Claims (3)
- 管体の接続端部同士をリング状パッキンを介して接合し、接合部の外周に巻装したクランプバンドで緊締して接続固定する管体接続装置において、
前記両管体の接続端部に、前記クランプバンドの緊締により、全周にわたって相互に管軸方向に直接接触する環状当接部が形成され、前記両管体の接続端部の環状当接部は、互いに管軸方向に凹凸係合する形状を有してなり、
前記リング状パッキンは、互いに管軸方向に凹凸係合する形状を有してなる環状当接部より内周側の一方の接続端部に形成された環状凹部に収容され、
該リング状パッキンは、前記両管体の接続端部の凹凸係合する形状を有する環状当接部同士が直接接触した際に圧縮状態になると共に、この圧縮状態で内周部が両管体の内周面と略面一になるように設定されてなることを特徴とする管体接続装置。 - 両管体の接続端部が前記環状当接部同士を直接接触した状態で外側へ突出する断面台形の環状フランジ部を構成すると共に、前記クランプバンドが該環状フランジ部の両側面にテーパー接合する両側側壁部を有する請求項1に記載の管体接続装置。
- 前記環状当接部を有する接続端部が、単管に溶接するための独立部材である溶接用フェルールからなる請求項1又は2に記載の管体接続装置。
