Description
本発明の他の目的は、ドレンホッパーの腐食の程度に応じて、腐食が軽微な場合と進行している場合とでそれぞれ最適な処理方法を提供することにある。
本発明では、無溶剤型エポキシ樹脂からなる硬化型防水塗膜を利用することにより、臭気・引火性・流動性の問題などを解決することができ、作業性を著しく向上させることができた。また、無溶剤型エポキシ樹脂からなる硬化型防水塗膜は、表面が滑らかで、耐振動性・耐水性など耐久性に優れている。さらに、配管の取り外しは全く必要としないか、最小限度で済むことになり、作業性が向上した。実際の現場では、添加剤を用いて硬化速度を調整することも可能であり、従来1個所につき1時間程度要していた作業が15分程度にまで削減され、新規部品の交換コストも削減できるという利点が得られた。

Claims (1)
- 建物内の床面に埋設される本体部分及びドレン配管部分を有するドレンホッパーの腐食の程度が進行しドレンホッパーが継続使用不可能な場合の再生処理方法であって、
拡管部付き筒形部材と切頭円錐面部材と円筒面部材とで構成される組立型塩ビ製ドレンホッパーを用意し、
既設のドレンホッパーの本体部分に浮き出た錆びを除去し、
既設ドレンホッパーの本体部分の下部に前記拡管部付き筒形部材を挿入し、
既設ドレンホッパーのドレン配管部分の上部と前記拡管部付き筒形部材を速硬化性の塩ビ用接着剤で接着固定し、
前記拡管部付き筒形部材の上に前記切頭円錐面部材を載置し両者を塩ビ用接着剤で接着固定し、
前記切頭円錐面部材の上に前記円筒面部材を載置し両者を塩ビ用接着剤で接着固定し、
コンクリートとの隙間を塩ビ用接着剤でシールしてコンクリート内にドレンホッパーを形成させることを特徴とするドレンホッパーの再生処理方法。
