However, with the diversification of on-board electrical components, the wiring routes of these wire harnesses and the like become complicated, and they tend to interfere with other components and the like. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5 , the bent portion of the wire harness 6 is covered with a protector 7 and a key point is fixed with a clamp 8. In this way, not only is it prevented from protruding from the predetermined storage space, but also the wired wiring harness is prevented from generating noise or being damaged by vibration of the vehicle or the like. The protector 7 is also provided with a clamp (not shown) so that the protector 7 can be fixed to a vehicle body or the like.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First
The figure shows the flat wire harness of the present invention.
In this figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a substrate, which is formed into a flexible sheet or film by an insulating resin or the like, and the substrate 1 itself cannot maintain a three-dimensional shape. Reference numeral 2 denotes a circuit body in which parallel conductive portions are sandwiched between substrates 1 and 1 and fixed by bonding or the like. Reference numeral 3 denotes a connector, which is connected to various electrical components (not shown) mounted on the vehicle. The S portion is a bent portion which is a main part of the present invention, and a strip-shaped rigid body 4 that can be plastically worked such as metal is disposed on both sides of the circuit body 2 and is sandwiched together. Shape is maintained. The bent shape is determined so as to follow the shape of the portion where the flat wire harness is routed. The circuit body 2 may be formed of various materials such as a single wire, a rectangular conductor, and a stranded wire, or may be a printed circuit formed by etching, printing, or the like.

FIG. 2 (a) shows an embodiment in which the circuit body 2 and the rigid body 4 are not fixed in a sandwich shape but are fixed to one substrate. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, using the printed wiring board as a circuit body 2. FIG (b) the A of (a) - is a sectional view taken along the line A. In this way, a rigid body is provided in the form of a strip at the bending position of the flat wire harness, and three

The third is a diagram showing a manufacturing method of the flat wire harness shown in Figure 1. Upper and lower substrates as shown in FIG.
A circuit body 2 and a rigid body 4 are sandwiched between 1,1 . These are fixed in a sandwich shape by means such as adhesion as shown in FIG. This is bent and three-dimensionally processed as shown in FIG. Figure 4 (a) is B of FIG. 3 (b) - sectional view taken along the line B, Fig. 4 (b) is C of FIG. 3 (c) - is a sectional view taken along the line C. Reference numeral 5 denotes an adhesive layer for fixing the circuit body 2 to the substrate 1 . The rigid body 4 may be a hard thermoplastic resin.

As described above, according to the present invention, the flat wire harness is reduced in thickness, and the wiring is sufficiently arranged without a significant increase in weight by providing strip-shaped rigid bodies on both sides of the circuit body in the bent portion. Since the shape along the part can be easily formed, it can be arranged in a narrow storage space without a protector. Further, since the structure is simple, processing is also easy.
