Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a glittering decorative body used for a panel, a nameplate, and a design panel of an electric appliance and an electronic device, and a method for manufacturing the same.
Conventionally, a metallic foil or a metal foil paper, a glitter sheet that has been embossed with pressure by an engraving roll, or a surface of a plate-like or sheet-like transparent substrate, by screen printing, with a predetermined interval, A glittering decorative body in which a plurality of dot-like convex lenses are formed and a glittering layer is formed on the back surface of the transparent substrate on which the convex lenses are formed has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
In addition, a decorative film for a game board, which includes a transparent film as a surface layer and a print layer for decoration provided on the back surface of the transparent film, is attached to a game board of a ball game machine. There has been proposed a decorative sheet for a game board in which a random diffusion layer for randomly diffusing is provided behind a printed layer and a reflective layer is provided behind the random diffusion layer (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
In addition, a decorative sheet has been proposed in which a plurality of protrusions whose cross-sectional shape extends linearly on the surface of a transparent substrate having draping properties is provided for each block having different arrangement directions (for example, And Patent Document 3).
Furthermore, a light interference reflective layer mixed with a pearl pigment is formed on a base material having a concealing property such as paper, and a transparent resin provided with a concavo-convex pattern having a certain regularity on the light interference reflective layer. A glittering decorative sheet formed by a gravure printing method has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 4).
In the above prior art, the reflected light appears randomly according to the angle at which the decorative body is viewed, or the reflected light forms a monochromatic light and dark pattern, so that the surface of the decorative body appears to be raised, The ornament appears as a glassy gloss or rainbow hologram. However, these glass-like glossy or rainbow holograms have poor glitter and do not have high design luster such that a portion with high luminance moves according to the viewing angle.
Moreover, even if an attempt is made to form a protrusion with a cross-sectional shape on the surface of the transparent substrate by a normal gravure printing method, the difference in height between the protrusion and the surface of the transparent substrate is small, and light reflection is sufficient. There was a problem that it was not done.
In addition, the method of forming protrusions having a mountain shape in cross section by embossing the surface of the transparent substrate by applying pressure with an engraving roll has complicated processes and is not simple.
Furthermore, the method of forming a protrusion having a cross-sectional shape on the surface of the transparent substrate using a special manufacturing apparatus has a problem that the manufacturing apparatus becomes expensive.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a glittering decorative body having a high design property, in which a portion having high luminance moves according to a viewing angle, and a low brightness decorative body. The method for producing a glittering decorative body according to
The glittering decorative body of the present invention comprises a transparent substrate, a plurality of blocks comprising linear convex transparent protrusions arranged in parallel on the back surface of the transparent substrate, and the plurality of blocks on the back surface of the transparent substrate. And each of the plurality of blocks is different from at least one of the adjacent blocks in a direction in which the linear convex transparent protrusion extends. When the transparent base material is viewed from the front, the light radiated on the decorative ornament reflects in a different direction for each block at the interface between the linear convex transparent protrusion and the light reflecting layer. The position of the block with high brightness appears to move. In particular, if the direction in which the linear convex transparent protrusions extend regularly is changed for each block, the position of the block with high luminance appears to move regularly as the viewpoint moves, so it is stronger. A visual effect is obtained.
The glittering decorative body of the present invention includes a transparent substrate, a plurality of blocks composed of linear convex transparent protrusions arranged in parallel on the surface of the transparent substrate, and light arranged on the back surface of the transparent substrate. Each of the plurality of blocks is different in at least one of the adjacent blocks from the direction in which the linear convex transparent protrusions extend, so that the glittering decorative body is irradiated with light. A part of the light is reflected in a different direction for each block on the surface of the linear convex transparent protrusion, and the remaining part of the light irradiated to the glittering decorative body is transmitted through the transparent base material. Reflected on the surface in contact with the transparent base material, and refracted in different directions for each block by the linear convex transparent protrusions, so when the transparent base material is viewed from the front, the brightness increases as the viewpoint moves. The position of the high block appears to move. In particular, if the direction in which the linear convex transparent protrusions extend regularly is changed for each block, the position of the block with high luminance appears to move regularly as the viewpoint moves, so it is stronger. A visual effect is obtained.
The glittering decorative body of the present invention includes a transparent base material, a plurality of blocks composed of linear convex transparent protrusions arranged in parallel on the surface of the transparent base material, and a light shielding material arranged on the back surface of the transparent base material. Each of the plurality of blocks is different from at least one of the adjacent blocks in a direction in which the linear convex transparent protrusions extend, so that the light irradiated on the glittering decorative body is a line. Light reflected from the back surface of the transparent base material is reflected on the surface of the convex convex projections in different directions for each block, and the non-reflective and non-reflective light shielding layer is disposed on the back surface of the transparent base material. Therefore, when the transparent substrate is viewed from the front, the position of the block with high luminance appears to move as the viewpoint moves. In particular, if the direction in which the linear convex transparent protrusions extend regularly is changed for each block, the position of the block with high luminance appears to move regularly as the viewpoint moves, so it is stronger. A visual effect is obtained.

Next, this ultraviolet curable clear ink is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, and the ultraviolet curable clear ink is cured to form parallel linear convex transparent protrusions having a height of 4 μm, a width of 0.2 mm, and an interval of 0.4 mm. A plurality of blocks made of the linear convex transparent protrusions were formed.
The size of each formed block is 5 mm × 5 mm, and the blocks are arranged so that the direction in which the linear convex transparent protrusions extend to the surface of the polycarbonate plate changes regularly by 10 degrees for each block. .
Next, after a light-shielding ink was printed on the back surface of the polycarbonate plate by a screen printing machine, the light-shielding ink was dried to form a light-shielding layer to obtain a glittering decorative body.
In the obtained glittering decorative body, a part of the light irradiated on the surface of the glittering decorative body is reflected in a different direction for each block on the surface of the linear convex transparent protrusion, and the back surface of the polycarbonate plate The light-shielding layer placed on the surface eliminates the effect of transmitted light from the back surface of the polycarbonate plate, and the reflected light is emphasized on the surface of the polycarbonate plate. The position of the high block appears to move. Therefore, the glittering decorative body of Example 3 was excellent in design and decoration.
