−σは、プロトタイプ・ポイントとそれに最も近い10の隣接ポイント間の平均距離として採取され、正常な全プロトタイプxmについて同じである平滑化パラメータであり、
−dはデータの次元数であり、この場合は4つのパラメータを測定するので、4である。

Claims (29)
- 複数の信号源を構成するn個のセンサによって得られるn個のパラメータで測定した患者の図形表現を表示する装置で、ここでn>3であり、前記n個のパラメータによって表されたデータ・ポイントを、次元数削減マッピングを使用してn次元の測定空間からm次元の可視化空間にマッピングするプロセッサを備え、ここでm<nであり、さらに可視化空間およびそれにマッピングされたデータ・ポイントを表示し、訓練された人工神経網によって実行されているマッピングによって、前記パラメータの動的に変化する値を表示するような構成であるディスプレイを備え、前記プロセッサは入力された各データ・ポイントを、1次元の可視化空間を構成する新奇性率にマッピングし、前記ディスプレイが時間に対する前記新奇性率の値を表示し、各ポイントにおける前記新奇性率は、多次元測定空間にて、所定の正常性を表すプロトタイプ・ポイントからの距離に基づいている装置。
- n個のパラメータを、呼吸測定値、酸素飽和度測定値、血圧、皮膚温度、ST部分の上下、心拍数、心拍数の変動および呼吸数から選択する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 呼吸測定値が、インピーダンス肺撮影法の測定値である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 酸素飽和度測定値が拍動酸素測定法の測定値である、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセスが、前記マッピングの前にパラメータを正規化する、請求項1から4いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- プロセッサが、ゼロ平均単位分布変換を使用してパラメータを正規化する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- プロセッサが、経験的変換を使用してパラメータを正規化する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 次元数削減が、距離を保存するマッピングである、請求項1から7いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 人工神経網が動径基底関数(RBF)神経網である、請求項1から7いずれか1項に記載の装置。

- 前記新奇性率が閾値を越えると反応するアラームをさらに含む、請求項1から11いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記各データ・ポイントの新奇性率が、正常を表すプロトタイプ・ポイントの各セットとの間の多次元測定空間上の距離を合計することによって評価される、請求項1から12いずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 複数の信号源を構成するn個のセンサによって得られるn個のパラメータで測定した患者の図形表現を表示する方法、ここでn>3であり、次元数削減マッピングを使用して、前記n個のパラメータをn次元の測定空間からm次元の可視化空間にマッピングするステップを含み、ここでm<nであり、さらに可視化空間およびそれにマッピングされたデータ・ポイントを表示するステップを含む方法であって、訓練された人工神経網によって実行されているマッピングによって、前記パラメータの動的に変化する値を表示し、前記マッピングするステップにおいて、各データ・ポイントを、1次元の可視化空間を構成する新奇性率にマッピングし、ディスプレイが時間に対する前記新奇性率の値を表示し、各ポイントにおける前記新奇性率は、多次元測定空間にて、所定の正常性を表すプロトタイプ・ポイントからの距離に基づいている、方法。
- n個のパラメータを、呼吸測定値、酸素飽和度測定値、血圧、皮膚温度、ST部分の上下、心拍数、心拍数の変動および呼吸数から選択する、請求項14に記載の方法。
