Description
Claims (12)
- 薄肉の固体プレートを眼内レンズのレンズ内部に埋設配置せしめて、該固体プレートによって回折面を形成することにより、レンズ内部に少なくとも一対の回折面を形成すると共に、光学部を有するレンズ本体から外方に突出して該レンズ本体を前記眼球に対して位置決めする支持部を該固体プレートに一体形成したことを特徴とする眼用レンズ。
- 前記固体プレートがホログラフィーフィルムである請求項1に記載の眼用レンズ。
- 前記固体プレートの両側に形成される、該固体プレートと屈折率の異なる光学層との界面によってそれぞれ前記回折面を形成した請求項1に記載の眼用レンズ。
- 前記回折面が、略同心円状に延びる多数状のパターンで形成されている請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の眼用レンズ。
- 前記パターンの径方向での間隔が、径方向外方に行くに従って次第に小さくされている請求項4に記載の眼用レンズ。
- 少なくとも一つの屈折面が形成されている請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の眼用レンズ。
- 前記屈折面が、前記回折面に対してレンズ光軸方向で重なるように形成されている請求項6に記載の眼用レンズ。
- レンズ中央部分と外周部分の何れか一方に前記屈折面が形成されていると共に、それらレンズ中央部分と外周部分の他方に前記回折面が形成されている請求項6に記載の眼用レンズ。
- 前記対を為す回折面が、レンズ光軸方向で0.01mm〜1.00mmの距離を隔てて対向位置せしめられている請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の眼用レンズ。
- レンズ光軸方向の最大厚さが0.05mm〜1.50mmとされている請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の眼用レンズ。
- ロール可能とされて、ロール状態で眼球内に挿入することの出来る眼内レンズである請求項1乃至10の何れかに記載の眼用レンズ。
- 回折面が形成されると共に、眼球に対して位置決めするための支持部が外方に突出して一体形成された薄肉の固体プレートを準備する工程と、
該固体プレートに一体形成された該支持部を成形型で挟持することにより、該固体プレートを眼用レンズの成形キャビティにおける所定位置にセットする工程と、
かかる成形型の成形キャビティに光学層の成形用のモノマ材料を充填する工程と、
かかるモノマ材料を重合せしめて光学層を形成すると同時に前記固体プレートを該光学層に一体的に固着する工程とを、
含んで請求項1乃至11の何れかに記載の眼用レンズを製造することを特徴とする眼用レンズの製造方法。
