Claims (2)
- 直列的に連結された複数の焼酎精留手段の初段から最終段に向かって焼酎醪を供給し、前記段毎に、加熱蒸留して留分の一部を還流しながら残りを留出液として取り出す焼酎の多段蒸留方法であって、
前記焼酎醪の供給流量を一定に保持し、前記段毎の還流比を変えることによって、前記段毎に異なった組成の焼酎原液を得ることを特徴とする焼酎の多段蒸留方法。 - 蒸留缶に連結され、充填塔を有する精留塔と、該精留塔の塔頂部に連結された冷却器と、該冷却器と前記精留塔との間に設けられた還流管と、前記冷却器に設けられた前記還流管への還流量可変調節弁とを備えた焼酎精留ユニットを複数段配置し、
該複数段の焼酎精留ユニットの蒸留缶を、所定量を一定流速で送給可能な送液ポンプで直列に連結し、
該連結された初段の蒸留缶を、前記送液ポンプで焼酎醪タンクに連結し、
該焼酎醪タンクから最終段の蒸留缶へと、前記送液ポンプで一定量の焼酎醪を供給しながら、前記各焼酎精留ユニットの前記還流量可変調節弁で焼酎精留ユニット毎に還流比を変えることにより、段毎に異なった組成の焼酎原液を得ることを特徴とする焼酎の多段蒸留装置。
