Description

The present invention relates to a three-dimensional pattern decorative body capable of three-dimensionally expressing a gradation moire pattern (interference fringes) having, for example, a dense region and a rough region.

Conventionally, as the above-mentioned three-dimensional pattern decorative body, for example, a transparent substrate is formed by regularly printing or forming a large number of independent convex condensing elements on a surface of a transparent substrate at a regular fine pitch. A large number of colored pixels having the same shape as the convex condensing elements on the front surface or the same arrangement state or different shapes and the same arrangement state are printed or formed on the back surface of the front surface so that the visual size of the colored pixels changes significantly. The decorative body of the point drawing pattern of Patent Document 1 in which the crossing angle is shifted with respect to the convex condensing element,
A first pattern portion having a first pattern repeated at a predetermined pitch is provided on one surface of the transparent sheet, and the other surface of the transparent sheet is similar to the first pattern or at a predetermined pitch. The decorative sheet of Patent Document 2 provided with a second pattern portion having a moire pattern (interference fringes) formed using a repeated second pattern;
At least two pattern layers having basic components repeated at a predetermined pitch are provided on the front and back of the transparent medium, and at least one pattern layer is at least one of the basic components in a region where the at least two pattern layers are overlapped. There is a decorative display body of Patent Document 3 having a gradation motif (design) obtained by changing a part of the size.

However, since the above-described Patent Documents 1 and 2 regularly arrange convex condensing elements and colored pixels and the first and second patterns at a predetermined pitch, the moiré pattern can be seen from any direction. However, there is no change in pattern density or color shading, and a three-dimensional gradation moire pattern in which the pattern density and color density changes between a dense state and a coarse state depending on the viewing direction and angle. The effect that appears in is not obtained. In addition, Patent Document 3 appears by changing the size of the basic constituent elements constituting the two pattern layers formed on both the front and back surfaces of the transparent medium with a gradation moire pattern. There is no change in the moire pattern due to crossing angles, no effect of three-dimensionally floating the pattern with the convex lens, and the refractive index of the transparent medium is small. There is a problem that the pattern cannot appear three-dimensionally.

特許第3338860号Japanese Patent No. 3338860 特許第3131771号Japanese Patent No. 3131777 特開2002−103900号JP 2002-103900 A

In view of the above problems, the present invention arranges convex lenses and patterns so as to gradually become dense toward the dense area set on the front and back surfaces or the surface of the decorative body, and sets the coarse lens set in a portion far from the dense area. The object is to provide a three-dimensional pattern decoration that can display a gradation moire pattern (interference fringe) having a dense region and a rough region in a three-dimensional manner by arranging it gradually in a rough state toward the region. And

The present invention, on the entire surface of the transparent ornamental body having a light-transmitting property, a transparent dot-shaped convex lens having a half-ball-shaped cross section and the pattern printed at a predetermined pitch intervals, the entire back surface of the ornamental body, the desired A dot-like pattern colored in color is printed at the same pitch interval and pattern as the convex lens, and the entire pattern of the convex lens is printed while being displaced by an angle θ in the surface direction with respect to the entire pattern pattern. A rough pattern printed so that the pattern does not overlap with the convex lens set on the right surface of the decorative body from the dense region printed so that the pattern overlaps the convex lens set on the left surface of the decorative body. The adjacent areas are gradually widened toward the area, and the convex lens and the pattern overlap part gradually decreases from the dense area toward the coarse area. Characterized in that it is a three-dimensional pattern decorative body arranged so as not to overlap the above convex lens and pattern Te.

Further, according to the present invention, a mirror-like reflective layer that reflects light is printed on the entire surface of a transparent or opaque decorative body, and a dot-like pattern colored in a desired color is predetermined on the entire surface of the reflective layer. A transparent transmissive layer having translucency is formed on the entire upper surface including the reflective layer and the pattern, and transparent dots having a hemispherical cross section are formed on the entire upper surface of the transmissive layer. The convex lens is printed with the same pitch interval and pattern as the pattern, and the entire pattern of the convex lens is printed with the entire surface pattern displaced by an angle θ in the surface direction, and the pattern and the convex lens are printed on the decorative body. Adjacent from the dense area printed so that the pattern set on the left surface and the convex lens overlap, to the rough area printed so that the pattern set on the right surface of the decorative body and the convex lens do not overlap Arrange so that the matching interval gradually widens, and the overlapping part of the pattern and the convex lens gradually decreases from the dense area to the coarse area, and the pattern and the convex lens do not overlap in the coarse area It is characterized by being a three-dimensional pattern decoration.

The decorative body described above is a transparent material having translucency that allows visible light to pass through, such as a synthetic resin or glass, with a thickness suitable for revealing a moire pattern due to the displacement or intersection of the convex lens and the pattern. However, as long as the pattern can be recognized, a semi-transparent and colored material may be used. As the synthetic resin, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, acrylic, nylon, vinyl chloride, or the like can be used. In addition, when using a plate-shaped decorative body, it is preferable to use an acrylic plate having a hardness that is not flexible in terms of weather resistance and strength. For example, a thick plate included in a range of about 1 mm to about 2 mm. However, a plate having a thickness of approximately 1 mm or less and approximately 2 mm or more may be used. When a sheet-like decorative body is used, it is preferable to use a flexible vinyl chloride sheet having a thickness of about 1 mm or less, for example.

In addition, the convex lenses are arranged in a dense state that is gradually dense and close toward the dense region, and are arranged in a coarse state that is gradually separated and separated toward the coarse region. Further, for example, a convex lens having a predetermined refractive index such as a substantially hemispherical cross section or a substantially elliptical cross section is formed of a transparent synthetic resin or ink having substantially the same or substantially the same translucency as the decorative body described above. However, if a dot-like pattern is recognizable, it can be made of a semitransparent and colored synthetic resin or ink. As a method of attaching the convex lens, for example, it can be integrally provided by printing in fine dots with a light-transmitting ink (screen printing, silk printing, etc.) or by press working. In the case of printing, it is preferable to use a synthetic resin or ink having a viscosity and surface tension suitable for maintaining the convex lens shape as described above. A sheet or film on which a convex lens is printed or formed in advance can be integrally bonded.

The pattern is arranged in substantially the same pattern as the convex lens described above, and is arranged in a dense state that is gradually dense and close toward the dense region, and is arranged in a coarse state that is gradually separated and separated toward the coarse region. ing. As a method of attaching the pattern, for example, printing in fine dots (screen printing, silk printing, etc.) with ink colored in a desired color such as black, red, orange, transfer printing, vapor deposition printing, etc. Can be provided integrally.

Further, when a gradation moire pattern that gradually becomes rough from a dense area to a rough area appears, each pattern of the convex lens and the pattern is included in a range of about 1 degree to about 10 degrees, for example. However, it is preferable to displace or intersect at an angle of approximately 2 degrees, approximately 4 degrees, approximately 6 degrees, approximately 8 degrees, or the like. In addition, the moiré pattern that appears can be changed by shifting or intersecting at an angle of approximately 1 degree or less and approximately 10 degrees or more. Further, the convex lens and the pattern can be formed in a desired shape such as substantially the same or different, such as a substantially circular shape, a substantially oval shape, a substantially triangular shape, a substantially square shape, a substantially rhombus shape, a substantially star shape, or a substantially cloud shape.

That is, the overlapping portion of the pattern printed on the decorative body and the convex lens gradually decreases from the dense area set on the left surface of the decorative body toward the rough region set on the right surface of the decorative body, Since the pattern and the convex lens do not overlap in the region, a gradation moire pattern appears so that the pattern density and the color density gradually decrease from the dense region to the coarse region. When the three-dimensional pattern decorative body is viewed from the surface side, the pattern is refracted in various directions by the convex lens depending on the viewing direction and angle, and is deformed and scaled to various sizes. In addition, the moire pattern woven by the convex lens and the pattern changes three-dimensionally between a dense state and a rough state. Moreover, you may attach the above-mentioned convex lens and pattern only to the surface of a decoration body.
Even if the size of the convex lenses is substantially the same, they are arranged in a dense state in which the interval gradually decreases toward the dense region, and in a coarse state in which the interval increases toward the coarse region. A gradation moire pattern in which the pattern density and the color density change between the area and the coarse area can appear.

As embodiment, the said decoration body can be comprised with the sheet | seat which has the plate which has the hardness which cannot be made flexible, or a softness | flexibility. Further, at least one of the convex lens and the pattern can be arranged so as to gradually become smaller from the dense area toward the rough area, or can be arranged so as to be gradually lowered from the dense area toward the rough area. In other words, even if the pitch interval between the convex lens and the pattern is constant (between the centers), the convex lens and the pattern are arranged in a dense state in which the interval gradually decreases toward the dense region, and in the coarse state in which the interval increases toward the coarse region. Accordingly, a gradation moire pattern in which the pattern density and the color density change between a dense area close to or close to each other and a coarse area separated or separated can be displayed.

In addition, the convex lens and the pattern can be formed in substantially the same or different sizes. In other words, since the positional relationship between the convex lens and the pattern is displaced or intersects in the surface direction, the moire pattern changes variously depending on the viewing direction and angle even if they are approximately the same size. Further, when either one of the convex lens and the pattern is made larger and the other is made smaller, a deviation due to the size occurs, and the moire pattern changes variously.

According to this invention, when the three-dimensional pattern decorative body is viewed from the surface side, the pattern is refracted in various directions by the convex lens depending on the viewing direction and angle, and deformed and scaled to various sizes. The refractive index is larger than that of the decorative display body of No. 3, and the pattern appears to rise three-dimensionally. In addition, since the moire pattern woven by the convex lens and the pattern changes three-dimensionally between a dense state and a rough state, the pattern density and color density of the moire pattern are higher than the decorative body and decorative sheet of Patent Documents 1 and 2. A moiré pattern with a gradation that changes between a rough area and a rough area can be displayed.

The present invention has the purpose of three-dimensionally expressing a gradation moire pattern (interference fringe) having a dense region and a rough region, and a first pattern comprising a transparent dot-like convex lens having a substantially hemispherical cross section. The second pattern consisting of a dot-like pattern colored in a desired color is displaced (or intersected) by a predetermined angle and attached to both the front and back surfaces or the surface of the decorative body, and the convex lens and the pattern are This was realized by arranging in a gradation that changes the density.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

The drawing shows a plate-like three-dimensional pattern decorative body that three-dimensionally displays a gradation moire pattern in which the pattern density and color density change between a dense region and a rough region. The plate-shaped three-dimensional pattern ornament 1 is substantially hemispherical on substantially the entire surface (or part) of the plate-like ornament 2 formed of a transparent synthetic resin having hardness and translucency that cannot be flexible. A transparent dot-shaped convex lens 3 having a cross section is continuously printed or formed, and gradually becomes rough from a dense area (left side) set on the surface of the decorative body 2 toward a rough area (right side). They are arranged in a first pattern A. In addition, a dense region (left side) set on the back surface of the decorative body 2 by continuously printing or forming a dot-like pattern 4 colored in a desired color on substantially the entire back surface (or part) of the plate-shaped decorative body 2 ) To the rough region (right side), the second pattern B is substantially the same as the first pattern A, which gradually becomes rough.

In addition, the first pattern A and the second pattern B are displaced (or intersected) at an angle θ at which the moire pattern appears, and the positional relationship between the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4 is displaced in the plane direction, and the plate-like decoration Arrange so as to gradually become dense toward the dense area set on the front and back sides of the body 2, and arrange in gradation so as to gradually become coarse toward the coarse area set far from the dense area As a result, a moire pattern in which the pattern density and the color density gradually decrease from the dense area to the coarse area appears. The angle θ described above intersects the angle θ, for example, by being displaced to an angle θ included in a range of about 1 degree to about 10 degrees. However, the angle θ is about 2 degrees, about 4 degrees, about 6 degrees, about 8 degrees, or the like. It is preferable to cross. In addition, it is possible to change the moiré pattern that appears by intersecting the angle θ of about 1 degree or less and about 10 degrees or more.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the convex lens 3 described above is obtained by screen-printing a transparent synthetic resin ink having translucency over substantially the entire surface of the plate-like decorative body 2 and viewing from the surface side. The convex lenses 3... Having a substantially round shape (including a substantially round shape) are continuously formed at a predetermined pitch interval P along the surface of the plate-shaped decorative body 2 and have a substantially hemispherical cross section having a predetermined refractive index. A convex lens is formed. In addition, the ink has a viscosity and surface tension suitable for maintaining a convex lens form.

That is, the convex lenses 3 are formed so that the outer diameter decreases in order or gradually from the dense region to the rough region of the plate-like decorative body 2, and the interval is gradually narrowed toward the dense region as viewed from the surface. Are arranged in such a dense state (dense and adjacent state), and are arranged in a coarse state (separated and separated) where the interval gradually increases toward the coarse region. In addition, the heights Ha, Hb, Hc of the convex lenses 3 are set so as to decrease in order or gradually from the dense region toward the coarse region, and the intervals Wa, Wb, Wc of the convex lenses 3 are coarsely set from the dense region. It is set so as to increase gradually or gradually toward the area.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the pattern 4 described above is formed in a substantially circular shape when screen-printed with ink colored in a desired color on the substantially entire back surface of the plate-like decorative body 2 and viewed from the back surface side. A pattern 4 (including a substantially round shape) is continuously formed at a predetermined pitch interval P along the back surface of the plate-shaped decorative body 2. In addition, the pattern 4 is formed so that the outer diameter decreases in order or gradually from the dense region to the rough region of the plate-shaped decorative body 2, and gradually densely and closely approaches the dense region as viewed from the back surface. Are arranged so as to be in a dense state, and are arranged so as to be in a coarse state in which they are gradually separated and separated toward a rough region. Further, the intervals Wa, Wb, Wc of the patterns 4... Are set so as to increase in order or gradually from the dense region to the coarse region. The convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4 can be formed in substantially the same or different desired shapes such as a substantially elliptical shape, a substantially triangular shape, a substantially rectangular shape, a substantially rhombus shape, a substantially star shape, and a substantially cloud shape.

The illustrated embodiment is configured as described above, and a method for displaying a three-dimensional moire pattern (interference fringes) by the plate-shaped three-dimensional pattern decoration 1 will be described below.

That is, when the three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 is viewed from the front side, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the portion where the convex lens 3 and the pattern 4 are almost completely overlapped is viewed from any of the left, right, top and bottom directions. The pattern 4 can be recognized substantially when the convex lens 3 and the pattern 4 overlap each other in a state where the convex lens 3 and the pattern 4 are displaced by approximately a radius (approximately 1/2). The pattern 4 can be recognized or not visually recognized depending on the viewing direction, since approximately half of the pattern 4 can be recognized when viewed from the left oblique direction.

In addition, in a portion far from the portion where the convex lens 3 and the pattern 4 are substantially completely overlapped, it is impossible to recognize the pattern 4 when viewed from the right diagonal direction, and the pattern 4 when viewed from the left diagonal direction. When the surface side of the three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 is viewed from the front, the moire pattern woven by the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4 changes three-dimensionally depending on the viewing direction and angle. .

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4 are arranged so as to gradually become dense toward the dense region, and gradually become coarse toward the coarse region. Since the first pattern A and the second pattern B are displaced and intersected at an angle θ at which the moire pattern appears, the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4 are formed between the dense region and the rough region. Not only the pattern density and color density of the moiré pattern weaving change, but also the moire pattern with gradations that gradually spread from the dense area to the coarse area and gradually becomes thinner and larger. Is issued.

As described above, when the three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 is viewed from the front side, the pattern 4 on the back side of the plate-shaped decorative body 2 is refracted in various directions by the convex lens 3 depending on the viewing direction and angle, and has various sizes. Therefore, the refractive index is larger than that of the decorative display body of Patent Document 3, and the pattern 4. In addition, since the moire pattern woven by the convex lenses 3 and the pattern 4 changes three-dimensionally between a dense state and a rough state, compared to the decorative body and the decorative sheet of Patent Documents 1 and 2, the pattern density and color of the moire pattern A gradation moire pattern in which the density changes between the dense area and the coarse area can be displayed.

FIG. 7 shows another example of the plate-shaped three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 in which the convex lenses 3 are formed to have substantially the same height and size, and the intervals Wa, Wb, Wc between the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4. The interval is set so that the interval is gradually or gradually narrowed toward the dense region of the decorative object 2, and the interval is set so that the interval is gradually or gradually increased toward the coarse region, from the dense region toward the coarse region. They are arranged in a gradation in which the spacing and density are in a rough state. That is, since the first pattern A and the second pattern B are displaced or intersected with the angle θ at which the moire pattern appears, even if the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4 are approximately the same size, the viewing direction Since the moire pattern changes three-dimensionally depending on the angle and the angle, and the moire pattern of gradation appears so that the pattern density and the color density gradually decrease from the dense area to the coarse area, the above-described embodiment It is possible to achieve substantially the same operations and effects. It should be noted that the intervals Wa, Wb, Wc of the convex lenses 3... May be set so as to increase in order or gradually from the dense region to the coarse region.

FIG. 8 shows another example of the plate-shaped three-dimensional pattern decorative body 1 in which the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4 are formed in different sizes, and even if the pitch interval P between the convex lenses 3 and the patterns 4 is constant, Since the first pattern A and the second pattern B are displaced or crossed at an angle θ at which the moire pattern appears, the moire pattern changes three-dimensionally depending on the viewing direction and angle, which is substantially the same as the above embodiment. Equivalent actions and effects can be achieved.

9 and 10 show a sheet-like three-dimensional pattern in which convex lenses 13 and patterns 14 are printed or formed on substantially the entire surface (or a part) of a sheet-like decorative body 12 formed of an opaque synthetic resin having flexibility. Another example of the decorative body 11 is shown, and substantially the entire surface (or a part) of the sheet-shaped decorative body 12 is coated (or coated, vapor-deposited, etc.) with, for example, aluminum or other metal substantially uniformly. A reflective layer 12a is formed, and an ink colored in a desired color is screen-printed on substantially the entire upper surface (or part) of the reflective layer 12a, and is substantially circular (including a substantially circular shape) when viewed from the front side. crude dot-like pattern 14 ... a having, along the upper surface of the reflective layer 12a which is laminated on the surface of the plate-shaped ornamental body 12 formed continuously at a predetermined pitch interval P, the dense region of the plate-shaped ornamental body 12 In order or gradually toward the area Are arranged in a gradation second pattern B that is in a rough state.

In addition, a transparent synthetic resin having translucency is applied or laminated so that substantially the entire upper surface (or a part) of the reflective layer 12a and the pattern 14 is substantially uniformly covered, so that a moire pattern appears. A transmissive layer 12b having an appropriate thickness is directly formed on the upper surface of the reflective layer 12a and the pattern 14 . A transparent synthetic resin ink having translucency is screen-printed on substantially the entire upper surface (or part) of the transmissive layer 12b to form a transparent dot-like convex lens 13 having a substantially hemispherical cross section. The first pattern A is formed directly and continuously at a predetermined pitch interval P along the upper surface of 12b, and becomes a rough state in order or gradually from the dense region to the rough region of the plate-like decorative body 12. Arrange.

Further, the first pattern A and the second pattern B are displaced or intersected at an angle θ at which the moire pattern appears in the surface direction, and gradually toward the dense region set on the surface of the sheet-like decorative body 12. Arrange in a dense state, arrange in a gradation that gradually becomes rough toward the coarse area set far from the dense area, and gradually increase the pattern density from the dense area to the coarse area In addition, a moire pattern appears in which the color density becomes light. In addition, a flexible sheet-like mount 12d (release paper) is attached to substantially the entire back surface of the sheet-like decorative body 12 to which the adhesive 12c is applied substantially uniformly.

That is, the convex lens 13 and the pattern 14 are formed on the surface side (one side) of the sheet-like decorative body 12, but the moire pattern changes variously depending on the viewing direction and angle, and the dense region to the rough region. Since a moiré pattern having a gradation in which the pattern density and the color density gradually decrease toward the surface appears, substantially the same operations and effects as the above-described embodiment can be achieved. When the sheet-like three-dimensional pattern ornament 11 is attached to a flat or curved display portion (for example, a portion having a three-dimensional shape such as a substantially spherical shape or a substantially cylindrical shape), the mount 12d is peeled off and adhered. It can also be fixed using the adhesive force of the agent 12c.

In addition, it can also fix with fixing means, such as a magnet and a hook_and_loop fastener, instead of the above-mentioned adhesive 12c. Further, instead of the permeable layer 12b, for example, a gas such as gas or air, or a liquid such as water, a solution, or a chemical solution may be interposed. Moreover, the sheet-like decorative body 12 can also be comprised with a transparent synthetic resin.

FIG. 11 shows another example of the sheet-like three-dimensional pattern decorative body 11 in which the convex lenses 13 are formed to have substantially the same height and size, and intervals Wa, Wb, Wc of at least one of the convex lenses 13 and the patterns 14. Is set so that the interval is gradually or gradually narrowed toward the dense region of the sheet-like decorative body 12, and is set so that the interval is gradually or gradually widened toward the coarse region. Are arranged in a gradation such that the spacing and density are in a rough state toward the. That is, since the first pattern A of the convex lens 13 and the second pattern B of the pattern 14 are displaced or intersected at an angle θ at which the moire pattern appears, the sizes of the convex lens 13 and the pattern 14 are substantially the same. Even in such a case, the moire pattern changes three-dimensionally depending on the viewing direction and angle, and a gradation moire pattern appears in which the pattern density and color density gradually decrease from the dense area to the coarse area. Therefore, it is possible to achieve substantially the same operation and effect as the above-described embodiment. The convex lenses 13 and the patterns 14 can also be formed on the surface side (one side) of the plate-shaped decorative body 2.

The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment. For example, the convex lenses 3 and 13 and the patterns 4 and 14 are gradually roughened from the rough region to the dense region of the plate-shaped decorative body 2. It can also be arranged in a gradation that will be in a state. Moreover, the convex lens 3 and the pattern 4 can also be arranged in a gradation that gradually or gradually becomes rough in the radial direction from the central part to the outer peripheral part of the decorative bodies 2 and 12. Moreover, it can also be formed on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of a three-dimensional pattern decorative body having a three-dimensional shape such as a substantially spherical shape or a substantially cylindrical shape.
