Description
本発明の実施の形態のリンパ球を利用した抗体検査方法は、例えば、図1に示す抗体検査装置により実施される。
図1に示すように、抗体検査装置は、培養装置1と光学計測系2と画像処理分析手段3とを有している。
まず、レジオネラ菌に感染したマウスから採取した血液から、リンパ球(以下、「感染リンパ球」という)を遠心分離機により分離した。また、比較のため、レジオネラ菌に感染してないマウスから採取した血液からも、リンパ球(以下、「非感染リンパ球」という)を分離した。
このように、各抗原のそれぞれに対する培養したリンパ球のうち活性化したものの増殖状況に基づいて、被験者の各病原体への感染の有無を判断することができ、増殖したリンパ球に加えた病原体が被験者の感染病原体であると特定することができる。

Claims (5)
- 被験者から採取した血液からリンパ球を分離し、特定の細菌またはウイルスの病原体の抗原に前記リンパ球を加えた後、前記リンパ球の培養条件で保ち、前記リンパ球のうち活性化したものの増殖状況に基づいて、前記被験者の前記病原体に対する抗体の有無を判断することを、特徴とするリンパ球を利用した抗体検査方法。
- 被験者から採取した血液からリンパ球を分離し、特定の細菌またはウイルスの病原体の抗原に前記リンパ球を加えた後、前記リンパ球の培養条件で保ち、前記リンパ球のうち所定の大きさ以上のものの個数の増減に基づいて、前記被験者の前記病原体に対する抗体の有無を判断することを、特徴とするリンパ球を利用した抗体検査方法。
- 被験者から採取した血液からリンパ球を分離し、細菌またはウイルスの複数種類の病原体の抗原のそれぞれに前記リンパ球を加えた後、前記リンパ球の培養条件で保ち、各抗原のそれぞれに対する前記リンパ球のうち活性化したものの増殖状況に基づいて、前記被験者の各病原体への感染の有無を判断し、前記被験者の感染病原体を特定することを、特徴とするリンパ球を利用した病原体特定方法。
- 被験者から採取した血液からリンパ球を分離し、細菌またはウイルスの複数種類の病原体の抗原のそれぞれに前記リンパ球を加えた後、前記リンパ球を非活性化させる所定の培養条件で保ち、各抗原のそれぞれに対する前記リンパ球のうち活性化したものの数の増減に基づいて、前記被験者の各病原体への感染の有無を判断し、前記被験者の感染病原体を特定することを、特徴とするリンパ球を利用した病原体特定方法。
- 被験者から採取した血液からリンパ球を分離し、前記リンパ球を非活性化させて、細菌またはウイルスの複数種類の病原体の抗原のそれぞれに加えた後、前記リンパ球の培養条件で保ち、各抗原のそれぞれに対する前記リンパ球のうち活性化したものの数の増減に基づいて、前記被験者の各病原体への感染の有無を判断し、前記被験者の感染病原体を特定することを、特徴とするリンパ球を利用した病原体特定方法。
