散した分散溶液を製作する。
DMF溶媒を水に変更して、実施例1と同様に(1)〜(4)の工程単層カーボンナノチューブの製膜を行った。結果、図4に示すように陽極のITO電極に単層カーボンナノチューブの付着(吸着)は見られなかった。

Claims (3)
- カーボンナノチューブの分散した有機溶媒中で、樹脂と黒鉛からなるセパレータ基材を陽極として電圧を印加し、前記セパレータ基材の表面上にカーボンナノチューブを付着させることで、前記セパレータ基材の表面上にカーボンナノチューブを製膜することを特徴とする燃料電池セパレータの製造方法。
- 前記電圧の印加を、前記カーボンナノチューブの分散した有機溶媒中で繰り返し行い、前記セパレータ基材の表面上に製膜されるカーボンナノチューブの膜厚を厚くし、膜厚を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池セパレータの製造方法。
- 印加される前記電圧により生じる電場は、5〜100V/cmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池セパレータの製造方法。
