Claims (9)
- 半透過性膜(2)によって2個のチャンバーに分割された血液浄化部材(1)を有する血液治療装置であって、これら2個のチャンバーの一方の第1チャンバー(3)は透析液ループの一部であるとともに、他方の第2チャンバー(4)は体外血液ループの一部であり、
前記第1チャンバー(3)、および、血液ループ内のうちの少なくとも一方に新鮮な透析液を供給する透析液供給ラインと、
前記第1チャンバー(3)から使用済み透析液を除去する透析除去ラインと、
前記血液治療装置を制御する制御器(34)と、
解析器(33)と、
前記解析器(33)に接続されて、血液ループ、および、透析液ループのうちの少なくとも一方について、半透過性膜(2)に浸透することができる第1の物質の濃度を検出する、少なくとも1個のセンサー(27、28)とを備えており、
前記解析器(33)は、前記少なくとも1個のセンサー(27、28)の測定値に基づいて、第1の物質について血液浄化部材の血液浄化能力L1を判定することができる血液治療装置において、
前記制御器(34)に接続されている透析液準備装置(11)を更に備え、
前記血液浄化能力Lは有効ダイアリザンスDeffであり、
前記解析器(33)は、前記第1の物質についての測定ダイアリザンスD1effから有効質量交換係数k0A1effを得ることができ、前記第2の物質の理論上の質量交換係数k0A2thと第1の物質の理論上の質量交換係数k0A1thとの間の記憶された割合fとk0A1effとを乗算することにより、第2の物質についての有効質量交換係数k0A2effを判定することができ、第2の物質について、k0A2effに基づいて有効ダイアリザンスD2effを得ることができるようになっているか、或いは、
前記解析器(33)は、前記第1の物質についての前記記憶された理論上の質量交換係数k0A1thと前記第2の物質についての前記記憶された理論上の質量交換係数k0A2thとに基づいて、理論上のダイアリザンスD1thおよびD2thについてそれぞれの記憶された係数に対応する値を得ることができ、また、第2の物質について、第1の物質についての前記測定ダイアリザンスD1effとD2thのD1thに対する割合とを乗算することで有効ダイアリザンスD2effを得ることができるようになっており、
それによって、前記解析器(33)は、第1の物質についての血液浄化能力L1に基づいて、第2の物質について、第1の物質についての血液浄化能力L1とは異なる、血液浄化部材の血液浄化能力L2を判定することができるようになっている、
ことを特徴とする血液治療装置。 - 前記少なくとも1個のセンサーは、前記透析液除去ライン(8a)側にあって、前記使用済み透析液中の前記第1の物質の濃度を測定する第1の下流側センサー(28)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血液治療装置。
- 前記解析器(33)に前記新鮮な透析液中の前記第1の物質の濃度C1dilを記憶する段階と、
前記第1の下流側センサー(28)を利用して、前記使用済み透析液中の第1の物質の濃度C1dolを測定して、C1dolを解析器(33)に記憶する段階と、
前記制御器(34)の指令で、前記透析液準備装置(11)によって前記新鮮な透析液中の第1の物質の濃度Cldiを変動させる段階と、
解析器(33)に新鮮な透析液中の第1の物質の変動後の濃度C1di2を記憶する段階と、
第1の下流側センサー(28)を利用して、使用済み透析液中の第1の物質の変更後の濃度Cldo2を測定して、解析器(33)にCldo2を記憶する段階と、
新鮮な透析液中の第1の物質の濃度Cldi1および使用済み透析液中の第1の物質の濃度Cldo1と、それぞれの変動後の濃度Cldi2およびCldo2とに基づいて、血液浄化能力L1を解析器(33)によって判定する段階とを含んでいる方法によって、解析器(33)と制御器(34)とが前記第1の物質についての前記血液浄化能力L1を判定することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血液治療装置。 - 前記透析液準備装置(11)は、段階的に濃度Cldiを変動させ、または、丸塊中の濃度Cldiを変動させることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の血液治療装置。
- 前記解析器(33)に接続され、かつ、前記透析液供給ライン(7b)に設置されて、前記新鮮な透析液中の前記第1の物質の濃度Cldi1と濃度Cldi2とを測定する第1の上流側センサー(27)を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の血液治療装置。
- 前記解析器(33)に接続され、かつ、前記透析液除去ライン(8a)に設置されて、前記使用済み透析液中の前記第2の物質の濃度C2doを測定する第2の下流側センサー(48)を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の血液治療装置。
- 前記解析器(33)は、前記使用済み透析液中の前記第2の物質の前記測定濃度C2doと、前記新鮮な透析液中の第2の物質の前記記憶された濃度C2diと、第2の物質の確定した血液浄化能力L2とに基づいて、前記第2チャンバー(4)に流動している血液中の第2の物質の濃度C2biを判定することができることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の血液治療装置。
- 前記第1の物質はナトリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の血液治療装置。
