Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure for attaching a wire harness to a vehicle body panel, and in particular, protects the wire harness and allows the wire harness to be easily attached to the vehicle body panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a car, for example, on the back of an instrument panel, a wire harness formed by binding a large number of electric wires for connecting electrical components such as meters, switches, connection boxes, sensors, radios, air conditioners, etc. with tape or the like Is routed. Conventionally, this wire harness is fixed to an instrument panel using a clip as shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-51014.
[0003]
At this time, the wire harness is liable to come into contact with other parts and break due to vehicle vibration or the like. Conventionally, in order to prevent this, protective parts such as a corrugated tube and a resin protector are attached to the wire harness. .
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a protection of the wire harness, using a large number of various protective parts and assembling them are problematic in terms of cost because the number of parts increases and the assembling work becomes complicated.
[0005]
This invention makes it a subject to make the attachment easy and secure protection when attaching a wire harness to a vehicle body panel in the said situation.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a wiring harness groove integrated with the vehicle body panel on the harness mounting surface of the vehicle body panel. The wire harness is accommodated in the wiring groove and is clipped. Ru der which the wire harness has a structure which is fixed to the wiring groove.
[0007]
Thus, by accommodating the wire harness in the routing groove, it is possible to easily protect the harness by suppressing protrusion from the mounting surface and eliminating contact with other parts due to running vibration. At this time, since the routing groove is the routing path, the path is clearly indicated, and the routing work is easier.
[0008]
The wiring groove, when its periphery is formed from a relatively soft foamed resin, lightweight of the foamed resin, and the cushioning can be achieved protection of the wire harness with respect to micro-vibration more reliably.
[0009]
If the vehicle body panel is an instrument panel, the instrument panel overlaps and joins the core material layer and the foamed resin layer, and the core material layer is used as the harness mounting surface side , and the vehicle interior side of the foamed resin layer is on the vehicle compartment side. is obtained by forming the decorative skin on the face, you as that forming the wiring groove is provided another foamed resin layer on the mounting surface of the core layer. At this time, both foamed resin layer of the double-sided core layer communicates through the core material layer, and have good assuming that integrally formed at the same time.
[0010]
In this way, the foamed resin layers on both sides of the core material layer can be integrally formed at the same time, and the cost is not significantly increased.
[0011]
Furthermore, if a wire harness is comprised with a flat wiring material, thickness will become small compared with the wire harness bundled in round shape, and it will become possible to fix a wire harness to a panel in less space. Flat wiring materials include ribbon jumper wire (R / J), flexible flat cable (FFC), flexible printed circuit (FPC), flexible wire circuit (FWC), etc. A known material such as a material in which conductive materials are arranged in parallel by an adhesive or fusion, or a material in which the parallel conductive materials are coated with resin is adopted.
[0012]
If the wire harness is routed in the routing groove before mounting the body panel, the wire harness can be routed to the car simply by fixing the body panel to the body. The routing work can be greatly reduced.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment is shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and this embodiment has a wire harness H routed on the back surface of an instrument panel 1 of an automobile. The panel 1 has the core material layer 1a and the foamed resin layer 1b overlapped and joined, and a skin 1c is provided on the surface of the foamed resin layer 1b. The skin 1c is made of a synthetic resin sheet having a decorative pattern such as leather on the surface.
[0014]
On the back side surface of the core material layer 1a, two protruding ridges 1d of the foamed resin layer are provided to face each other in accordance with the arrangement of the wire harness H, and an arrangement groove 2 is formed between the protruding ridges 1d. ing. The protrusion 1d and the foamed resin layer 1b are relatively soft, for example, urethane foam. When the instrument panel 1 is molded, the skin 1c and the core material layer 1a are disposed in the mold, and the foam resin Are integrally molded at the same time.
[0015]
In order to route the wire harness H to the instrument panel 1 having such a routing groove 2, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, first, a plurality of electric wires 4a are arranged in parallel, and heat fusion is performed. A wire harness H having the same shape as the wiring groove 2 is formed by the ribbon jumper wire 4 which is a flat wiring material formed by using the receiving tape 4b, and is accommodated in the wiring groove 2 as shown in FIG. To do. Thereafter, the wire harness H is fixed by using the clip 3 from above the heat fusion tape 4b forming the flat wiring member 4 as shown in FIG. For fixing the wire harness H by the clip 3, as shown in FIG. 2, holes 5 for inserting the fixing claws 3a of the clip 3 are formed in advance on the bottom surface of the routing groove 2 at regular intervals, and this is used. . At this time, when the branch part exists in the wire harness H and the routing groove 2 also branches, it is desirable to fix the wire harness H in the vicinity of this branch point.
[0016]
In this manner, when the wiring and fixing of the wire harness H to the instrument panel 1 is completed, the connector c of the terminal of the wire harness H is connected to the connector of each required electrical component.
[0017]
In this embodiment, the protrusion (foamed resin layer) 1d is formed only in the portion of the routing groove 2. However, as shown in FIG. 4, the foamed resin layer 1d is formed on the entire back surface or part of the core material layer 1a. The routing groove 2 may be formed in the layer 1d.
[0018]
Moreover, although the said embodiment applied this invention to the instrument panel 1, it cannot be overemphasized that it can employ | adopt similarly to other panels, such as a door panel, a roof panel, a rear tray panel, etc. of a vehicle body.
[0019]
Further, the wiring material for the wire harness is not limited to a flat material, and other well-known materials such as those in which electric wires are bundled in a round shape can be adopted. At this time, the wire harness H is prevented from protruding from the routing groove 2.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the number of parts can be reduced and the wire harness can be reliably protected.
