Description
温度センサは、外に漏れる熱を感知し、安定した状態では温度変化を感じないが、外気温が下がってきた場合には、恒温槽からの漏れる熱とのバランスが崩れるので、支持具の温度の状態を監視することで恒温槽の温度低下の予測が出来る。
本発明は、1ヶ所の支持具だけのため、外からの熱の影響が支持具だけが支配しているため、そこの温度を監視して恒温槽の温度管理に役立てることが出来る。
図1では図示していないが、恒温槽2の周りには断熱材を覆い、かつケースが被せられる。
図1のトランジスタは、温度制御用のトランジスタで熱源としても利用されている。

Claims (1)
- 水晶振動子が恒温槽に収納された水晶発振器において、恒温槽と該恒温槽を支える基台との間の支持具が1ヶ所設けられ、該支持具の温度センサが該恒温槽からの熱の伝達による温度変化を感知することで該恒温槽が温度制御されていることを特徴とする水晶発振器。
