Description

The present invention relates to an electrical junction box mounting structure.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to distribute electric power from an in-vehicle power source to various electrical components, an electrical junction box is known in which a circuit structure in which a switching element or its control circuit is incorporated in a power circuit is contained in a casing (for example, Patent Document 1).

For example, as shown in FIG. 14, the electrical junction box 100 is used by being mounted in a mounting portion 102 provided in a casing 101 of the relay box. The electrical junction box 100 has a shape in which a rectangular corner is dropped as viewed from the front, for example, due to circumstances such as installation space. In addition, a left flange portion 103L, a right flange portion 103R, and a lower flange portion 103U are continuously formed on the outer peripheral surface of the electrical junction box 100 so as to protrude. The left flange portion 103L and the right flange portion 103R have substantially the same height at the upper end, but the lower end is higher in the right flange portion 103R. In other words, the lower end of the left flange portion 103L is the right flange. The portion 103 </ b> R is provided with a position shifted from the lower end. On the other hand, the casing 101 is formed with an insertion groove 104 into which the flange portions 103L, 103R, 103U can be inserted in the peripheral portion of the mounting portion 102. Further, at the upper ends of the left and right sides of the insertion groove 104, insertion ports 105L and 105R opened upward are formed at the same height position.
JP 2003-164039 A

At the time of assembly, the electrical junction box 100 is inserted into the mounting portion 102 from above along the arrow direction (downward direction) in the figure. At this time, first, the left and right flange portions 103L and 103R are inserted into the insertion groove 104 from the insertion ports 105L and 105R while being aligned in the front-rear direction (perpendicular to the paper surface) with respect to the insertion groove 104, and finally The lower flange portion 103U is inserted into the insertion groove 104. Here, since the lower ends of the left and right flange portions 103L and 103R are provided with a position shifted in the insertion direction, only one left flange portion 103L is inserted into the insertion groove 104 during the insertion operation. Accordingly, the other right flange portion 103R does not reach the insertion port 105R. At this time, the operator may misunderstand that both flange portions 103L and 103R are inserted into the insertion groove 104, and may stop the alignment of the right flange portion 103R with respect to the insertion groove 104. Then, the right flange portion 103R is displaced back and forth with respect to the insertion port 105R and cannot be inserted into the insertion groove 104 well, and the workability may be deteriorated.

The present invention has been completed based on the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide an electrical junction box mounting structure capable of improving the assembly workability.

As a means for achieving the above object, an electrical junction box mounting structure according to the invention of claim 1 is a structure for mounting the electrical junction box to a mounting portion of a casing, wherein the electrical junction box includes: A pair of flange portions formed on the outer surface and projecting outward from the left and right side surfaces of the electric connection box along the insertion direction of the electric connection box, and a mounting portion of the casing are provided, and the flange portion is A pair of insertion grooves that can be inserted from the insertion port along the insertion direction , and the insertion groove is formed at a rear edge and a front edge of the rear edge that is spaced apart from the front edge. The insertion side end of one flange portion of the pair of flange portions is provided so as to be displaced from the insertion side end of the other flange portion toward the front side in the insertion direction. The pair of plugs The insertion port on the side corresponding to the one flange portion among the insertion ports included in the first insertion portion has a misalignment dimension of the insertion side end portions of the pair of flange portions, and is ahead of the other insertion port in the insertion direction. In the pair of insertion ports, a guiding portion capable of guiding the flange portion into the insertion groove is formed in an inclined surface shape protruding to the front side. Has features.

<Invention of Claim 1>

Both flanges enter the insertion port at the same time. As a result, a situation in which only one of the pair of flange portions enters the insertion groove is avoided, so that the assembly workability is improved.
Moreover, since the guide part which guides a flange part in an insertion groove | channel is provided in a pair of insertion port, an assembly | attachment of an electrical junction box can be performed easily.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The locked portions 34L and 34R are provided with elastic lock pieces 44 extending upward between the engagement receiving pieces 41A and 41B. The elastic lock pieces 44 can be bent and deformed inward and outward (left-right direction). The elastic lock piece 44 is provided with a locked portion 44 </ b> A that can be engaged with the lock protrusion 39.

The above is the configuration of the present embodiment. Next, the function and effect will be described.
In order to assemble the electrical junction box 1 to the casing 23, first, as shown by a one-dot chain line in FIG. 6, the electrical junction box 1 is approached from the front with respect to the mounting portion 24, and the lower part of the left flange portion 20L and the right flange portion 20R. The rear surface is pressed against the sliding contact wall 31. As a result, the electrical junction box 1 is positioned in the front-rear direction with respect to the casing 23, and the flange portions 20 </ b> L and 20 </ b> R have a vertical posture and are held at a position directly above the insertion groove 26. Subsequently, the electric connection box 1 is moved downward (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 9) while pressing the flange portions 20L and 20R against the sliding contact wall 31. Then, the flange portions 20L and 20R are in sliding contact with the sliding contact wall 31, and the flange portions 20L and 20R are inserted into the insertion grooves 26 from the insertion ports 29L and 29R, respectively, while maintaining the vertical posture. .

At this time, the left insertion port 29L is provided with a position shifted below the right insertion port 29R by the amount of positional displacement at the lower ends of the left and right flange portions 20L, 20R. The flange portions 20L and 20R enter the insertion ports 29L and 29R almost simultaneously. Here, if the left and right insertion ports 29L and 29R are not displaced as in the present embodiment (for example, at the same height position), the left and right flange portions in the process of the insertion operation described above. Only one of 20L and 20R is inserted into the insertion groove 26. At this time, an operator may misunderstand that both flange portions 20L and 20R are inserted, and the pressing of the flange portions 20L and 20R toward the sliding contact wall 31 may be stopped. Then, the flange portions 20L and 20R on the side not entering the insertion groove 26 are lifted from the sliding wall 31 and cannot be inserted into the insertion groove 26 well, and workability may be deteriorated. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, as described above, the left and right flange portions 20L and 20R enter the insertion ports 29L and 29R almost simultaneously, so that only one of the flange portions 20L and 20R enters the insertion groove 26. Occurrence of the situation of being avoided is avoided, and therefore deterioration of workability can be prevented.

As described above, the electrical connection box 1 is positioned with respect to the casing 23 in the front-rear and left-right directions by inserting the left and right flange portions 20L, 20R into the insertion groove 26. When the electric junction box 1 is further lowered from this state, the distal end portions of the engagement pieces 36A and 36B enter the rear side of the distal end portions of the engagement receiving pieces 41A and 41B from the lower end side (see FIG. 10). Thus, the engagement piece 36A and the engagement receiving pieces 41A and 41B are engaged with each other, so that the displacement of the electrical junction box 1 in the left-right direction is restricted. Further, the sliding contact wall 31 enters the groove portion 37 between the flange portions 20L, 20R and the front engagement piece 36A, and thereby the displacement of the electrical connection box 1 in the front-rear direction is restricted. When the electrical connection box 1 approaches the normal mounting position, the lock projection 39 comes into contact with the locked portion 44A and the elastic lock piece 44 is bent and deformed. When the electrical connection box 1 reaches the proper mounting position, as shown in FIG. 11, the insertion operation of the electrical connection box 1 is stopped by the upper ends of the engagement receiving pieces 41A and 41B abutting against the stopper portion 38. At the same time, the elastic lock piece 44 is restored and deformed, and the lock protrusion 39 is locked to the locked portion 44A, so that the electrical connection box 1 is in a locked state in which the vertical displacement is restricted.

In this way, the flange portions 20L and 20R can be inserted into the insertion groove 26 by pressing the flange portions 20L and 20R of the electrical connection box 1 against the sliding contact wall 31 of the casing 23 to cause sliding contact. Thereby, when assembling, the flange portions 20L and 20R can be easily positioned with respect to the insertion groove 26, so that, for example, the flange portions 20L and 20R are inserted into an incorrect location on the casing 23 side, etc. Assembling workability is improved.

Further, by inserting the flange portions 20L and 20R into the insertion groove 26, the electrical junction box 1 is positioned on both sides (front and rear) in the thickness direction of the flange portions 20L and 20R. At this time, since the tip ends of the pair of engagement pieces 36A and 36B are directed to the same side, the electrical connection box 1 is connected to the flange portions 20L and 20R between the lock portions 33L and 33R and the locked portions 34L and 34R. It is not positioned on both sides (front and rear) in the thickness direction. Therefore, since it is possible to avoid the electrical connection box 1 being double-positioned by both the flange portions 20L and 20R and the lock portions 33L and 33R, the assembly workability is deteriorated due to a molding error and an assembly error. Can be prevented.

As an assembling procedure different from the above, for example, as shown in FIG. 12, the electrical connection box 1 is first inclined, and the lower ends of the left and right flange portions 20L and 20R are respectively inserted into the insertion ports 29L and 29R of the insertion groove 26. Then, the electric connection box 1 may be raised to press the left and right flange portions 20L and 20R against the sliding contact wall 31, and the electric connection box 1 may be slid downward therefrom. In this embodiment, since the guide part 30 is formed in each insertion port 29L, 29R, the insertion of the flange parts 20L, 20R is easy. As described above, since the left and right insertion ports 29L and 29R are displaced from each other, the left and right flange portions 20L and 20R enter the insertion ports 29L and 29R almost simultaneously. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a situation in which only one of the flange portions 20L and 20R enters the insertion groove 26 and the other is detached from the insertion groove 26.

Further, when the electrical connection box 1 is assembled, if it is attempted to assemble in a state where at least one of the left and right flange portions 20L and 20R is not inserted into the insertion groove 26 by mistake, for example, FIG. As shown, the left and right flange portions 20L and 20R ride on the outer surface of the guide portion 30, and the electrical junction box 1 is tilted back and forth from the normal posture (the posture in which the flange portions 20L and 20R are vertical). Then, the lower ends of the engagement pieces 36A and 36B interfere with the upper ends of the engagement receiving pieces 41A and 41B, and the assembling operation is restricted. Here, if the guide portion 30 is not provided in the insertion ports 29L and 29R, even if the flange portions 20L and 20R ride on the outer surfaces of the insertion ports 29L and 29R when the assembly operation is performed in the same manner, Since the difference in inclination with respect to the normal posture of the electrical connection box 1 is relatively small, the engagement pieces 36A, 36B and the engagement receiving pieces 41A, 41B are engaged to a certain depth, and the operation is performed again. However, it may take time. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, by providing the insertion portion 30 protruding outward in the insertion ports 29L and 29R, the electrical connection box 1 is inclined more than the normal posture when the assembly is mistaken, and the assembly is performed. Since the operation is restricted, the work can be performed again smoothly.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the left insertion port 29L is displaced to the lower side of the right insertion port 29R by the positional displacement dimension of the lower ends of the left and right flange portions 20L and 20R. Since it is provided, both the flange portions 20L and 20R enter the insertion ports 29L and 29R at the same time during assembly. As a result, it is possible to avoid a situation in which only one of the flange portions 20L and 20R enters the insertion groove 26, so that the assembly workability can be improved.

Moreover, since the guide part 30 which guides the flange parts 20L and 20R into the insertion groove 26 is provided in the left and right insertion ports 29L and 29R, the electrical junction box 1 can be easily assembled.
