S=(P2+Q2)1/2
ここで、Sは皮相電力をあらわし、Pは有効電力をあらわし、Qは無効電力(reactive power)をあらわしている。したがって、もし対応する風量に起因して現実の有効電力が上昇すれば、無効電力の比率はまた、これに対応して減少する。この関係は、添付の図1及び図2により、非常に詳細に理解することができる。
図1は、本発明にかかる風力発電装置の調整における、無効電力/有効電力の時間に対する変化を示している。ここで、Pは有効電力を示し、Qは無効電力を示している。
この場合、有効電力の2乗と無効電力の2乗の合計は一定である。

Claims (16)
- ネットワークに電力を供給する風力発電システムであって、
上記ネットワークに供給される電力の調整を行うための装置を有する複数の風力発電装置を備えていて、
変動する風の状態に起因して変動する上記風力発電装置の有効電力に応じて無効電力を調整することにより、一定の皮相電力が上記ネットワークに常時供給されるように上記電力の調整を行うことを特徴とする風力発電システム。 - 上記皮相電力を、Sを皮相電力の大きさとし、Pを有効電力の大きさとし、Qを無効電力の大きさとすれば、次の式
S=(P2+Q2)1/2
により計算することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力発電システム。 - 電力の調整を行うための上記装置が、上記風力発電装置に接続された整流器と、上記整流器に接続された周波数変換器とを備えていて、上記周波数変換器は該周波数変換器に接続されたマイクロプロセッサによって制御されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の風力発電システム。
- ネットワークに電力を供給するウィンドパークであって、
変動する風の状態により変動する有効電力を生成する少なくとも1つの風力発電機と、
無効電力供給部と、
上記風力発電機と上記無効電力供給部とに接続され、上記風力発電装置の変動する有効電力に応じて無効電力を調整することにより、上記ネットワークに一定の皮相電力を常時供給する調整装置とを備えていることを特徴とするウィンドパーク。 - 上記調整装置が、Sを一定の皮相電力の大きさとし、Pを有効電力の大きさとし、Qを無効電力の大きさとすれば、次の式

により、上記ネットワークに一定の皮相電力を供給することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のウィンドパーク。 - 上記調整装置が、上記少なくとも1つの風力発電機に接続された整流器と、上記整流器の出力部に接続された周波数変換器と、上記周波数変換器の出力部に接続され、かつ上記周波数変換器の制御入力部に接続された出力部を有するマイクロプロセッサとを備えていて、
上記マイクロプロセッサが、有効電力に対して互いに相反的な関係をもつように無効電力を調整することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のウィンドパーク。 - 上記調整装置が、全電力の増加を求める上記ネットワークの要求に応じて、上記ネットワークに対する全電力出力が増加するように有効電力と無効電力とを組み合わせることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のウィンドパーク。
- 上記無効電力供給部が容量性の電力供給部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のウィンドパーク。
- 上記無効電力供給部が誘導性の電力供給部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のウィンドパーク。
- 少なくとも1つの風力発電機を有する風力発電装置に接続されたネットワークに一定の皮相電力を供給する方法であって、
風力発電機を設けて、変動する風の状態に応じて変動する有効電力を生成する過程と、
上記風力発電機からの有効電力を整流する過程と、
整流された有効電力を変換する過程と、
無効電力を供給する過程と、
変動する有効電力に応じて無効電力を調整して、一定の皮相電力を上記ネットワークに常時出力する過程とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 有効電力に対して互いに相反的な関係をもつように無効電力を調整して皮相電力を一定にすることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 上記有効電力及び上記無効電力を、Sを皮相電力の大きさとし、Pを有効電力の大きさとし、Qを無効電力の大きさとすれば、次の式
S=(P2+Q2)1/2
により調整することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 上記調整過程が、全電力の増加を求める上記ネットワークの要求に応じて、上記ネットワークに対する全電力出力が増加するように有効電力と無効電力とを組み合わせる過程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ネットワークに電力を供給するための風力発電装置で生成された電力を調整する装置であって、
上記風力発電装置に接続され、変動する風の状態に応じて生成された変動する有効電力を受け入れて直流電圧を出力する整流器と、
上記整流器に接続され、上記整流器からの直流電圧を受け入れるとともに、該直流電圧を、ネットワークに出力する交流電圧に変換する周波数変換器と、
上記周波数変換器の出力部に接続され、かつ、上記周波数変換器の制御入力部に接続された出力部を有する制御装置とを備えていて、
上記制御装置は、上記周波数変換器を制御して、上記風力発電装置の変動する有効電力に応じて無効電力を調整することにより一定の皮相電力を上記ネットワークに常時出力し、
上記皮相電力は、整流器の出力部における直流電圧からの有効電力と、無効電力供給部からの無効電力とを含み、
これらの電力は、Sを皮相電力の大きさとし、Pを有効電力の大きさとし、Qを無効電力の大きさとすれば、次の式

を満たすことを特徴とする装置。 - 上記制御装置が、皮相電力Sと有効電力Pと無効電力係数と電力勾配dP/dtとを含む入力に応じて電流及び位相を制御するとともに、上記ネットワークに供給される電圧を制御するマイクロプロセッサを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 上記制御装置が、全電圧出力の増加を求める上記ネットワークの要求に応じて、上記ネットワークに対する全電圧出力が増加するよう有効電力と無効電力とを組み合わせることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の装置。
