Description
Claims (22)
- 縦軸を有する外科処置用の移植可能な脊椎プレート部材であって、前記軸に実質的に平行な第1の細長いスロットと第2の細長いスロットを有し、侵襲性を最小にした開口部を通して体内に挿入する寸法に作られ、前記第1スロットは、骨アンカーの少なくとも一部を受け入れるための寸法に作られた側壁を有し、前記第2スロットは、骨アンカーの少なくとも一部を受け入れるための寸法に作られた側壁を有する、プレート部材と、
前記第2スロット内の、縦方向に傾斜している傾斜面と、
前記プレート部材に係合するようになっている第1骨固定要素であって、その少なくとも一部は前記第1スロット内に配置できるようになっている第1骨固定要素と、
前記プレート部材に対して、前記傾斜面に沿って前記第2スロット内で係合するようになっている第2骨固定要素であって、前記第2骨固定要素を前記面と係合させた後に締め付けると、前記プレート部材が前記第2骨固定要素に対して動くようになっている第2骨固定要素と、を備えており、
前記プレート部材に前記第2スロットに隣接して接続された骨固定要素保持具を更に備えており、
前記骨固定要素保持具は、前記第2骨固定要素を前記第2スロットの前記縦方向に対して固定することができる、装置。 - 前記プレート部材は、1つ又はそれ以上の脊椎体節の自然な曲率に近似した曲率を有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記曲率は、脊椎前弯の曲率及び後弯の曲率の内の少なくとも1つを含んでいる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記傾斜面は、概ね直線状に傾斜している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プレート部材は、第1端部分と中央部分とを有しており、前記第2スロットは、前記プレート部材の前記第1端部に隣接する第1端と、前記プレート部材の前記中央部分に隣接する第2端とを有し、前記面は前記スロットの前記第2端に向かって進むにつれて概ね下向きに傾斜している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プレート部材は底部を有しており、前記面の前記スロットの前記第2端に隣接する部分は、前記底部に実質的に平行である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記プレート部材は、第1端部分と中央部分とを有しており、前記第2スロットは、前記第1端部分に隣接する第1端と、前記中央部分に隣接する第2端とを有し、前記面は前記スロットの前記第2端に向かって進むにつれて概ね上向きに傾斜している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プレート部材は、前記第2スロットに隣接するねじ孔を含んでおり、前記保持具は、前記ねじ孔に合わせた止めねじを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記傾斜面は、前記第2スロットの前記壁の一部として一体に形成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1骨固定要素は多軸骨固定装置の一部である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2骨固定要素は、下側が丸くなり、且つ直径が前記面の隣接する部分の間の距離よりも大きな頭部を有する骨ねじである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 骨アンカーの少なくとも一部を受け入れるための寸法に作られた第3のスロットを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プレート要素に係合するようになっている第3の骨固定要素を更に備えており、前記第3の骨固定要素の少なくとも一部は、前記第3のスロット内に配置可能である、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記第3の骨固定要素は、多軸骨固定装置の一部である、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記第1スロットは下から装着し、前記第2スロットは上から装着する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 所定の曲率と、第1スロットと、第2スロットと、前記第2スロット内の縦方向に傾斜している傾斜面とを有する1つ又は複数のプレート部材であって、侵襲性を最小にした開口部を通して体内に挿入される寸法に作られているプレート部材と、
それぞれ前記プレート部材の少なくとも1つに係合するようになっており、それぞれ少なくとも一部分が前記第1スロット内に配置可能になっている、少なくとも1つの第1骨固定要素と、
それぞれ前記プレート部材の少なくとも1つに前記傾斜面に沿って係合するようになっている、少なくとも1つの第2骨固定要素と、
それぞれ前記プレート部材の少なくとも1つに前記第2スロットに隣接して接続された、少なくとも1つの骨固定要素保持具であって、前記第2骨固定要素を前記第2スロットの前記縦方向に対して固定することができる、少なくとも1つの骨固定要素保持具と、を備えているキット。 - 複数の前記プレート部材を備えており、前記プレート部材は全て同じ寸法ではない、請求項16に記載のキット。
- 複数の前記プレート部材を備えており、前記プレート部材は全て同じ曲率を有してはいない、請求項16に記載のキット。
- 複数の前記プレート部材を備えており、前記各プレート部材は、脊椎の頚部、胸部、腰部、及び仙骨領域の内の1つ又はそれ以上の領域に取り付けられるように作られている、請求項16に記載のキット。
- 第1及び第2組の少なくとも1つのプレート部材を備えており、
前記第1組の各プレート部材は、第1端部と中央部とを有し、前記第2スロットは前記第1端部に隣接する第1端と、前記中央部に隣接する第2端とを有しており、前記面は、前記スロットの前記第2端に向けて進むにつれ概ね下向きに傾斜しており、
前記第2組の各プレート部材は、第1端部と中央部とを有し、前記第2スロットは前記第1端部に隣接する第1端と、前記中央部に隣接する第2端とを有しており、前記面は、前記スロットの前記第2端に向けて進むにつれ概ね上向きに傾斜している、請求項16に記載のキット。 - 複数の前記第1骨固定要素を備えており、前記第1骨固定要素は、それぞれ、脊椎の頚部、胸部、腰部、及び仙骨領域の内の1つ又はそれ以上の領域に取り付けられるようになっている、請求項16に記載のキット。
- 複数の前記第2骨固定要素を備えており、前記第2骨固定要素は、それぞれ、脊椎の頚部、胸部、腰部、及び仙骨領域の内の1つ又はそれ以上の領域に取り付けられるようになっている、請求項16に記載のキット。
