Description
本発明はこのような問題点を鑑みてなされたものであり、封止材からの不純物による表示ムラを低減することができる液晶表示装置の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
着色層とブラックマトリクスの上には画素電極と対向する対向電極が透明導電膜により形成される。これらのTFTアレイ基板及びカラーフィルタ基板の表面には液晶を配向するための配向膜が形成されている。

Claims (4)
- 一対の基板に狭持された液晶層を有する液晶パネルを備える液晶表示装置の製造方法であって、
前記一対の基板の少なくともいずれか一方の基板に液晶の注入口に対応する開口部を有するシール材を形成するステップと、
前記シール材を介して一対の基板を貼り合わせるステップと、
前記シール材に設けられた前記注入口から液晶を注入するステップと、
前記注入口に、紫外線を照射することにより硬化された封止材を設け封止するステップと、
前記基板の外側に偏光板を設けるステップと、
駆動回路を実装するステップと、
前記封止材により封止され、前記偏光板及び前記駆動回路が設けられた一対の基板を通電しながら40℃以上60℃以下で24時間以上加熱するステップとを備える液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記加熱するステップでは48時間以上加熱することを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記加熱するステップが断続的に行われている請求項1又は2に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記加熱するステップが連続的に行われている請求項1又は2に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
