough region. It is an object of the present invention to provide a three-dimensional pattern decorative body that can appear in a three-dimensional manner a gradation moire pattern (interference fringes) having a dense region and a rough region by arranging them so as to gradually become rough.

According to the present invention, a mirror-like reflective layer that reflects light is printed on the surface of a transparent or opaque decorative body, and the first layer having a dot shape colored in a desired color is formed on the entire surface of the reflective layer. The pattern is printed at a predetermined pitch interval, and the second layer pattern having dot shapes colored in a color different from the pattern of the first layer is formed on the entire surface including the pattern of the reflective layer and the first layer. A transparent dot-like convex lens having a hemispherical cross section as viewed from the side is printed on the entire surface including the reflective layer and each pattern with the same pitch interval and pattern as the first layer pattern. Printing is performed with a pitch interval and pattern, the entire pattern of the second layer is displaced with respect to the pattern of the first layer at an angle θ1 in the surface direction, and the pattern of the first layer is printed. Side view of the entire pattern of the convex lens The pattern and the convex lens are set to the right surface of the decorative body from the dense area printed so that the convex and lens are overlapped with each other. Arranged so that the adjacent spaces gradually increase toward the rough area printed so that the respective patterns and convex lenses do not overlap, and the portions where the respective patterns and convex lenses overlap from the dense area toward the rough area Is a three-dimensional pattern decorative body in which the patterns and convex lenses are arranged so as not to overlap in the rough region .

In addition, the present invention prints a mirror-like reflective layer that reflects light on the surface of a transparent or opaque decorative body, and has a pattern having a dot shape colored in a desired color on the entire surface of the reflective layer. A pattern is printed at a predetermined pitch interval, and a transparent dot-like convex lens having a hemispherical cross section as viewed from the side is printed on the entire surface including the reflective layer and the pattern with the same pitch interval and pattern as described above. The entire pattern of the convex lens is printed while being displaced by an angle θ1 in the surface direction with respect to the pattern, and the pattern and the convex lens are printed so that the pattern and the convex lens set on the left surface of the decorative body overlap each other. The adjacent pattern is arranged so as to gradually widen from the region toward the rough region printed so that the pattern set on the right surface of the decorative body and the convex lens do not overlap, and the dense Toward the frequency rough area gradually less overlapping portions of the pattern and the convex lens, characterized in that it is a three-dimensional pattern decorative body arranged as described above pattern and the convex lens do not overlap at crude region.

The decorative body described above can be made of a transparent or translucent material such as synthetic resin or glass, but may be made of a translucent or colored material as long as a moire pattern appears and the pattern can be recognized. As the synthetic resin, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, acrylic, nylon, vinyl chloride, or the like can be used. And when using a sheet-like decorative body, it is preferable to use the sheet | seat made from a vinyl chloride which has the thickness of about 1 mm or less, for example, and has a softness | flexibility. Moreover, when using a plate-shaped decorative body, it is preferable to use an acrylic plate having a hardness that cannot be flexible in terms of weather resistance and strength. For example, a thick plate included in a range of about 1 mm to about 2 mm. However, a plate having a thickness of approximately 1 mm or less and approximately 2 mm or more may be used.

In addition, patterns of multiple layers or single layers are arranged in substantially the same pattern as a convex lens described later, and are arranged in a dense state that is gradually dense and close toward a dense region, and is gradually separated and separated toward a rough region. Are arranged in a rough state. As a method of attaching the pattern, for example, printing in fine dots (screen printing, silk printing, etc.) with ink colored in a desired color such as black, red, orange, transfer printing, vapor deposition printing, etc. Can be provided integrally.

Further, the convex lenses are arranged in substantially the same pattern as the above-described pattern, and are arranged in a dense state that is gradually dense and close toward the dense region, and is arranged in a coarse state that is gradually separated and separated toward the coarse region. ing. Further, for example, a convex lens having a predetermined refractive index such as a substantially hemispherical cross section or a substantially elliptical cross section is formed of a transparent synthetic resin or ink having substantially the same or substantially the same translucency as the decorative body described above. However, if a dot-like pattern is recognizable, it can be made of a semitransparent and colored synthetic resin or ink. As a method of attaching the convex lens, for example, it can be integrally provided by printing in fine dots with a light-transmitting ink (screen printing, silk printing, etc.) or by press working. In the case of printing, it is preferable to use a synthetic resin or ink having a viscosity and surface tension suitable for maintaining the convex lens shape as described above. A sheet or film on which a convex lens is printed or formed in advance can be integrally bonded.

Further, when a gradation moire pattern that gradually becomes rough from the dense region to the rough region appears, each pattern of the pattern and the convex lens is included in a range of, for example, approximately 1 degree to approximately 10 degrees. However, it is preferable that the angle is displaced or intersected at an angle of approximately 2 degrees, approximately 4 degrees, approximately 6 degrees, approximately 8 degrees, or the like. In addition, the moiré pattern that appears can be changed by shifting or intersecting at an angle of approximately 1 degree or less and approximately 10 degrees or more. In addition, the pattern and the convex lens can be formed in substantially the same or different desired shapes such as a substantially circular shape, a substantially oval shape, a substantially triangular shape, a substantially square shape, a substantially rhombus shape, a substantially star shape, and a substantially cloud shape.

In other words, the overlapping portion of the pattern printed on the reflective layer on the decorative body surface and the convex lens gradually moves from the dense area set on the left surface of the decorative body toward the rough area set on the right surface of the decorative body. Since the pattern and convex lens do not overlap in the rough area, a gradation moire pattern appears in which the pattern density and color density gradually decrease from the dense area to the rough area. . When the three-dimensional pattern decorative body is viewed from the surface side, the pattern is refracted in various directions by the convex lens depending on the viewing direction and angle, and is deformed and scaled to various sizes. In addition, the moire pattern woven by the pattern and the convex lens changes three-dimensionally between a dense state and a rough state.

As an embodiment, the decorative body can be constituted by a sheet having flexibility or a plate having hardness that cannot be flexible. Further , the convex lenses can be arranged so as to gradually become lower from the dense area toward the coarse area. In other words, even if the pitch interval between the pattern and the convex lens (between the centers) is constant, the pattern and the convex lens are arranged in a dense state where the interval gradually decreases toward the dense region, and are arranged in a coarse state where the interval increases toward the coarse region. Accordingly, a gradation moire pattern in which the pattern density and the color density change between a dense area close to or close to each other and a coarse area separated or separated can be displayed.

In addition, at least one of the pattern and the convex lens can be formed in substantially the same or different size. In other words, since the positional relationship between the pattern and the convex lens is displaced or intersects in the surface direction, the moire pattern changes variously depending on the viewing direction and angle even if they are approximately the same size. Further, when either one of the pattern and the convex lens is made large and the other is made small, a shift due to the size occurs, and the moire pattern changes variously.

According to the present invention, when the three-dimensional pattern decorative body is viewed from the surface side, a pattern of a plurality of layers or a single layer is refracted in various directions by the convex lens depending on the viewing direction and angle, and is deformed and scaled to various sizes. Therefore, the refractive index is larger than that of the decorative display body of Patent Document 3, and the pattern appears to rise three-dimensionally. In addition, since the moire pattern woven by the pattern and the convex lens changes three-dimensionally between a dense state and a rough state, the pattern density and color density of the moire pattern are higher than those of the decorative body and the decorative sheet of Patent Documents 1 and 2. A moiré pattern with a gradation that changes between a rough area and a rough area can be displayed.

The purpose of the present invention is to display a gradation moire pattern (interference fringes) having a dense area and a rough area in a three-dimensional manner by displacing the pattern and the convex lens provided on the decorative body surface to an angle at which the moire pattern appears. Thus, the pattern and the convex lens are arranged in a gradation that changes the pattern density and the color density.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

The drawing shows a sheet-like three-dimensional pattern decorative body that three-dimensionally displays a gradation moire pattern in which the pattern density and color density change between a dense region and a rough region. In this case, the sheet-shaped three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 is made of, for example, aluminum or other metal substantially on the entire surface (or part) of the sheet-shaped decorative body 2 formed of a flexible opaque synthetic resin. Dot uniformly coated (or coated, vapor-deposited, etc.) to form a mirror-like reflective layer 2a, and the entire surface (or part) of the reflective layer 2a is colored in a desired color (yellow in the embodiment) A pattern 4a of the first layer having a shape is continuously printed or formed, and gradually becomes a rough state from the dense region (left side) set on the surface of the sheet-like decorative body 2 toward the rough region (right side). They are arranged in the pattern Ba.

In addition, a substantially entire surface (or a part) including the reflective layer 2a and the pattern 4a ... is continuously provided with a second layer pattern 4b having a dot shape colored in a color different from the pattern 4a ... (red in the embodiment). Printed or formed, and arranged in a pattern Bb that is substantially the same as the above-described pattern Ba that gradually becomes rough from the dense area (left side) set to the surface of the sheet-like decorative body 2 toward the rough area (right side). Thus, a plurality of patterns 4a and 4b of different colors are provided on the surface of the sheet-like decorative body 2.

In addition, the pattern 4a, 4b can also be directly attached to the surface of the sheet-like decorative body 2 without forming the reflective layer 2a. The number of layers of the patterns 4a and 4b (two layers in the embodiment) can be changed to a plurality of layers such as three layers and four layers. Moreover, the color scheme of the first layer pattern 4a and the second layer pattern 4b can be changed to a desired color combination such as blue, green, yellow, brown, white, orange, and the like.

In addition, a transparent dot-like convex lens 3 having a substantially hemispherical cross section is continuously printed or formed directly on the entire surface (or part) including the reflective layer 2a and the patterns 4a, 4b,. The pattern A is arranged in substantially the same pattern A as the above-described patterns Ba and Bb that gradually become rough from the dense region (left side) set on the surface of the sheet-like decorative body 2 toward the rough region (right side). In the embodiment, the convex lens 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b are formed in substantially the same or substantially the same size, but any one or a plurality of them may be formed in different sizes.

Further, the pattern Ba of the pattern 4a and the pattern Bb of the pattern 4b are displaced (or intersected) at an angle θ1 at which the moire pattern appears, and the pattern A of the convex lens 3 described later is changed to the pattern Ba of the pattern 4a. Is displaced (or intersected) at an angle θ2 at which the moire pattern appears, and the positional relationship between the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b is displaced in the plane direction and set on the surface of the sheet-like decorative body 2. Arranged so that it gradually becomes dense toward the dense area, and arranged in a gradation that gradually becomes coarse toward the coarse area set in the part far from the dense area, and from the dense area to the coarse area A moiré pattern appears in which the pattern density and the color density gradually become smaller. In addition, although the above-mentioned angles θ1 and θ2 are displaced to an angle included in a range of, for example, approximately 1 degree to approximately 10 degrees, the angle is approximately 2 degrees, approximately 4 degrees, approximately 6 degrees, approximately 8 degrees, or the like. It is preferable to displace. In addition, the angles θ1 and θ2 can be changed to angles of about 1 degree or less and about 10 degrees or more, or one of the angles θ1 and θ2 can be set to an acute angle, and the other can be set to an obtuse angle.

And the adhesive 2b which has the adhesive force required in order to maintain the sticking state of the sheet-like decorative body 2 is apply | coated to the substantially whole back surface of the sheet-like decorative body 2 substantially uniformly, The sticking surface of the adhesive 2b On the side, a flexible sheet-like mount 2c (release paper) is attached. When the three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 is attached to a flat or curved display portion (for example, a portion having a three-dimensional shape such as a substantially spherical shape or a substantially cylindrical shape), the mount 2c is peeled off, and the adhesive strength of the adhesive 2b Use to fix. Further, instead of the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive 2b, it can be fixed by a fixing means such as a magnet or a hook-and-loop fastener.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 4 and 5, the patterns 4a and 4b described above are inks obtained by coloring a substantially circular pattern 4a... In a desired color when viewed from the front side. Is screen-printed on substantially the entire surface of the reflective layer 2a, and is continuously formed at a predetermined pitch interval P along the surface of the reflective layer 2a. In addition, the pattern 4b having substantially the same shape and the same size (size) as the pattern 4a is screen-printed on the surface of the reflective layer 2a and the pattern 4a with ink colored in a different color from the pattern 4a. 2a and the pattern 4a ... are continuously formed at a predetermined pitch interval P along the surface.

And the pattern 4a of the first layer and the pattern 4b of the second layer are formed so that the outer diameter decreases in order or gradually from the dense region to the rough region of the sheet-like decorative body 2, They are arranged so as to gradually become dense and close to a dense region as viewed from the surface, and arranged so as to become a coarse state that gradually separates and separates toward a rough region. Further, the intervals Wa, Wb, Wc between the patterns 4a ... and the patterns 4b ... are set so as to increase in order or gradually from the dense region to the coarse region. The convex lens 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b can be formed in substantially the same or different desired shapes such as a substantially elliptical shape, a substantially triangular shape, a substantially rectangular shape, a substantially rhombus shape, a substantially star shape, and a substantially cloud shape.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the above convex lens 3... Is directly applied to a substantially entire surface including the above-described reflective layer 2a, the pattern 4a, and the pattern 4b. Screen-printed, and the convex lenses 3... Having substantially the same shape and the same size (size) as the patterns 4 a and 4 b and having a substantially round shape (including a substantially round shape) as viewed from the surface side are formed on the reflective layer 2 a and It is formed continuously at a predetermined pitch interval P along the surface of the pattern 4a, and the surface of the pattern 4b, and is formed into a convex lens shape having a substantially hemispherical cross section having a predetermined refractive index. In addition, the ink has a viscosity and surface tension suitable for maintaining a convex lens form.

That is, the convex lenses 3 are formed so that the outer diameter decreases in order or gradually from the dense region to the rough region of the sheet-like decorative body 2, and the interval is gradually narrowed toward the dense region when viewed from the surface. Are arranged in such a dense state (dense and adjacent state), and are arranged in a coarse state (separated and separated) where the interval gradually increases toward the coarse region. In addition, the heights Ha, Hb, Hc of the convex lenses 3 are set so as to decrease in order or gradually from the dense region toward the coarse region, and the intervals Wa, Wb, Wc of the convex lenses 3 are coarsely set from the dense region. It is set so as to increase gradually or gradually toward the area.

Further, the convex lens 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b can be attached to substantially the entire surface (or a part) of the plate-shaped decorative body formed of a transparent or opaque synthetic resin having a non-flexible hardness.

The illustrated embodiment is configured as described above, and a method for displaying a three-dimensional moire pattern (interference fringes) by the sheet-like three-dimensional pattern decoration 1 will be described below.

That is, when the three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 is viewed from the front side, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the convex lens 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b are almost completely overlapped with each other from the left, right, top and bottom directions. Even when viewed, it is possible to recognize substantially the entire pattern 4a, 4b, but in a portion where the convex lens 3 and one or both of the patterns 4a, 4b are displaced by approximately a radius (approximately 1/2), One or both of the patterns 4a and 4b cannot be recognized when viewed from the diagonally right direction, and almost half of one or both of the patterns 4a and 4b can be recognized when viewed from the diagonally left direction. Depending on the direction, one or both of the patterns 4a and 4b may be visible or may not be visible.

In addition, in a portion far from a portion where the convex lens 3 and one or both of the patterns 4a and 4b are almost completely overlapped, it is impossible to recognize one or both of the patterns 4a and 4b when viewed from the right oblique direction. When viewed from the left diagonal direction, only one or both of the patterns 4a and 4b can be recognized, and when the surface side of the three-dimensional pattern ornament 1 is viewed from the front, The moire pattern woven by the convex lens 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b changes three-dimensionally depending on the angle.

5 and 6, the convex lens 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b are arranged so as to gradually become dense toward the dense region, and gradually become coarse toward the coarse region. Since the pattern A and the patterns Ba and Bb are displaced and intersected at angles θ1 and θ2 at which the moire pattern appears, the convex lens 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b are formed between the dense region and the rough region. Not only the pattern density and color density of the moiré pattern weaving change, but also the moire pattern with gradations that gradually spread from the dense area to the coarse area and gradually becomes thinner and larger. Is issued.

As described above, when the three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 is viewed from the surface side, the first layer pattern 4a ... and the second layer pattern 4b ... printed on the surface of the sheet-shaped decorative body 2 depending on the viewing direction and angle. Since the light is refracted in various directions by the convex lens 3 and deformed and scaled in various sizes, the refractive index is larger than that of the decorative display body of Patent Document 3, and the patterns 4a and 4b are three-dimensionally formed. It looks uplifted. In addition, since the moire pattern woven by the convex lens 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b changes three-dimensionally between a dense state and a rough state as compared with the decorative body and decorative sheet of Patent Documents 1 and 2, the pattern density and color of the moire pattern A gradation moire pattern in which the density changes between the dense area and the coarse area can be displayed.

FIG. 7 shows another example of the three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 in which the heights Ha, Hb, Hc and the sizes of the convex lenses 3 are substantially the same, and the interval Wa between the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b. , Wb, Wc are set so that the intervals are gradually or gradually narrowed toward the dense region of the sheet-like decorative body 2, and are set so that the intervals are gradually or gradually widened toward the coarse region. They are arranged in a gradation in which the spacing and density are in a rough state from the region toward the rough region. That is, since the pattern A and the patterns Ba and Bb are displaced or intersected with the angles θ1 and θ2 at which the moire pattern appears, even if the height and size of the convex lenses 3 are substantially the same, The moiré pattern changes three-dimensionally depending on the angle, and a moiré pattern with a gradation in which the pattern density and color density gradually decrease from the dense area to the coarse area appears. Substantially equivalent actions and effects can be achieved.

FIG. 8 shows another example of the three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 in which the convex lenses 3 are formed in different sizes. The convex lenses 3 are gradually moved from the dense region set on the surface of the sheet-shaped decorative body 2 toward the rough region. They are arranged to be smaller. That is, even if the pitch interval P between the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b is constant, the pattern A and the patterns Ba and Bb are displaced or intersected with the angles θ1 and θ2 at which the moire pattern appears. Therefore, the moire pattern changes three-dimensionally depending on the viewing direction and angle, and the operation and effect substantially equivalent to those of the above-described embodiments can be achieved. Alternatively, one or both of the patterns 4a and 4b may be formed in different sizes and arranged so as to gradually decrease from the dense region to the coarse region.

FIGS. 9 and 10 show other ones of the three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 in which the convex lens 3 is directly printed or formed on the surface of the single layer pattern 4a printed on the substantially entire surface (or a part) of the sheet-shaped decorative body 2. FIG. For example, a mirror-like reflection layer 2a is formed on substantially the entire surface (or part) of the sheet-like decorative body 2, and the entire surface (or part) of the reflection layer 2a is colored in a desired color ( In the embodiment, the dot-like pattern 4a... Is continuously printed or formed at a predetermined pitch interval P along the surface of the reflective layer 2a, and sequentially or from the dense region to the rough region of the sheet-like decorative body 2. They are arranged in a gradation pattern Ba that gradually becomes rough. In addition, a transparent dot-like convex lens 3 having a substantially hemispherical cross section is continuously provided at a predetermined pitch interval P along the surfaces of the reflective layer 2a and the pattern 4a over the substantially entire surface including the reflective layer 2a and the pattern 4a. Then, the pattern A is printed or formed directly, and arranged in a pattern A that becomes a rough state in order or gradually from the dense region to the rough region of the sheet-like decorative body 2. Instead of the pattern Ba of the pattern 4a ..., the pattern Bb of the pattern 4b ... may be arranged.

Further, the pattern A and the pattern Ba are displaced or intersected at an angle θ1 at which a moire pattern appears in the plane direction, and gradually become dense toward the dense region set on the surface of the sheet-like decorative body 2. Are arranged in a gradation that gradually becomes rough toward the rough area set in a portion far from the dense area, and gradually increases the pattern density and color density from the dense area to the coarse area. The moire pattern appears to be thin. That is, the convex lens 3 and the pattern 4a are formed on the surface side of the sheet-like decorative body 2, but the moire pattern changes three-dimensionally depending on the viewing direction and angle, and gradually increases from the dense region to the rough region. Since a moiré pattern having a gradation in which the pattern density and the color density are reduced appears, the operation and effect substantially the same as those of the above-described embodiments can be achieved. The convex lenses 3 may be formed to have substantially the same height or different sizes. Moreover, you may form any one or several of convex lens 3 ..., pattern 4a ..., pattern 4b ... in a different magnitude | size.

The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment. For example, the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4a and 4b are arranged in the radial direction from the center of the decorative body 2 toward the outer periphery. It is also possible to arrange in a gradation that gradually or gradually becomes rough, or to form on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the decorative body 2 having a three-dimensional shape such as a substantially spherical shape or a substantially cylindrical shape.
