Description

The present invention relates to a pergola structure installed outside a building rooftop, veranda, terrace or the like.

In order to cope with the heat island phenomenon in urban areas, so-called greening of buildings is being promoted to green the verandas, rooftops, roofs, walls, etc. of buildings. Plants are expected to suppress the heat island phenomenon due to the cooling effect of the atmosphere due to its transpiration, and also have an air purification action such as adsorption of pollutants.

In addition, the rainwater storage effect can be expected due to the soil where plants are planted, and it can prevent drastic inflow of rainwater to the sewage main, so it can greatly contribute to the suppression of urban flooding, It also greatly contributes to improving the cityscape and landscape (landscape design including landscaping and horticulture techniques).

Plants can attract wild birds and insects, and are expected to have a significant effect on the restoration of the urban ecosphere. Even the roofs in urban areas are not all high-rise buildings, and the roof area of a detached house occupies an overwhelmingly large area. Therefore, realizing the greening of these detached houses greatly contributes to the mitigation of the heat island phenomenon.

。   On the other hand, a pergola structure typified by a wisteria trellis was installed on the roof of the building, and a planter was installed on the floor to plant and cultivate vines here so that it could be cooled by shading. The thing is proposed (for example, refer patent document 1).

Planters that plant vines occupy only a part of the rooftop of the building, and the extension of the vines can be left to the shelf, so the use area of the rooftop is hardly reduced by some planters. Moreover, unlike a general plant in which branches and leaves develop three-dimensionally, a vine plant that can spread branches and leaves along a shelf can cover a shelf with a large area despite local and little soil by the planter. Therefore, there is an advantage that a large shade in the summer can be secured and a corresponding large heat insulating effect can be obtained.

When a pergola is installed on the roof of a building, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a pillar or a planter is directly placed on the floor surface, or a planter is placed at the pillar position, and a pergola pillar is embedded therein. Thus, a pergola is formed (Prior Art 1). Moreover, as for a pergola, it is common that the cross rail (shelf) is being fixed to the space | interval suitable for the plant assumed beforehand (prior art 2).

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-140252

However, as in the case of the prior art 1, when a pillar or a planter is placed directly on the floor surface, when the waterproof layer is repaired, a planter or vine tangled pergola that contains the trunk of soil and vines is used. There is a problem that it takes time and effort because it requires movement and dismantling.

Furthermore, in the case of a steel structure or a wooden building where the roof slab is composed of ALC (lightweight aerated concrete) panels, it is difficult to apply a large load locally to the ALC panel surface or the field plate surface due to the allowable strength. There is a problem that the conventional technique 1 is difficult to cope with.

Moreover, in the case of the prior art 2, when changing the vine plant to plant to other varieties, it is limited to the vine plant whose leaf size, shape, vegetation density, etc. are similar, and there is a problem that the degree of freedom of selection is small. is there. There is also a problem that it is difficult to adjust the shade range.

The present invention solves the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to prevent a large load from being directly applied to the floor surface, to easily perform maintenance of the waterproof layer such as refurbishment, and to freely move the horizontal rail. It is intended to provide a pergola structure that can freely adjust the distance between the horizontal rails and the shade range according to the size and vegetation density of the vine plant.

In order to achieve the above object, a first configuration of a pergola structure according to the present invention is a pergola structure installed outside a roof, veranda, terrace or the like having a floor surface on which a waterproof layer of a building is formed. A support bracket that is fixed to the steel beam constituting the steel frame of the building and protrudes from the floor, a column that is connected to and supported by the support bracket, a beam that is fixed to the column, and an intermediate portion of the column And a planter provided in the above.

Further, a second configuration of the pergola structure according to the present invention includes a pair of guide members that are attached across the struts in the first configuration, and the guide members are supported by the guide members along the guide members. And a plurality of movable cross rails.

Further, according to a third configuration of the pergola structure according to the present invention, in the second configuration, each cross member of the link mechanism includes a plurality of link members whose end portions are rotatably connected. It is characterized in that it is configured such that the interval between the horizontal rails which are pivotally supported at the rotation center of the link mechanism and which are provided adjacent to each other as the link mechanism expands and contracts can be expanded and contracted.

Further, a fourth configuration of the pergola structure according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the third configuration, a linear member is provided to be engaged between the adjacent horizontal rails.

According to the first configuration of the pergola structure according to the present invention, the supporting weight of the pergola structure is connected to and supported by the support hardware fixed to the steel frame of the building and protruding from the floor surface. Since the pulling force due to strong winds can be directly transmitted to the steel frame of the building, no load is applied to the floor. As a result, it is possible to prevent adverse effects on the floor slab and the waterproof layer, and to prevent the pergola structure from sliding, falling, and scattering.

In addition, the planter is provided in the middle part of the column so that the pergola structure and the waterproof layer on the roof are completely separated, and a predetermined space is secured between them to facilitate maintenance of the waterproof layer.

Moreover, according to the 2nd structure of the pergola structure which concerns on this invention, by moving a some horizontal rail along a guide member, the space | interval of a horizontal cross is set according to the magnitude | size of the leaf of a vine plant to plant, or a vegetation density. It is possible to adjust the distance between the horizontal rails and to adjust the range of the shade, which is optimal for growing a vine plant and forming a shade.

Moreover, according to the 3rd structure of the pergola structure which concerns on this invention, the horizontal beam is supported by the rotation center of each link member of a link mechanism, and a horizontal beam adjacently provided with expansion / contraction of a link mechanism. The distance between each other can be expanded and contracted.

Moreover, according to the 4th structure of the pergola structure which concerns on this invention, it makes the linear member which crosses and engages between the adjacent horizontal bars follow the several horizontal bars which move with expansion and contraction of a link mechanism. Even if it is a horizontal cross with a large separation interval, a vine plant can be easily stretched using this filament member.

In this embodiment, as shown to Fig.8 (a), the plate-shaped horizontal rail 2 has the intermediate part of each link member 3 of the link mechanism which has the some link member 3 by which the edge part was rotatably connected. The distance between the horizontal rails 2 which are pivotally supported at the rotation center provided in the frame and adjacently provided as the link mechanism expands and contracts is configured to be expandable and contractable.

As shown in FIG. 8 (b), a cross-sectional core serving as a pair of guide members attached between the columns 15 along the beam material 16 is provided inside the beam material 16 serving as the outer frame of the pergola structure A. A character-shaped guide rail 4 is mounted with the opening facing upward, and a rotating body 5 that can move while rotating along the guide rail 4 at both ends of the horizontal rail 2 is rotatable by a support shaft 7. It is pivotally supported. Further, a support shaft 7 is inserted between a rotating body 5 and a horizontal rail 2 in a rotation center hole 3a provided in an intermediate portion of the link member 3, so that the link member 3 is rotatably supported.

The support shaft 7 is set at a position higher than the central portion of the horizontal beam 2 in the height direction, and the horizontal beam 2 can maintain the vertical state shown in FIG.

According to the above configuration, the horizontal beam 2 is pivotally supported at the center of rotation provided at the intermediate portion of each link member 3 of the link mechanism, so that the horizontal beam 2 adjacent to each other as the link mechanism expands and contracts. The separation interval can be expanded and contracted. As a result, the horizontal beam 2 can be moved freely to adjust the spacing of the horizontal beam 2 according to the leaf size and vegetation density of the vine 26 planted in the planter 17, which is optimal for the growth of the vine 26 and the formation of shade. It is possible to set the interval between the horizontal rails 2 and adjust the shaded range. Other configurations are the same as those in the above embodiments, and the same effects can be obtained.

Next, the structure of 5th Embodiment of the pergola structure based on this invention is demonstrated using FIG. FIGS. 9A and 9B are a partially enlarged view and an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the fifth embodiment of the pergola structure according to the present invention. In addition, what was comprised similarly to each said embodiment attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits description.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, a pair of guide members are attached to the inner side of the beam member 16 serving as the outer frame of the pergola structure A along the beam member 16 and attached between the columns 15. A guide rail 8 having a C-shaped cross section is mounted with the slit 8a facing downward, and a cross-section L is provided at both ends of the plurality of horizontal rails 2 supported by the guide rail 8 and movable along the guide rail 8. The character-shaped metal fitting 9 and the cross-sectional Z-shaped metal fitting 12 are fixed.

The distance between the horizontal piece 9a of the L-shaped metal fitting 9 and the horizontal piece 12a of the Z-shaped metal fitting 12 set in opposition to each other is set according to the height dimension of the guide rail 8, and the horizontal piece of the L-shaped metal fitting 9 A through hole 9b is provided in 9a.

The guide rail 8 is inserted between the horizontal piece 9a of the L-shaped metal fitting 9 and the horizontal piece 12a of the Z-shaped metal fitting 12, the screw 10 is inserted into the through hole 9b, and the tip of the screw 10 is inserted into the slit of the guide rail 8. The crosspiece 2 can be movably supported on the guide rail 8 by being inserted into the screw 8a and screwed into the screw hole 11a of the locking member 11 having a U-shaped cross section.

The locking member 11 has a shape corresponding to the internal shape of the guide rail 8, and when the screw 10 is screwed into the screw hole 11 a, the upright piece 11 b of the locking member 11 is inside the guide rail 8. Abutting and locking against the wall surface, it is possible to prevent idle rotation.

When the horizontal rail 2 is supported on the guide rail 8, the locking member 11 is inserted from the end opening of the guide rail 8 with the screw 10 temporarily fixed in the screw hole 11 a of the locking member 11. The horizontal rail 2 can be fixed to the guide rail 8 by moving the screw 2 along the guide rail 8 to a position where it is desired to be fixed, and screwing and fastening the screw 10 at a desired position. According to such a configuration, the adjacent horizontal rail 2 can be fixed at a desired different pitch.

According to the above configuration, by moving the plurality of horizontal rails 2 along the guide rails 8 serving as guide members, the distance between the horizontal rails 2 can be set according to the size of leaves and the vegetation density of the vine 26 planted on the planter 17. It can be adjusted individually. This makes it possible to set the distance between the horizontal rails 2 optimal for growing the vines 26 and forming the shade, and to adjust the shade range. Other configurations are the same as those in the above embodiments, and the same effects can be obtained.
