Description
Claims (8)
- 燃焼源及び耐火物壁を有する直火式プロセス容器内で前記燃焼源及び前記耐火物壁の間に配置されたプロセスチューブの外周表面領域の周りに一層均等な熱流束分布を形成するため、前記プロセスチューブの前記外周表面領域の少なくとも1つの円周方向セグメント上に、前記プロセスチューブの前記外周表面領域の他の円周方向セグメントの熱放射率および/または熱伝導率とは異なる選択された熱放射率および/または熱伝導率を有する物質の被膜を形成し、該被膜が存在しない場合の熱流束分布に比べて一層均等な熱流束分布を前記プロセスチューブの前記外周表面領域全体の周りに付与するステップを含む方法において、前記被膜が形成されている前記プロセスチューブの前記外周表面領域は前記耐火物壁に隣接している、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの円周方向セグメントと前記他の円周方向セグメントとの間の熱放射率の差異は、少なくとも5%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱放射率の差異は、少なくとも約10%である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの円周方向セグメントは、少なくとも約0.80の高い熱放射率を示す被膜を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの円周方向セグメントは、約0.80以上に比較的高い熱放射率を有する物質で被覆されており、前記他の円周方向セグメントは、約0.80未満の比較的低い熱放射率を有する物質で被覆されており、ただし前記比較的高い熱放射率と前記比較的低い熱放射率とは約5%異なる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記比較的高い熱放射率と前記比較的低い熱放射率とは約10%異なる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法により形成される実質的に均等な円周方向熱流束を有するプロセス加熱装置用のプロセスチューブ。
- 請求項7に記載の少なくとも1つのプロセスチューブを備えるプロセス加熱装置。
