Description
Claims (14)
- 船体(3)およびリニア発電機(5)を備え、その回転子(7)は揚力が船体(3)から回転子(7)に移動するように接続手段(4)によって船体に接続され、かつその固定子(6)は海/湖底(1)に繋留されるように構成されて成る波力発電アセンブリであって、回転子(7)に力を及ぼすように構成されたばね手段(11、11a、11b)をも備え、前記力は回転子(7)の運動の少なくとも一部分中に、船体(3)によって回転子(7)に働く揚力と反対の方向を向き、船体(3)の運動およびばね手段(11、11a、11b)によって働く前記力の結果、回転子(7)は回転子(7)の行程の長さを画定する二つの端位置の間で往復運動を実行するように構成されて成る、固定最大行程長を達成するように構成された波力発電アセンブリにおいて、ばね手段(11、11a、11b)は前記回転子(7)の最大行程長の50%に対応する運動振幅時に、回転子(7)がその行程の一方の端位置にあるときにばね手段(11、11a、11b)にかかる最小の力(F 0 )に対して、最大で2.5倍変化する大きさの力を及ぼすように構成されることを特徴とする波力発電アセンブリ。
- 前記力の大きさが、ばね手段(11、11a、11b)にかかる前記最小の力(F 0 )に対して、最大で1.25倍変動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の波力発電アセンブリ。
- 前記力の大きさが実質的に一定であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の波力発電アセンブリ。
- ばね手段(11、11a、11b)は、回転子(7)の最大行程長の90%に対応する運動振幅時に、ばね手段(11、11a、11b)にかかる前記最小の力(F 0 )に対して、最大で10倍変化する大きさの力を及ぼすように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の波力発電アセンブリ。
- ばね手段(11、11a、11b)は、回転子(7)の最大行程長の90%に対応する運動振幅時に、ばね手段(11、11a、11b)にかかる前記最小の力(F 0 )に対して、最大で1.5倍変化する大きさの力を及ぼすように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の波力発電アセンブリ。
- 前記ばね手段はガスばね(11b)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の波力発電アセンブリ。
- 前記ばね手段は機械的ばね(11、11a)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の波力発電アセンブリ。
- 前記ばね手段は非線形ばね特性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の波力発電アセンブリ。
- 前記ばね手段は能動制御ばねを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の波力発電アセンブリ。
- 前記ばね手段は複数のばねを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の波力発電アセンブリ。
- 前記ばね手段は上昇運動する固定子(7)の上端に衝当して圧縮される一つまたはそれ以上の別個のばね要素(15)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の波力発電アセンブリ。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の複数の波力発電アセンブリ(20a〜20c)を含むことを特徴とする波力発電所。
- 電気エネルギを発生するための請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の波力発電アセンブリの使用。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の一台またはそれ以上の波力発電アセンブリによって電気エネルギを発生することを特徴とする、電気エネルギを発生するための方法。
