Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for joining a water shielding sheet laid for waterproofing in a waste final treatment plant, various reservoirs, agricultural ponds, agricultural / industrial waterways, golf course ponds, gardens, parks, etc. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a water shielding sheet made of a polymer material such as a thermoplastic resin or rubber has been widely used to prevent water leakage. This water-impervious sheet is manufactured as a raw / wide sheet having a width of about 2 to 5 m and a length of about 10 to 30 m because of restrictions on manufacturing facilities, transportability to a construction site, and layability on the site. And after conveying a some sheet | seat to a construction site, the edge part or side edge of a sheet | seat is piled up and extended, and sheets are joined and laid.
[0003]
Here, as a bonding method between sheets, a method using a solvent-based or natural vulcanization type adhesive, a heat fusion method in which an end portion of a sheet made of a thermoplastic resin is melted and pressure-bonded are adopted. Yes. That is, an adhesive is applied or heat-melted to the ends or side edges of the two water-impervious sheets to be joined, and they are overlapped with each other and pressed with a roller or the like.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, regardless of which method is employed, there is a problem that if the sheet is exposed to the sun for 1 to 2 weeks, the surface layer portion deteriorates and adhesion failure and fusion failure are likely to occur.
[0005]
That is, in some cases, several days or more may elapse between the arrangement of the sheets and the joining, and during that time, at least the outer side edges of the sheets arranged at both ends are always exposed to the atmospheric environment. On the other hand, although the end portions of the sheets overlapped with each other are less likely to be exposed, the joint surfaces may be exposed by turning the sheets. Furthermore, a new sheet or suction member may be manually fused to the central portion of the sheet that has always been exposed.
[0006]
When the surfaces to be joined are exposed to the atmosphere, the surface layer portion of the sheet is deteriorated by sunlight, particularly by ultraviolet rays, so that there is a problem that the sheets cannot be joined properly. In addition, although deterioration of the surface layer part by sunlight, especially ultraviolet rays generally occurs in a sheet of a polymer material, the degree of deterioration is large particularly when thermoplastic urethane is used.
[0007]
Moreover, in order to cope with such a problem, there is curing with a vinyl sheet as a conventional method for protecting a water shielding sheet. However, since it is not in close contact with the surface of the water-impervious sheet, it is easily soiled and sometimes blown by the wind, which is not a stable protection method.
[0008]
Therefore, in view of the above-described problems, the present invention provides a water shielding sheet joining method and joining apparatus that can reliably prevent adhesion failure and fusion failure even when the joint is exposed to the atmospheric environment. It is intended.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. The gist of the present invention is, firstly, joining of a water shielding sheet in which two water shielding sheets made of a polymer material are overlapped to join both. A method of removing a surface layer portion of one or both of the portions to be joined with a polishing tool in which at least a portion that contacts the water shielding sheet is made of felt, resin foam, or sponge , and then The invention relates to a method of joining the water shielding sheets that are joined together.
[0010]
Also, I felt in the abrasive article, the resin foam or sponge is intended to remove the surface layer portion in contact with the continuous water-impervious sheet while rotating or sliding.
[0011]
The second gist of the present invention is a water shielding sheet joining method in which two water shielding sheets made of a polymer material are overlapped and joined together, and the resin particulates are continuously applied to the surface of the water shielding sheet. The surface layer part of one or both of the portions to be joined is removed by spraying, and then the water shielding sheet is joined to each other. Preferably, the resin granules are spherical. Alternatively, the surface has a plurality of protrusions.
[0012]
The polymer material constituting the water shielding sheet is preferably a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and in particular, any of an olefin thermoplastic elastomer (TPO), a urethane thermoplastic elastomer (TPU), and a high density polyethylene (HDPE). It is preferable to do it. And it presses with a roller, spraying a hot air on the junction part of a waterproof sheet, and heat-seal | fuses two waterproof sheets.
[0013]
The third gist of the present invention is a water shielding sheet joining device that moves while joining the water shielding sheets by heat fusion, removing the surface layer portion of the water shielding sheets to be joined by the polishing tool. , Means for continuously spraying a polishing tool or a resin granular material composed of felt, resin foam, or sponge at least on the surface of the water shielding sheet to the surface of the water shielding sheet; The apparatus for joining water-impervious sheets, comprising a hot air jetting means and a roller that rotates while pressing the joining portion, is arranged in the order of the polishing tool or the spraying means, the hot air jetting means and the roller from the front in the moving direction of the joining apparatus. It is related to.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The water shielding sheet used in the present invention is made of a polymer material such as a thermoplastic resin or rubber and is, for example, a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), in particular, an olefin thermoplastic elastomer (TPO), a urethane thermoplastic. Either an elastomer (TPU) or high density polyethylene (HDPE) is preferably used. And it manufactures with the raw fabric sheet or wide sheet | seat of thickness 1-4mm, width 2-5m, and length 10-30m.
[0015]
The present invention is intended to remove the deteriorated surface layer portion of the water-impervious sheet made of such a polymer material and join fresh portions together. Here, a polishing tool or a blasting method is adopted as the removing means. However, the polishing tool is not limited to anything, and at least a portion that contacts the water shielding sheet needs to be made of a soft material. Moreover, the spraying material in a blast must be a resin granular material.
[0016]
That is, when polishing the surface of a structural material made of metal, wood, or the like, a sander or grinder with a gold scrubber, grindstone, sandpaper, or the like is used, and a metal sphere is used as a blasting material. However, in the case of a water shielding sheet made of a polymer material, if these conventional polishing tools and spraying materials are used, excessive force is applied to the sheet, and the interface becomes hot, resulting in a decrease in strength of the sheet itself. This causes a problem that the physical properties are deteriorated. Furthermore, there arises a problem that the deformation of the shape and the thickness of the sheet cannot be secured.
[0017]
Therefore, the intent of the present invention is to remove the surface layer without adversely affecting the base material, even in the case of a relatively soft material such as a polymer material. Instead of a removal member such as a scourer or a grindstone, a soft material is used as a polishing tool, or a resin granular material is used as a spraying material. Note that the soft material may be used at least in a portion that comes into contact with the water shielding sheet, and the entire polishing tool does not need to be made of the soft material.
[0018]
Here, as the soft material used as the removal member of the surface portion of the water shielding sheet, for example, a fiber material or a porous material can be used. The fiber material includes a woven fabric and a non-woven fabric, and it is particularly preferable to use felt. In addition, porous materials include resin foam and sponge, and various flexible foams can be used for the resin foam.
[0019]
And in order to remove a sheet | seat surface layer part, what is necessary is just to contact | abut to a water-impervious sheet | seat continuously, rotating or sliding a soft material. The removed portion of the surface layer portion is a deteriorated portion of the water shielding sheet to be bonded to each other. Usually, the upper surface of the lower water shielding sheet to be superposed is exposed to the air environment and deteriorated, but one of the water shielding sheets is deteriorated. Not only the water sheet, but both surface layer portions may be removed.
[0020]
In addition, the resin granular material used as the spraying material may generally be spherical, but if a shape having a plurality of protrusions on the surface is used, the removal efficiency of the surface layer portion is improved. In addition, the material and hardness of the resin granular material are appropriately selected according to the polymer material used for the water shielding sheet so that only the surface layer portion can be effectively removed.
[0021]
After removing the deteriorated surface layer portion in this way, the two water-impervious sheets are overlapped and joined to each other. As a joining method between the sheets, a solvent-based or natural vulcanizing type adhesive is used. Various methods such as a method to be used and a heat sealing method can be employed. However, if an adhesive is used, it is necessary to apply the adhesive, and care should be taken because there is a risk of poor adhesion due to uneven application amount.
[0022]
Therefore, the best method for joining the water shielding sheets is to have a strong joint strength, a stable joint quality, and an integrated process by heat fusion with excellent workability. And, as a heat fusion bonding apparatus, from the front in the moving direction, at least a portion that abuts on the water shielding sheet is a polishing tool or a resin granular material spraying means composed of a soft material, and hot air jets to the joint between the water shielding sheets By using the joining devices arranged in the order of the means and the rollers that rotate while pressing the joining portion, the water shielding sheet can be joined continuously.
[0023]
In other words, the respective joints facing each other are sandwiched between the compaction rollers of the self-propelled thermal fusion bonding apparatus, the hot air nozzle is inserted between the sheets, hot air is jetted, and the rollers rotate and automatically rotate. By starting running, the sheet is pressed and fused instantaneously by jetting hot air while being jetted.
[0024]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The water-impervious sheet is manufactured as a raw / wide sheet having a width of 2 to 5 m and a length of 10 to 30 m, and is transported to a construction site. And the edge part or side edge of two sheets is piled up in the range of 60-120 mm, and is laid.
[0025]
That is, FIGS. 1 and 2 are conceptual diagrams showing the water shielding sheet joining method and joining apparatus of the present invention described above. The water shielding sheets 1A and 1B have a thickness of 2.0 mm, a width of 4.95 m, and a length. It is a 12.5 m wide sheet for slopes (Bridgestone Co., Ltd., trade name “Geoliner”). Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the overlapping portion is sandwiched between the rollers 4A and 4B of the self-propelled fusion bonding apparatus.
[0026]
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the self-propelled fusion splicing apparatus has a polishing tool 2A, a hot air jetting means 3, and a joining portion in which a portion contacting the surface layer portion of the water shielding sheet 1B is made of felt from the front in the moving direction. The rollers 4 </ b> A and 4 </ b> B that rotate while pressing are arranged in this order.
[0027]
Then, the polishing tool 2A rotates to remove the deteriorated surface layer portion of the water-impervious sheet 1B, and the hot air from the hot-air spraying means 3 heats and melts the joints where the water-impervious sheets 1A and 1B are not deteriorated. Pressed by the rollers 4A and 4B, the water shielding sheets 1A and 1B are instantaneously pressed. Further, since the rollers 4A and 4B rotate as indicated by arrows and the automatic traveling of the self-propelled fusion joining apparatus is started, the removal of the sheet surface layer portion, the thermal melting of the joining portion, and the pressure bonding of the sheet are continuously repeated. It is.
[0028]
FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram showing a self-propelled fusion bonding apparatus that employs a resin granular material spraying means 2B in place of the polishing tool 2A of FIG. That is, the resin granular material is continuously sprayed from the spraying means 2B onto the surface of the water shielding sheet 1B, and the deteriorated surface layer portion is removed. Then, similarly to the self-propelled fusion bonding apparatus of FIG. 2, the removal of the sheet surface layer portion, the thermal melting of the bonding portion, and the pressure bonding of the sheet are continuously repeated.
[0029]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the water shielding sheets 1A and 1B from which the deteriorated portion is removed at the joint 5 are heat-sealed with a reliability of 30 mm or more in width. Note that the self-propelled fusion bonding apparatus travels in the depth direction of FIG. 4 and repeats such heat fusion so that, as shown in FIG. The laying of the water shielding sheets 1A and 1B having 5 is completed.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the joining method and joining device of the water shielding sheet of the present invention, even if the water shielding sheet is exposed to the atmospheric environment for a long time, Since only the deteriorated surface layer portion can be removed without impairing physical properties, shapes, etc., the reliability of bonding can be greatly improved.
