Description
また、回転速度を制御して遠心力を調整可能としているため、遠心力を変化させることにより、繊維を回転の外周へ押し出す力を制御することができ、繊維の配向分布を任意に制御することができ、回転速度を変化させることにより無秩序な状態から放射状あるいは円周状に配向させることも可能である。

Claims (3)
- 振動板材料とは異なる材質であって繊維状物が混合された所定量の液状物を、振動板形状の中心に対し垂直な軸を中心に回転速度を制御して回転させ、水平に保持した振動板の中心部もしくは振動板の中心部より外側の任意の位置に所定量投入し、遠心力によって前記液状物を拡げ、前記回転速度は制御することで遠心力を調整可能で、前記繊維状物を振動板の前面および/又は背面に放射状あるいは円周状に配向させ、振動板の前面および/又は背面に塗装することを特徴とする電気音響変換器用振動板の製造方法。
- 請求項1記載において、前記液状物は塗料からなり、かつ前記繊維状物は有機繊維、無機繊維、ウイスカーの内の少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする電気音響変換器用振動板の製造方法。
- 請求項1または2記載の方法で作製した電気音響変換器用振動板。
