Claims (4)
- 被検査体に超音波を送信または前記被検査体からの反射波を受信するセラミックと柔軟性を有した樹脂とを市松模様状に配置したコンポジットタイプの振動子本体の正面および背面に導電被膜を形成し側面端部に電極を設けた振動子と、
前記振動子を搭載し前記被検査体の曲面に沿って前記振動子と共に屈曲変形し前記被検査体の曲面に接触して前記振動子からの超音波を伝搬する柔軟性を有した楔部と、
前記振動子の電極に信号ケーブルを介して接続され前記振動子と電気信号の授受を行うための端子部と、
前記楔部に設けられ前記楔部や前記振動子の屈曲変形に伴う動きに対して前記振動子の電極から導出された信号ケーブルの導線の断線や前記電極との剥離を防止できる程度のゆとりを持った長さで前記信号ケーブルの一部を固定するための中継部とを備えたことを特徴とする超音波探触子。 - 前記振動子の少なくとも上面部を保護する柔軟性を有した保護部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記振動子の電極は、前記振動子の表面に形成された導電被膜に接触して帯状に形成され、前記楔部の屈曲変形による曲げ力を受けない方向および位置に取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記振動子の電極の一方は、前記振動子の導電被膜が前記楔部の表面に接触する部分に形成され、前記振動子の電極の他方は、前記振動子の導電被膜が前記保護部の内面に接触する部分に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波探触子。
