Description
Claims (9)
- 保護された領域内の侵入者を抑止するための高強度ミリ波波面を生成するための能動アレイアンテナ(320)と、
前記領域内に配置された、前記領域内で前記波面のエネルギーの維持を助けるための1つ以上の反射器(110)と、
前記保護された領域内の前記侵入者の存在を検出し、前記能動アレイアンテナに対して検出信号(216)を生成する、侵入検出サブシステム(208)と、
を具備し、
前記能動アレイアンテナが、前記検出信号に応答して前記高強度ミリ波波面(304)を生成し、
前記高強度波面が、前記侵入者を抑止するために前記侵入者の皮膚温度を増加させる、
領域保護システム(100)。 - 前記侵入検出サブシステム(208)が、前記侵入者が身に着けたタグ(220)の存在を検出し、タグが認証された場合に前記アレイアンテナ(320)に前記波面を生成しないよう指示する、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記1つ以上の反射器(110)が、前記領域の所定の位置(114)内の前記波面のエネルギー密度を増加させるよう配置されている、請求項1のシステム。
- 前記アレイアンテナ(320)が、実質的に平坦な表面上に共に配置された複数の半導体ウェハ(406)を具備し、
各半導体ウェハが前記高強度波面を生成するための送信アンテナ(506)と強度アンプ(504)とを具備する、
請求項1のシステム。 - 前記侵入検出サブシステムが、前記侵入者の移動を追跡し且つ前記能動アレイアンテナに対して追跡制御信号(314)を生成するための侵入者追跡器を含み、
前記領域保護システムが、前記追跡制御信号(312)に応答して前記波面(304)を前記侵入者へと向けるための、前記能動アレイアンテナを構成するビームディレクタ(316)を具備する侵入抑制サブシステムをさらに具備する、
請求項1のシステム。 - 保護された領域内の侵入者の存在を検出し、
前記侵入者の検出に応答して能動アレイアンテナのための検出信号を生成し、
前記検出信号に応答して、前記能動アレイアンテナ(320)を用いて高強度ミリ波波面(204)を生成し、
前記侵入者を抑止するために前記高強度ミリ波波面(204)によって前記侵入者の皮膚温度を増加させる、
ことを具備し、
1つ以上の反射器が、前記保護された領域内で前記波面のエネルギーの維持を助けるために前記保護された領域内に配置されている、
領域(106)を保護するための方法。 - 前記皮膚温度を計測し、
前記皮膚温度を、所定の温度範囲内にまたは所定の温度未満に維持するための制御信号(214)を生成する、
ことをさらに具備する請求項6の方法。 - 前記侵入者が身に着けたタグ(220)の存在を検出し、
前記タグを認証し、
前記タグが認証された場合に前記波面(204)の生成を抑制する、
ことをさらに具備する請求項6の方法。 - 前記アレイアンテナが、共に配置された複数の半導体ウェハ(406)を具備し、
前記方法が、
前記半導体ウェハ上の1組以上の強度アンプで前記ミリ波周波数を増幅し、
前記半導体ウェハ上の1つ以上の送信アンテナで前記高強度波面を生成する、
ことをさらに具備し、
強度アンプの組のそれぞれが前記送信アンテナの1つと関連付けされている、請求項6の方法。
