Description

The present invention relates to a decorative display body used for decoration of various products such as an outer layer panel of a gaming machine or a game machine, a packaging box, an advertising body, and an ornament.

In general, various types of products such as game machines and outer layer panels of game machines, packaging boxes, advertising bodies, and ornaments are often decorated with symbols on the surface. However, the conventional pattern decoration is only printed on the surface of various products, so it lacks the effect of stimulating the visual perception of the consumer, and there is a limit to attract the consumer's interest.

By the way, conventionally, a decorative display body that displays an enlarged virtual image of a pattern upward or downward from the surface of various products is known. For example, a pixel pattern is formed by two-dimensionally arranging a plurality of pixels colored on the back side of a sheet-like transparent material with each image and its directionality, and a plurality of pixels are formed on the surface of the transparent material. Convex lens-shaped condensing elements are arranged two-dimensionally in the same direction as the pixel patterns of the condensing elements to form a condensing element pattern, and the arrangement pitch of each pixel and each condensing element Thus, the enlarged virtual image of each pixel appears above or below the transparent material (see Patent Document 1).

When this decoration display is used for decoration of various products, the enlarged virtual image of the pattern appears above or below in a static state with little fluctuation without being restricted by the viewing position. Compared with decoration, the effect of stimulating consumers' vision is enhanced.

特開2001−180198号JP 2001-180198 A

However, in the above-described decorative display body, the enlarged virtual image of the design is merely what appears above or below the transparent material. Of course, it has also been proposed to have multiple layers of pixel patterns with different pixel arrangement pitches on the back side of a transparent material, but the enlarged virtual images of the pattern overlap each other and can only be seen separately. It was.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described technical background, and provides a decorative display body that can form a three-dimensional enlarged virtual image group as a whole and can further improve the decorative effect. For the purpose.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a two-dimensional arrangement of a plurality of convex lens-shaped light condensing elements having the direction of each light condensing element on the surface of a sheet-like or plate-like transparent material. A light condensing element pattern is formed, and a plurality of colored pixels are arranged two-dimensionally on the back surface of the transparent material so that each pixel has the same direction as the light condensing element pattern. By forming the light condensing element pattern and the pixel pattern so that a pixel pattern is formed and the arrangement pitch of each light condensing element and each pixel is different, an enlarged virtual image of the pixel is displayed above or below the transparent material. The pixel pattern is divided into a plurality of regions in the plane direction on the back surface of the transparent material, and the arrangement pitch of the pixels in each region changes between adjacent regions, In each area Enlarged virtual image of kicking the pixels out current above or below the transparent material while changing stepwise height or depth in the plane direction, characterized in that it constitutes a three-dimensional enlarged virtual image groups as a whole. According to this, the enlarged virtual images of the pixels do not appear while overlapping one above the other, but appear while changing the height or depth stepwise in the plane direction. Thus, a three-dimensional enlarged virtual image group can be formed as a whole.

Moreover, the pixel diameter of the pixel pattern of each region may change for each region. According to this, the decoration effect by the change of the pixel diameter can be given to the three-dimensional enlarged virtual image group as a whole.

The pixel pattern of each region may be formed with a large pixel diameter in a region where the enlarged virtual image appears below. According to this, the pixel density of the region where the enlarged virtual image appears below increases, and the enlarged virtual image looks dark as a whole, so that the enlarged virtual image can be seen further downward with respect to the human eye. .

The pixel pattern of each region may be formed in layers in the thickness direction of the transparent material. According to this, since the pixel pattern of each region can be formed sequentially, it becomes easy to manufacture a decorative display body.

Moreover, the pixel pattern of each area | region may have a part which overlaps with the pixel pattern of an adjacent area | region up and down. According to this, it is possible to prevent an unnecessary gap from being generated between pixel patterns in adjacent regions. In addition, the setting of the precise shape and position of the pixel pattern in each region is reduced, making it easier to manufacture a decorative display body.

The pixel pattern of each region may be formed with a transparent or opaque printed layer colored in a portion overlapping vertically with the pixel pattern of the adjacent region. According to this, the portion where the enlarged virtual images of the pixels in different regions appear overlapping each other is reduced, and a more beautiful and three-dimensional enlarged virtual image group can be obtained.

Further, the pixel pattern of each region may be divided so as to increase or decrease stepwise toward the center of the transparent material. According to this, an enlarged virtual image that gradually increases toward the center in a convex shape as a whole, or a three-dimensional enlarged virtual image group that gradually increases in depth toward the center as a whole can be configured.

In addition, a condensing element pattern is formed on another transparent material, and a pixel pattern of each region is formed on another transparent material. The transparent material of the condensing element pattern and the transparent material of the pixel pattern are connected to the main body. The sheet-like or plate-like transparent material may be attached to both front and back surfaces. According to this, since the light condensing element pattern and the pixel pattern are printed on separate transparent materials and then bonded to the transparent material of the main body, it is easy to manufacture the decorative display body. In addition, the transparent material printed with the light condensing element pattern and the pixel pattern can be directly pasted on the existing transparent material such as a store window, and this decoration display can be applied to existing products. It becomes.

According to the present invention, the enlarged virtual images of the pixels do not appear while overlapping one above the other, but appear while changing the height or depth stepwise in the plane direction, so that the enlarged virtual images are combined. Thus, a three-dimensional enlarged virtual image group can be formed as a whole.

For this reason, not only the decorative effect of the two-dimensional enlarged virtual image due to the shape and color of the pixel pattern but also the decorative effect of the enlarged virtual image group in which these enlarged virtual images are combined in three dimensions is added. As a result, the creativity of designs according to various products can be expanded.

[Embodiment 1]
Next, a decorative display body according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The decorative display body (10) is obtained by printing a plurality of convex lens-shaped condensing elements (12) on a surface of a plate-like transparent material (11) such as an acrylic plate using an uncolored or colored transparent ink. A light condensing element pattern (13) is formed, and a plurality of pixels (14) are printed on the back surface of the transparent material (11) using colored transparent or opaque ink to form a pixel pattern (15). Become.

The light condensing element pattern (13) is formed by two-dimensionally arranging a plurality of convex lens-shaped light condensing elements (12) in the direction of each light condensing element (12). ) Is formed.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the light condensing elements pattern (13) is formed by equally arranging the light condensing elements (12) in a matrix form at the same pitch s in the x direction and the y direction orthogonal thereto. is doing. In addition, the arrangement | sequence of each condensing element (12) does not necessarily need to be an orthogonal pattern, and the other arrangement direction with respect to one arrangement direction may make an angle smaller than 90 degree | times, or an angle larger than 90 degree | times. .

The pixel pattern (15) is formed by two-dimensionally arranging a plurality of pixels (14) with the same directionality as the light condensing element pattern (13) of each pixel (14).

In this embodiment, the pixel pattern (15) includes the pixel pattern (15A) of the first region (1) and the pixel pattern (15B) of the second region (2) in the planar direction on the back surface of the transparent material (11). ) And the pixel pattern (15C) of the third region (3).

The pixel pattern (15A) of the first region (1) is formed in a rectangular ring located on the outermost side. As shown in FIG. 2A, the pixel pattern (15A) is formed by arranging the pixels (14) in a matrix at equal pitches p in the x direction and the y direction perpendicular to the x direction. ing.

The pixel pattern (15B) of the second region (2) is formed in a rectangular ring shape located inside the pixel pattern (15A) of the first region (1). As shown in FIG. 2B, this pixel pattern (15B) is formed by equally arranging the pixels (14) in a matrix at the same pitch q in the x direction and the y direction orthogonal thereto. Yes.

The pixel pattern (15C) in the third region (3) is formed in a rectangular shape located inside the pixel pattern (15B) in the second region (2). As shown in FIG. 2C, the pixel pattern (15C) is formed by arranging the pixels (14) in a matrix form at the same pitch r in the x direction and the y direction orthogonal thereto. Yes.

When forming the pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3), they may be sequentially formed on the transparent material (11). It is good also as what forms simultaneously in a transparent material (11).

In the present embodiment, the pixels (14) in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) are all formed in the same shape and diameter as the light condensing element (12).

The arrangement pitches p, q, and r of each pixel (14) in the pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) are all condensing elements. It is set to be smaller than the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12) in the pattern (13), and every other light condensing elements (12) completely overlap with the pixels (14) in each of the xy directions, and the surroundings. The light condensing elements (12) are sequentially displaced inward from the pixels (14). For this reason, the enlarged virtual images of the pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) are not limited by the viewing position and are static with little fluctuation. In this state, it appears below the transparent material (11).

Regarding the relationship between the arrangement pitches p, q, and r of the pixels (14) of the pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3). In addition, the arrangement pitches are changed so as to change between adjacent regions so that each arrangement pitch has a relation of p <q <r.

By the way, when the arrangement pitch of the pixels (14) is smaller than the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12), if the arrangement pitch of the pixels (14) becomes small away from the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12), the pixels The appearance position of the magnified virtual image of (14) becomes shallow, and the magnification rate of the magnified virtual image of the pixel (14) becomes small. Conversely, when the arrangement pitch of the pixels (14) approaches the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12) and becomes larger, the appearance position of the enlarged virtual image of the pixel (14) becomes deeper, and the enlarged virtual image of the pixel (14) becomes deeper. The enlargement rate increases.

For this reason, since the arrangement pitch p of the pixels (14) in the first region (1) is the farthest away from the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12), as shown in FIG. The appearance position of the enlarged virtual image (A) of the pixel (14) becomes the shallowest, and the enlarged virtual image (A) of the pixel (14) appears in a small state as shown in FIG.

The arrangement pitch q of the pixels (14) in the second region (2) is closer to the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12) than the arrangement pitch p of the pixels (14) in the first region (1). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the appearance position of the enlarged virtual image (B) of the pixel (14) in the second region (2) becomes deeper next, and the enlarged virtual image of the pixel (14) as shown in FIG. (B) appears in the middle state.

The arrangement pitch r of the pixels (14) in the third region (3) is closer to the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12) than the arrangement pitch q of the pixels (14) in the second region (2). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the appearance position of the enlarged virtual image (C) of the pixel (14) in the third region (3) becomes the deepest, and the enlarged virtual image of the pixel (14) ( C) appears in a large state.

Therefore, when the enlarged virtual images (A), (B), and (C) of the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) are viewed as a whole, the enlarged virtual images (A), (B), and (C) are Since it appears below the transparent material (11) while changing the depth stepwise in the plane direction, a three-dimensional enlarged virtual image group that gradually becomes deeper toward the center can be formed as a whole. .

Note that the sizes and arrangement pitches of the light condensing elements (12) and the pixels (14) shown in FIGS. In particular, FIG. 3 shows a large and small number of pixels (14) and light condensing elements (12) in order to explain that the pitch of the first to third pixels (14) changes. Actually, a very large number of light condensing elements (12) and pixels (14) are two-dimensionally arranged at a predetermined arrangement pitch in each region.

[Embodiment 2]
Next, a decorative display body (10) according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the decorative display body (10), the pixel pattern (15) is arranged in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) in the plane direction on the back surface of the transparent material (11) as in the first embodiment. It is divided.

The arrangement pitches p, q, and r of the pixels (14) of the pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) are shown in FIG. Thus, all are set larger than the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12) in the light condensing element pattern (13), and a plurality of light condensing elements (12) in each of the xy directions are connected to the pixels (14). It is configured such that it completely overlaps and the surrounding light condensing elements (12) are sequentially displaced outward from the pixels (14).

For this reason, the enlarged virtual images (A), (B), and (C) of the pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) are restricted by the viewing position. Without appearing, it appears above the transparent material (11) in a static state with little fluctuation.

Regarding the relationship between the arrangement pitches p, q, and r of the pixels (14) of the pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3). The arrangement pitches are changed so as to change between adjacent regions so that the arrangement pitches satisfy the relationship of p> q> r.

By the way, when the arrangement pitch of the pixels (14) is larger than the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12), when the arrangement pitch of the pixels (14) is increased away from the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12), the pixels The appearance position of the magnified virtual image of (14) becomes low, and the magnification rate of the magnified virtual image of the pixel (14) becomes small. Conversely, when the arrangement pitch of the pixels (14) approaches the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12) and becomes smaller, the appearance position of the enlarged virtual image of the pixel (14) becomes higher and the enlarged virtual image of the pixel (14). The enlargement rate of will increase.

For this reason, since the arrangement pitch p of the pixels (14) in the first region (1) is the largest and farthest from the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12), as shown in FIG. The appearance position of the enlarged virtual image (A) of the pixel (14) is lowest, and the enlarged virtual image (A) of the pixel (14) appears in a small state.

In addition, the arrangement pitch q of the pixels (14) in the second region (2) is closer to the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12) than the arrangement pitch p of the pixels (14) in the first region (1). Therefore, the appearance position of the enlarged virtual image (B) of the pixel (14) in the second region (2) becomes the next higher, and the enlarged virtual image (B) of the pixel (14) appears in the middle state. .

Further, the arrangement pitch r of the pixels (14) in the third region (3) is closer to the arrangement pitch s of the light condensing elements (12) than the arrangement pitch q of the pixels (14) in the second region (2). For this reason, the appearance position of the enlarged virtual image (C) of the pixel (14) in the third region (3) becomes the highest, and the enlarged virtual image (C) of the pixel (14) appears in a large state. When the magnified virtual images (A), (B), and (C) of the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) are viewed vertically from above, the magnified virtual image group in the first embodiment (FIG. 4). Appears in the same state.

Therefore, when the enlarged virtual images (A), (B), and (C) of the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) are viewed as a whole, the pixels ( 14) Since each enlarged virtual image of 14) appears above the transparent material (11) while changing its height stepwise in the plane direction, the three-dimensional enlargement gradually increases toward the center in a convex shape as a whole. A virtual image group can be formed.

[Embodiment 3]
Next, a decorative display body (10) according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the decorative display body (10), the pixel pattern (15) is arranged in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) in the plane direction on the back surface of the transparent material (11) as in the first embodiment. The pixel diameters in the pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) of the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) are changed for each region. The overall shape and arrangement pitches p, q, and r in the pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) are the same as those in the first embodiment. It is.

As described above, the pixel diameter in the pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) is changed for each region, so that the three-dimensional expansion as a whole. The virtual image group can also have a decoration effect due to a change in pixel diameter.

In the present embodiment, the pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) in the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) have a pixel diameter <pixel pattern (15B) of the pixel pattern (15A). The pixel diameter increases as the appearance positions of the enlarged virtual images (A), (B), and (C) become deeper so that the pixel diameter of () <the pixel diameter of the pixel pattern (15C).

As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the pixel density of the region where the appearance position of the enlarged virtual image is deep is increased, and the enlarged virtual image of the pixel (14) in the region where the appearance position is deep appears to be dark as a whole. The magnified virtual image can be shown more deeply.

[Embodiment 4]
Next, a decorative display body (10) according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

This decorative display body (10) is divided into the first to third regions (3) in the plane direction on the back surface of the transparent material (11) in the same manner as in the first embodiment, and further to the first to third regions ( 1) The pixel pattern (15) of (2) and (3) is formed in layers in the thickness direction of the transparent material (11).

That is, the pixel pattern (15) of the first region (1) is the first layer closest to the transparent material (11), and the pixel pattern (15) of the second region (2) is the next transparent material (11). The pixel pattern (15) of the second layer and the third region (3) that are closer is configured as the third layer that is farthest from the transparent material (11). The overall shape and arrangement pitches p, q, r in the pixel pattern (15) of the first to third regions (3) are the same as those in the first embodiment.

Thereby, since the pixel pattern (15) of each region can be formed sequentially, it becomes easy to manufacture the decorative display body (10).

[Embodiment 5]
Next, a decorative display body (10) according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

The decorative display body (10) is divided into first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) in the plane direction on the back surface of the transparent material (11), and the first to third regions (1). ) (2) The pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) of (3) are formed in layers in the thickness direction of the transparent material (11), and partially overlap the pixel pattern of the adjacent region vertically. Has a part.

That is, the pixel pattern (15A) of the first region (1) is formed in a rectangular ring located on the outermost side, and is configured in the first layer closest to the transparent material (11).

The pixel pattern (15B) in the second region (2) overlaps with the pixel pattern (15A) in the first region (1) in the vertical direction, and the pixel pattern (15A) in the first region (1). It is formed in a rectangular ring extending inward, and is formed in a second layer close to the transparent material (11) next to the pixel pattern (15A) of the first region (1).

The pixel pattern (15C) in the third region (3) overlaps the pixel patterns (15A) and (15B) in the first and second regions (1) and (2) vertically, It is formed in a rectangular shape (in the present embodiment, the same shape as the transparent material (10)) extending inward from the pixel pattern (15B) of (2), and is formed on the third layer farthest from the transparent material (11). It is composed.

Note that the arrangement pitches p, q, and r in the pixel pattern (15) of the first to third regions (3) are the same as those in the first embodiment.

Thus, by having a part which overlaps with the pixel pattern (15) of an adjacent area | region vertically, it can prevent that an unnecessary gap | interval generate | occur | produces between the pixel patterns (15) of an adjacent area | region. In addition, the setting of the precise shape and position of the pixel pattern (15) in each region is reduced, and the decorative display body (10) can be easily manufactured.

[Embodiment 6]
Next, a decorative display body (10) according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

This decorative display body (10) is divided into first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) in the plane direction on the back surface of the transparent material (11) as in the fifth embodiment. The pixel patterns (15A), (15B), and (15C) of the third regions (1), (2), and (3) are formed in layers in the thickness direction of the transparent material (11), and the pixel patterns (15) of adjacent regions are formed. And a portion overlapping vertically.

Further, transparent or opaque printed layers (16) and (17) are formed in portions overlapping vertically with the pixel pattern (15) of the adjacent region.

That is, the overlapping portion between the pixel pattern (15A) (first layer) in the first region (1) and the pixel pattern (15B) (second layer) in the second region (2) was colored. A transparent or opaque printed layer (16) is formed.

In addition, the overlapping portion between the pixel pattern (15) (second layer) in the second region (2) and the pixel pattern (15) (third layer) in the third region (3) was colored. A transparent or opaque printed layer (17) is formed.

The overall shape and arrangement pitches p, q, and r in the pixel pattern (15) of the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3) are the same as those in the fifth embodiment.

Since the colored transparent or opaque printed layers (16) and (17) are formed in portions overlapping vertically with the pixel pattern (15) in the adjacent area in this way, enlargement of the pixels (14) in the different areas. Virtual images do not appear overlapping in the vertical direction, and a more beautiful and three-dimensional enlarged virtual image group can be obtained.

In each of the above embodiments, printing is performed directly on the front and back surfaces of the transparent material (11), but the light condensing element pattern (13) and the pixel pattern (15) are formed, but as shown in FIG. The sheet-like or plate-like transparent body that is obtained by printing the light condensing element pattern (13) on another transparent material (18) or the pixel pattern (15) printed on another transparent material (19) You may make it affix on the front and back both surfaces of a raw material (11). This makes it easier to manufacture the decorative display body (10), and the transparent material (11) printed with the light condensing element pattern (13) and the pixel pattern (15) is replaced with an existing transparent material (11 such as a store window). ), And the decorative display body (10) can be applied to existing products.

In addition, the pixel pattern (15) is divided into the first to third regions (1), (2), and (3). However, the pixel pattern (15) may be divided into regions having other numbers and shapes.

Moreover, although each enlarged virtual image becomes an enlarged virtual image that becomes gradually deeper or an enlarged virtual image group that becomes higher, the enlarged virtual image may become an enlarged virtual image group that causes undulations.

Further, although the pixels are circular, other shapes such as a square, a star, a cross, or a line may be used.
