Description
(1)油圧ポンプシリンダ112において、プランジャ孔113に比して小径の開口通路117の間に斜め油路193を設けることとし、また、プランジャ孔113の奥端面113bとバルブボディの端面161aとの距離L1を大きくして、開口通路117の軸方向長さを大きくしたので、プランジャ孔113に制限されることなく、大径の斜め油路193を設けることが出来、クラッチOFF時に高圧油路173の圧力を十分に下げることが出来る。
(2)上記油圧ポンプシリンダ112のプランジャ孔113の径を小さくしたので、一層大径の斜め油路193を設けることが出来る。
Claims (4)
- シリンダに設けた複数のプランジャからなる油圧ポンプと、上記とは別のシリンダに設けた複数のプランジャからなる油圧モータとの間において、
上記油圧ポンプ側から上記油圧モータ側に作動油を送る高圧油路と、
上記油圧モータ側から上記油圧ポンプ側へ作動油を送る低圧油路と、
上記プランジャを上記高圧油路または上記低圧油路に切換える切換弁を含む油圧回路とを、
上記油圧ポンプのシリンダと上記油圧モータのシリンダとの間に設けられたバルブボディ内に内外2重に構成すると共に、
変速機軸内に設けたクラッチ弁を摺動させクラッチ弁小径部を介して上記高圧油路と上記低圧油路とを短絡させて動力の伝達を切換える静油圧式無段変速機において、
上記高圧油路と上記低圧油路とのうち外方に位置する油路とクラッチ弁小径部とを連通する油路を、上記油圧ポンプまたは油圧モータの何れかのシリンダの、隣り合う開口通路の間に設けると共に、
上記油路を設けるシリンダの上記プランジャ孔の奥端面と上記バルブボディの端面との距離を、他方のシリンダのプランジャ孔の奥端面と上記バルブボディの他方側の端面との距離に比して大きくしたことを特徴とする静油圧式無段変速機。 - 上記バルブボディとの距離が大きい方のプランジャ孔径を、他方のプランジャ孔径より小さくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静油圧式無段変速機。
- シリンダに設けた複数のプランジャからなる油圧ポンプと、上記とは別のシリンダに設けた複数のプランジャからなる油圧モータとの間において、
上記油圧ポンプ側から上記油圧モータ側に作動油を送る高圧油路と、
上記油圧モータ側から上記油圧ポンプ側へ作動油を送る低圧油路と、
上記プランジャを上記高圧油路または上記低圧油路に切換える切換弁を含む油圧回路とを、
上記油圧ポンプのシリンダと上記油圧モータのシリンダとの間に設けられたバルブボディ内に内外2重に構成すると共に、
変速機軸内に設けたクラッチ弁を摺動させクラッチ弁小径部を介して上記高圧油路と上記低圧油路とを短絡させて動力の伝達を切換える静油圧式無段変速機において、
上記高圧油路と上記低圧油路とのうち外方に位置する油路とクラッチ弁小径部とを連通する油路を、上記油圧ポンプシリンダの、隣り合う開口通路の間に設けると共に、
上記油圧ポンプシリンダの上記プランジャ孔の奥端面と上記バルブボディの油圧ポンプ側端面との距離を、上記油圧モータシリンダのプランジャ孔の奥端面と上記バルブボディの油圧モータ側端面との距離に比して大きくしたことを特徴とする静油圧式無段変速機。 - 上記油圧ポンプのプランジャ孔径を上記油圧モータのプランジャ孔径より小さくしたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の静油圧式無段変速機。
