Description
本発明は静油圧式無段変速機のクラッチ機構に関するものであり、特に静油圧式無段変速機の遠心式ガバナークラッチのローラ受け部材を押すコイルばねのスプリングシートの構成に関するものである。。
Claims (1)
- 駆動源により回転するケーシング内の油圧ポンプと油圧モータとの間に、上記油圧ポンプから上記油圧モータ側に作動油を送る高圧油路と上記油圧モータ側から上記油圧ポンプ側に作動油を送る低圧油路とからなる油圧回路を変速機軸に一体のシリンダ内に構成すると共に、変速機軸内に設けたクラッチ弁を遠心ガバナにより摺動させ、上記高圧油路と上記低圧油路とを短絡させて動力の伝達を切換える静油圧式無段変速機のクラッチ機構において、
上記変速機軸端部に設けられたカムプレート部材と、
上記カムプレート部材と係合し遠心力で径方向外方に移動するローラと、
上記ローラの径方向外方への移動によるローラの押圧力を受けて軸方向へ摺動するローラ受け部材と、
上記ローラ受け部材を上記ローラ側へ向けて付勢するコイルばね部材と、
上記コイルばね部材を支持するスプリングシート部材とから成り、
上記変速機軸端部の上記カムプレート部材、上記ローラ、上記ローラ受け部材、上記 コイルばね部材および上記 スプリングシート部材を、上記変速機軸端部から軸方向にこの順序で配置し、
上記スプリングシート部材を、上記カムプレート部材と上記ケーシングとで挟み込んで支持すると共に、上記スプリングシート部材には、上記コイルばね部材の一端を支持する内向きフランジ状のスプリングシートを設け、該スプリングシートを上記ケーシングの側へ向かって軸方向に入り込ませて設けたことを特徴とする静油圧式無段変速機のクラッチ機構。
