Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a wiring structure for a wire harness that is routed to an automobile, and more particularly, to protect a wire harness and to provide sound insulation in a wire harness that passes through a through hole of a vehicle body panel that is not a flooded region.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a wire harness routed in an automobile, the wire harness is passed through a through hole of a vehicle body panel that partitions the vehicle compartment and the trunk room in a portion where the wire harness is routed from the vehicle compartment side to the trunk room.
When such a portion through which the wire harness is passed through the through hole of the vehicle body panel is not a flooded area, the protection shown in FIG. 4 is provided for the purpose of protecting the wire harness and preventing noise from entering the vehicle interior through the through hole. The material 1 is attached to the wire harness W / H.
[0003]
The protective material 1 is a molded product made of a foam material made of polyethylene or the like and formed into an annular shape with a cut 1a. A groove 1b for fitting the body panel is provided on the outer peripheral surface.
The protective material 1 has a cut 1a and is externally fitted to the wire harness W / H. The outer peripheral groove 1b is fitted to the periphery of the through hole H of the vehicle body panel P and attached.
[0004]
By attaching the protective material 1 to the wire harness W / H, it is possible to prevent the wire harness from coming into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the through hole H and causing damage. It is possible to prevent noise from being transmitted to the vehicle interior through the hole.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the protective material 1 is a molded product, it costs mold production, and if the inner diameter of the through-hole H of the vehicle body panel and the outer diameter of the wire harness are different, it is necessary to remodel to match it. There is a problem that the cost is very high. Furthermore, if the thickness of the vehicle body panel is thin, a gap is generated between the outer peripheral groove 1b. If the thickness of the panel is large, the panel does not fit into the groove 1b. In this case, the protective material 1 needs to be reshaped. is there.
Further, since the cut 1a is provided for attachment to the wire harness W / H, noise is transmitted to the vehicle interior through the cut 1a, and there is a problem that the sound insulation effect is low.
[0006]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said problem, and makes it a subject to make the protective material attached to a wire harness into the thing which can be used widely rather than a molded article, and to make it the sound-insulating effect excellent.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a wiring structure of a wire harness to a through hole of a vehicle body panel that is not a flooded region,
A protective material made of an independently foamed foam material in the form of a rectangular sheet is wound around the outer periphery of the wire harness at a site to be penetrated through the through-hole by one to three turns , and the outer diameter of the wound portion is the above-mentioned penetration The protective material is larger than the inner diameter of the hole, and at least one end of the protective material is fixed with tape, and the protective material is fitted in a compressed state on the entire inner peripheral surface of the through hole of the vehicle body panel. The wire harness wiring structure to the through hole of the vehicle body panel is provided, wherein the sound is insulated by coming into contact with the front and rear peripheral edges of the through hole.
Since the said foaming material is made into independent foaming, sound insulation performance can be improved.
[0008]
As mentioned above, since a rectangular sheet-like foam material is used as a protective material, a large sheet raw material prepared in advance can be cut into a required size and used as a protective material. The special mold that was necessary becomes unnecessary.
Moreover, when the protective material has a fixed shape, if the inner diameter of the through hole and the outer diameter of the wire harness are different, it can be dealt with by increasing or decreasing the number of times the protective material is wound around the wire harness, and can be generalized.
[0009]
Furthermore, sound insulation performance is degraded because there is a break in the conventional protective material, but in the present invention, the protective material is wound around the outer periphery of the wire harness at least once, and the protective material is compressed to penetrate the outer peripheral surface. Since it is crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the hole, the sound insulation performance can be enhanced.
Through addition, which it passes through hole for the protective member into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the through hole is compressed, they change the thickness of the body panel can accommodate and swells the before and after passing through the through hole in contact with the front and rear end edge of the hole, the wire harness into the through-hole can be enhanced sound insulation performance is possible reliably positioned and held without rattling.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the wire harness W / H passes through the through hole H of the vehicle body panel P that partitions the vehicle compartment X and the trunk room Y.
As shown in FIG. 2, a rectangular sheet-like protective material 10 made of an independent foamed foam molded from polyethylene is wound around the wire harness W / H at least one turn around the through hole H. The protective material 10 is fixed to the wire harness W / H by winding the tape 11 on one end side.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, the protective material 10 is formed by cutting a large sheet-like raw material 20. The protective material 10 may be a regular general-purpose product, or may be formed by cutting the raw material 20 into a required size according to the outer diameter of the wire harness W / H and the inner diameter of the through hole H.
[0012]
The outer diameter D when the protective material 10 is wound around the wire harness W / H is larger than the inner diameter d of the through hole H.
[0013]
When the wire harness W / H attached with the protective material 10 is passed through the through hole H, the wire harness W / H is pushed and inserted from the side where the tape 11 is wound around the protective material 10. Since the outer diameter of the protective material 10 is larger than the inner diameter of the through hole H, the protective material 10 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the through hole H in a compressed state as shown in FIG. In addition, since the protective material 10 has the original diameter before and after passing through the through hole H, the protective material 10 comes into contact with the periphery of the through hole H on both front and rear sides of the through hole H.
[0014]
Thus, since the protective material 10 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface and the front and rear edges of the through hole H, the wire harness W / H can be protected, and the protective material 10 is crimped to the inner peripheral surface of the through hole H in a compressed state. Therefore, the wire harness W / H is positioned and fixed at the penetrating position without rattling.
Furthermore, since the entire outer periphery of the wire harness W / H is surrounded by the protective material 10, and the protective material 10 is crimped to the entire inner surface of the through hole H, the sound generated at the break of the conventional protective material is generated. Leakage can be completely prevented and noise reduction can be achieved.
[0015]
In addition, when the outer diameter of the wire harness W / H is small, the protective material 10 may be double-wrapped or triple-wrapped (that is, double-wrapped or triple- wrapped) , so that the protective material has a fixed shape. 10 can be used for general purposes. On the other hand, when the outer diameter of the wire harness W / H is large, the length L of the protective material 10 can be increased and the sheet raw material 20 only needs to be cut. There is no need.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, a rectangular sheet material made of a foam material is used as the protective material, and this protective material is wound around the wire harness one or more times. The cost can be reduced as compared with a molded product using a mold, and even if the wire harness diameter, the diameter of the through hole, and the thickness of the vehicle body panel are different, they can be used for general purposes.
[0017]
In addition, since there is a break in the conventional molded product, sound leakage occurs from this break and the sound insulation performance is poor. Without improving the sound insulation performance.
